Det rymmer 6 bekvämt med en king size-säng, en queen size-säng och en fullstor säng samt en bäddsoffa. Enheten ligger på andra våningen med hissåtkomst eller en enkel promenad uppför trappan. Det har GRATIS trådlöst internet och köket har de flesta små apparater till ditt förfogande. Vardagsrummet och sovrummen är rymliga. Det finns en privat balkong med en fantastisk utsikt över poolen och stranden. Missa inte den här egendomens bekvämlighet! Plats Plats Plats! Lätt promenad till Hangout och andra restauranger och shopping!

Det finns ingen tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten men det finns ett tvättstuga tillgängligt på var och en av de tre nivåerna. Perfect get away spot

Location, location, location. This property is within walking distance of the heart of Gulf Shores. My kids loved skim boarding on the beach. I really like that it is a smaller property. If you are looking for a busy, hectic resort style condo this isn’t t it. If you are looking for a true relaxing vacation this is your spot.

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay at Southern Sands. The condo was perfect for our family. We love staying in a smaller and less crowded facility. We always had chairs at the pool and it was never too crowded. The location was great and the view from the balcony was amazing. We’ll definitely consider a return trip.

Excellent stay!

Great place for our family getaway.

Room 203 was great. Had a beautiful ocean view. The shopping cart and luggage racks made transporting groceries and luggage easy. The BBQ grilling area was nice to have as well as the pool. We would love to come back again!

Perfect place for families!

The condo was in the perfect location for a family get away. Close to so many activities! Beach access was awesome and the pool was a perfect size for our son! Everything was clean and in great condition. The elevator was out for a while on our second day but was back up and runnIng quickly. We will definitely book again!!

Excellent condo on the beach!

This was our first family trip to Gulf Shores and this condo made the overall trip fantastic. It was spacious and has everything you need for a home away from home. It was clean and you could even see the beach right from the balcony. The location was great as there are many restaurants and shopping writhing walking distance and it’s right on the beach.The owners had great communication the entire time and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We will always keep this condo in mind for future trips!

Beautiful View

The condo was great for our stay at the beach for our baseball world series. The location is great. We enjoyed walking to several restaurants. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The elevator did break one day, but they had it repaired very quick. Host is very fast to respond. We would stay here again.

Excellent Location!

The place was incredibly clean with an excellent beach view. The a/c worked amazingly well! The building is within walking distance to souvenir shops and delicious restaurants. The smaller size of the entire building made it really convenient to access our vehicles, the beach, and the pool. It would have been better for us if the parking pass had been left in the unit for us rather than mailed. However, we had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back next summer!

Perfect For Young Family

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was just as advertised and so clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. We loved being able to walk anywhere we needed from dinner (Bahama Bob’s was delicious and friendly and the Hangout was a ton of fun) to ice cream (the little shop across the street was tasty and had a fun variety of toppings) to the beach (we loved not having to cross the street, and our first morning we walked down at sunrise and saw dolphins!) . Our kids are ages 4, 7 and 9. We had PLENTY of room. We can’t wait to return and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very clean

I love that it is so close to the "T" (where Hwy 59 hits Beach Blvd) and it was impressively clean and decorated so cute. It is an older building, so you can hear the neighbors more than at other places, but it wasn't bad. We sleep with white noise, so wasn't too much of an issue for us. Washer and dryer aren't in the unit, but are right across from it. We didn't need them during our stay because there were plenty of linens in the unit. We would stay here again.

Horrible beds!!!

Everything about this condo was great except for the rock hard beds. We all had a hard time sleeping and had back aches. I would not recommend this condo only because sleeping is a important part of vacation and being sore from the beds is no fun. I would only rent this unit again if the matresses are replaced.

The condo was very cozy, and easily accommodated all five of us!

We really loved that the condo was only 18 units. There was always parking. We rarely met anyone on the stairwell (I don't use elevators)! The pool was never crowded, and the grill was always available! The condo was just as stated online. We appreciated the beds being comfortable, and the sheets/comforter/blankets being soft and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we might have forgotten. There was plenty of cabinet and counter space for what we brought. We specifically chose this condo because it was on the beach. It was nice to walk downstairs to the pool, then to our beach chairs, and the water within maybe 5 minutes. We could also sit on the balcony and easily watch our kids play at the pool. Another bonus was that the condo was within walking distance to anything we needed. We walked to The Hangout and Bahama Bobs Beach Cafe for meals, and stopped in a souvenir shop along the way. It was just a 5-10 minute drive to local attractions. We went to Pirate Island for miniature golf, and The Track for Go Karts and Bumper Boats! We were very happy with our stay, and would book here again!

Great vacation, excellent place to stay!!

We had a great time in Gulf Shores!! We LOVED this condo!! It fit our family of 4 perfect! It is in a great location, we could walk to almost everything and at night we could sit out on the beach and listen to the band's at The Hangout! The pool was nice and not crowded. The chair attendants at the beach were super friendly and very helpful! We even got to witness baby sea turtles hatching right in front of the condo! Everyone we met was super friendly! Don't have anything bad to say about our stay!! Cindy was AMAZING to work with! The worse part about our trip was leaving! The week went by way to fast. We will definitely be back and we will stay in 203 again!!! The condo had everything we needed and a few things we forgot at home! We all showered within 15 minutes of each other (1 person in each bathroom at the same time) and we never ran out of hot water. The washer and dryer were never full and right across the hall from us and we had a beautiful view of the beach from out balcony!! I say stay here, you will NOT be disappointed!! The Wi-Fi worked great too and many channels on the tv if you don't sleep at night like me! We can't wait to go back and now think of #203 as our second home!!

Beautiful, clean condo.

We wanted a getaway to Gulf Shores for a few days and found this to be the perfect place. The condo was well stocked and clean. Nice view of the Gulf from the balcony. We walked to the Hangout for shrimp. We drove to Bahama Bob’s the next night but it is actually a shorter distance than the Hangout, just in the other direction. We plan to return again soon!

Family Vacation

The property was exactly as listed. It was perfect for our family. The host gave great instructions about the u-turn needed to enter the complex. It was a great location near the shops and the Hang Out. It was just steps to the beach and pool was never crowded. The layout of the condo was exactly as listed and worked well for our family. The beds were comfortable. There were extra hooks in the bathrooms for swimwear. The condo had everything we needed and you can tell the host is ready for renters.

We fell in love with the great view, the beautiful beach and the smallness of this complex. There are only 18 units, which means the beach is never over crowded and there is ample parking. There are many great restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance. The convenience is just what we were looking for. This complex is family friendly and snowbirds are welcome!
