Lakefront Lake Hamilton home! Nestled on a protected cove 8 miles from the heart of Hot Springs, this lakeside home boasts a swimming dock, 2 kayaks, and a boat slip! Unwind on one of two decks after spending the day in Ouachita National Forest or exploring Garvan Woodland Garden! The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, along with a prime location near the Historic District, Oaklawn Racing Resort & Casino and a multitude of hike/bike trails. Back yard is fenced for dogs, see rules.

NOTES:
- The lake is drawn down 3-5 feet from November to early March, rendering the boat slip (and most marinas) unusable.
- 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee ($100). No pets on furniture.
-All bedrooms and 1 bath on upper level - that is the walk-in level from the front door. Downstairs has living room, kitchen and 2nd bathroom with french doors to the back yard and lake. Sofa couch in living room is a queen bed.

WATERFRONT: Second-story deck, lower-level patio, furnished dock, gas grill, fenced backyard, fire pit, 2 kayaks, private boat slip

INDOOR LIVING: 4 flat-screen cable TVs, lounge area w/ leather furnishings, decorative floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace (not usable), ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, full-sized fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot or pods, large center island w/ bar seating

GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, ceiling fans, keyless entry, bath soap, dish/dishwasher/washer soaps provided. Paper towels, TP, and some Coffee Pods provided.

great time

It is a beautiful home located close to everything. We had a great time, we will defiantly be back again. The home was very comfortable and fishing in the back yard

trip with our pups found home away from home

we really enjoyed the place, the yard, the location, the lake, & kayaks. Its a fantastic stay, only request would be more cookware, & a few wine glasses & actual glassware. Plastic everything just doesn't work. But that was no big deal, we bought some glasses at thrift store. Loved our stay, hope to return on next trip.

Spring break hiking trip

This property was in a word - AMAZING!! it was the perfect amount of space for myself, my husband, my two teenage boys, and my mom. We also had our dogs with us, and the house was perfectly set up for them as well. Everything we could possibly need and more was provided by the host. We never ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. The kitchen was also stocked with plenty of dishware and cookware. There were also additional wonderful touches, such as dog bowls for the dogs, blankets for the dogs, Kayaks, etc. I did have to contact the host about a minor issue one of the first days we were there, and she responded immediately with a very prompt fix to our small problem. The neighborhood is fantastic and the hiking around the house within 30 minutes is wonderful. The outdoor space and the view on the river was magical. Overall, we absolutely loved this property and the location. We will definitely be back again!

Good Getaway

Great place for a getaway from dfw area. Took our boat and dogs plenty of room and kitchen was spacious. Will stay again if we come back this way.

We recently moved from Texas to Arkansas. We live approximately 30 minutes from the house. Someday this will be out retirement home. For now, we are happy to share it with others and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
