Härlig villa i St Jean Cap Ferrat

Villa La Mignonne ligger i ett av de mest exklusiva områdena i världen: St Jean Cap Ferrat-udden. Huset ligger ett stenkast från marinan i St Jean, en två minuters promenad från den hisnande Paloma Beach och på tröskeln till fantastiska promenader runt udden. Vi ligger mindre än 100 meter upp från det lyxiga Hotel La Voile d’Or.

La Mignonne är ett helt hus (68m2) med en stenlagd trädgård (46m2) uppför vägen. Trädgården har en utomhusdusch för när du återvänder från stranden eller bara för att svalka. Trädgården har nyligen kaklat på med underbara travertinkalkstenar.

Det finns två dubbelrum på övervåningen och båda har franska dörrar som öppnar direkt på balkongen (7m2). Alla rum är ljusa, luftiga och luftkonditionerade. Huset har nyligen renoverats genom att inkludera nya badrum, ett nytt kök och nya möbler. Det finns också en dedikerad mycket snabb wifi-anslutning!

Bottenvåningen (34m2) har ett öppet kök vardagsrum och matsal som öppnar ut direkt i trädgården. Detta golv har också en garderob med toalett och tvättmaskin.

På övervåningen (ytterligare 34m2) finns två identiskt utrustade dubbelrum, ett stort inbyggt garderob och ett badrum med en italiensk dusch. Sovrummen har vardera stora franska dörrar som vetter mot en balkong (7m2) med utsikt mot Beaulieu sur Mer, kullen byn Eze och Monaco.

A charming house in the perfect location

We spent two fabulous weeks in La Mignonne, the house is located just up from St Jean harbour and is a three minute walk to the beach. The house has two large comfortable bedrooms and a large shower room, a well equipped kitchen and a private terrace, perfect for outdoor eating. Thank you Christian, we will return!

Good evening Christian Our review to you is as follows: We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in June and the weather was hot. We know St Jean well and we always like returning. The Villa was very clean and simply furnished with basic equipment but with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The Villa is in a great position and conveniently located. Delightful Villa Mignonne with Views

Staying at the Villa Mignonne was absolutely the best experience I have had on a vacation. My two sisters and I, took my mom to stay at the Villa for her 80th birthday, for 2 weeks. The reason we picked this house, was my family had lived in this house in the early 60’s, my dad was in the Navy stationed in near-by Ville Franche. The Villa and St. Jean hold many special memories for my family. The Villa is as described: clean; newly renovated; great location; spectacular views; owner was responsive and helpful; washing machine (big bonus); I will definitely return and recommend; and lastly the Villa photos are accurate, but the house and views in person are much superior. There are plenty of restaurants, a grocery store, a butcher shop, and bakery within an easy 2-3 block walk from the house. The beaches are nearby, and there is a trail that runs the circumference of St. Jean, with breathtaking views everywhere you look. We walked the entire Cap, and also walked frequently from St. Jean to Beaulieu. All trails had beautiful views all around. We rented a car, and able to park in front of the house 90% of the time. St. Jean is centrally located to many local cities, we drove to Nice multiple times, Grasse, Gourdon, St Paul De Vence and Monaco. We took the train to Italy. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

Charmant

Quelle jolie maison!pleine de charme et en meme temps toute en simplicité et très fonctionnelle! L'endroit est idéal pour un couple avec des enfants,à coté de la plage de la paloma et à 2 pas du centre de Saint jean cap ferrat;prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse le matin est un pur bonheur! La villa mignonne fait partie ces rares endroits que l'on veut garder secret,à ne partager qu'avec les gens qu'on aime!!

great place to stay

The property is amazing and in a very clean condition. The house is centrally located. The beautiful Paloma beach is nearby within walking distance. The beach offeres some shade even on hot days, the restaurant is first class and there are plenty of watersport activities. In the village, there are nice restaurants, where we enjoyed delicious seafood dishes. In comparison with Nizza or Cannes, Saint Jean - Cap Ferrat was never crowded. The nearby Villefranche sûr mer was also lovely. Unfortunately in the summer season, to search a parking was a job of it's own in whole region. Our holidays in this property at Saint Jean - Cap Ferrat was worth the trip and is highly recommended. Family Goetz

Relaxing and calm

We - a family with two girls, ages 8 & 7 - spent a very relaxing, calm and extraordinary sunny week at La Mignonne in early February. The well-equipped house is located close to the center of St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and just a short walk from beaches and the coast promenade. St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is a convenient location for discovering the Cote d'Azur region around Nice and Monaco.

Fantastisch

Wit waren 10 Tage in diesem schönen Haus in St Jean Cap Ferrat und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist skandinavisch geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir konnten jeden Morgen auf unserer großen Terrasse frühstücken und brauchten uns keine Sorgen um unsere Zwillinge machen, da die Terrasse gut eingezäunt ist. Zum Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants geht man nur 5 Minuten. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Very nice and peaceful.

We are a finnish family with two kids (9 and 3) The villa Mignonne made our spring holiday perfect. Location couldn´t be better, near the center but on the quiet side of town - really very peaceful! The silence during the first night was almost scary! The 2 great boulangeries, and the convenience store are near and along the lovely walk in the harbour, and since it is St Jean - Cap Ferrat, the champagne- selection of a mini- convenience store is bigger than in a whole finnish town.. the pictures can´t quite do justice for the interior. it was perfectly clean, well maintained, full of riviera light and elegant in a simple way. The owner answered promptly when planning the trip, but since we had absolutely no problems during our stay, we did not contact him then. modern kitchen facilities, quick oven and easy dish washer made cooking easy, French supermarkets have so fantastic selection of interesting dishes! We definitely will recommend this Villa to our friends, its very suitable for families with kids (two proper bedrooms) the restaurants at the harbour looked very nice, but we never really had time to stop there, because we have so many favourite places nearby. We walked to Beaulieu with the kids, visited the Villa Ephrussi de Rotschild (for the 4. time - we never get enough of that beauty) we walked along the Promenade des Anglais in Nice and dipped our toes in the sea. The kids love the Bois de Lutins, Ludipark in Villeneuve- Loubet. Kids love to sleep late, so every morning me or my husband could make a walk on the beautiful footpaths around the the Cap or Saint Hospice, which both practically start on the doorstep.

perfect

Beautiful La Mignonne was the perfect retreat for a holiday in the south of France.It is better than the photos . Great location , very clean, was a real home from home , beds were very comfortable , the garden/patio was an amazing space to chill out in . I would recommend the Villla to my friends . lots of walks and lovely beaches best of all you dont need a car while you are there .

Cote d’Azur pure with minor inconveniences

We (a family of 4 with two almost adult girls) spent a week in this house in June 2013. We enjoyed the perfect location, the newly renovated property and the fresh croissants every morning from the bakery. Parking was always gambling, but we had luck in most of the cases. The internet was fast, in the whole house. We couldn’t figure out, how the TV works, but honestly, we didn’t need TV for the holiday. The kitchen is also new, so new, that the oven was not even used before, all packaging material was still there. Under this circumstances we didn’t try to use it. Bottom the line: Le Mignonne is Cote d’Azur pure, with minor inconveniences.

Great vacation rental

We stayed at Le Mignonne in Easter 2013. We went with our two young kids, aged 2 and 5. The house is located in a perfect spot on Cap Ferrat. The marina is a minute’s walk away where there are a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. There is also a takeaway pizza place and two boulangeries There are several beaches, again within a stone’s throw. Parking was a doddle, it is open parking all along the street. The property is newly renovated. In fact we had the honor of being the first guests since renovation. The internet was reliable with reception in all rooms. All the appliances were brand new. So was the furniture. For those who want to cook at home, the open plan kitchen is perfect and there is enough space to have guests over to eat. The property is fully air-conditioned/heated, although we did not need it much at this time of year. The washing machine came in very handy for the kids’ clothes. A nice small detail was the outside shower used on returning from walks along the beach. There is also a large terrace for outside dining. All in all we cannot really fault Le Mignonne. We would definitely come back, and will certainly be recommending it to others.
