Classic Hamptons shingled hem i traditionell stil är helt inbjudande och oklanderligt underhålls. Skönhet och funktion serveras väl från det nya köket i detta charmiga och perfekt proportionerade fyra sovrum, 2 våningar hem. Ytterligare bonusfunktioner inkluderar ett helt färdig rekreationsrum på lägre nivå med storbilds-TV, biljardpool, våt bar, tränarkör och ett badrum. De anlagda trädgårdarna och gräsmattan är frodiga och trädgården är helt inhägnad.

Den avslappnade och bekväma interiören renoverades nyligen med alla nya möbler. Inköksköket öppnar upp för en modern matsal med 6 - 8 gäster. Centralt i det intilliggande mysiga vardagsrummet ligger en norsk gjutjärnspis. Det stora sovrummet med king size-säng och ett nyrenoverat badrum och en garderob med eget badrum slutför första våningen.

Golv-till-tak-fönster / dörr öppnar upp till ett stort cederträ-däck - med utsikt över den vackra trädgården och poolområdet med 4 schäslonger. På däck bjuder en matsats och ett generöst loungehörn till BBQ eller bara kyla.

På andra våningen är 3 sovrum med dubbelsängar och ett badrum med badkar / dusch perfekt för en familjesemester med barnen.

Detta husdjursvänliga hus ligger på en mycket ganska sidogata nära alla. De vackra vikstränderna med fantastiska solnedgångar ligger inom gångavstånd / cykelavstånd. East Hampton Town, Sag Harbor och de vackra havsstränderna ligger bara en kort biltur bort.

A pleasant and peaceful stay

We had a great experience at this property. Impeccably kept inside and out. We enjoyed spending most of our time by the pool but when we did go out it was just a short ride away. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay for family

We had a great week-long stay here with 6 adults and 3 small children. The backyard is excellent for relaxing, playing games in the yard and the swimming pool feels resort-like. There was excellent communication with the owners and any issues were easily resolved. We would stay at this location again.

Fun family week in the Hamptons

My family and I stayed here this summer. We all had a great time, Markus was very responsive and hospitable throughout our stay. Great location, very close to town. Backyard/pool/ bbq/ ping pong/ was a major highlight. Overall awesome experience, would definitely book again.

Our family recently had a fantastic stay at this lovely home. We spent a week and couldn’t have been happier with the location and beautiful setting. The house is in the middle of everything, easy to get to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Sag Harbor. It was clean and comfortable, was well stocked (we cooked a couple of dinners at home and had all the tools we needed), and had plenty of space for our family of 4 and two dogs. The best part of the house was the backyard - with a great outdoor living space, a beautiful pool and plantings, and quiet privacy. We spent a lot of time out there! Markus & Kathrin were great hosts, providing us with a ton of useful information about the area before we arrived and were readily available to answer any questions that came up during our stay. We would highly recommend a stay here!

July Stay - Great!

We had a lovely family stay i this July. Marcus the owner was there to greet us and was available for any questions along the way. The pool and yard are by far the best part! We are admittedly hotel snobs but the home was kept very clean and had everything we needs to cook breakfast daily and beyond if we had desired. Lovely stay.

A fun July 4th vacation

We came for a few days over July 4th and the property was as described. The house and backyard are comfortable and well-maintained and the house was stocked with all essentials.The pool was clean and well-cared for. This was a family trip with adult children and two small dogs Everyone had fun!

Amazing Hamptons Vacation

My family had a fantastic stay here. Markus was a great host. The home is quaint, very cozy and extremely clean, with lots of room. The backyard was lush and serene, and we loved the pool and outdoor shower. The kids had a blast swimming with the pool toys and we had everything we needed from beach chairs to board games. I miss it already. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great time!

We were so happy with our recent stay. The house was wonderful — clean, stylish and equipped with everything we needed. Super Cute

It was a great property and Markus was a great host! All the necessities were available and the backyard was so peaceful. The pool was a bit too cold to swim, but the weather was very mild in mid-June when we visited. The beds were super comfortable!

First vacation as family of 4

We had an amazing time staying here! This was our first time on vacation as a family (infant and toddler) and staying here was a great choice. Markus went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was always available for questions. Location was convenient, 10 mins or less to East Hampton and Amagansett downtowns. Our toddler loved the pool and yard.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed a wonderful week of sunshine and swimming at Markus’ beautiful home. The property is lovely with a spacious deck and backyard and a beautiful pool. Markus was a very thoughtful host. We enjoyed the location which is a short drive from town in a quiet neighborhood. The piano and pool table were an added bonus. Would definitely rent again! Thanks so much for a great getaway!

Peaceful end of summer getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Markus's property. The house, located on a quiet street, was extremely clean and comfortable. The backyard was wonderful and very private. We spent most of our time by the pool or lounging on the upper deck. Markus was a wonderful host , highly responsive and very welcoming. We would definitely come back in the future.

Family reunion

Marcus met us at the house and showed us around. He is a wonderful host and wants to be sure you’re having a good time…which we did. The house was a perfect size for the six of us but 8 would have fit correctly as well. The highlight was the pool and the outdoor space which is beautifully landscaped. It’s also fenced in so if you bring a dog you don’t have to worry. We highly recommend this property and Marcus was also a bonus.

Wonderful week in East Hampton

This is a lovely property -- my family and I had an amazing week. The best features of the house are definitely the pool and deck, outdoor grill. The outdoor shower is a great bonus, too! The house itself is very nice; the rooms and bathrooms are generously sized and well equipped with the essentials. The kitchen is also totally outfitted with everything you need. Markus clearly takes great pride and tends to every detail of the property -- he even welcomed us personally on the day we arrived. I highly, highly recommend this rental and we will be staying there again!

Kid friendly, convenient location

I recently stayed at Markus' house with my husband, two kids (22 mo. & 4) and another family with kids the same age. We had such a wonderful time and Markus couldn't have been a more welcoming and accommodating host. He went above and beyond with leaving us all the household staples (and some!) and even provided us with several kid friendly suggestions for activities and places to go with the kids. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to a future stay.

Great Vacation Home in the Hamptons! July 2023

We had a wonderful stay in this Springs/East Hampton home. Marcus and Katrin are amazing hosts and very responsive and helpful! It is a lovely home - updated, clean & comfortable. The house had all the ammenties needed for an enjoyable stay. The outdoor space was awesome and we loved the pool! We had our dog with us and the fenced yard and walkable neighborhood was perfect. As this was our first time visiting the Hamptons, we found this home to be centrally located to all the beaches, restaurants and shopping in the many different towns/villages. Ideal Rental Property

Great rental property in the Springs. I have rented many times in Amagansett, Montauk, and the Springs and this house was my favorite. Very close to EH and Amagansett shopping / beaches and the harbor. I biked to the beach but it's also a short drive and walked to Shagwong Marina to rent paddle boards. The layout of the kitchen, deck, and pool is ideal for having a few friends over. The backyard is much bigger than you might think from the pictures -- the grass next to the pool is about as big as the pool and deck itself. No complaints. Had a great time.

Perfect Week-Long Stay for Family

We had a wonderful week stay at the house. Markus was incredibly easy to be in touch with before, during, and after our visit. The backyard and outdoor seating were both really well taken care of and we enjoyed hanging out there together. The house was spread out enough for a family of four plus a spouse and a friend. The bathroom in the basement and the space down there wasn't the most conducive to hanging as a group, but the living room into the kitchen certainly was. Beach chairs and pool floats were greatly appreciated. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available to us. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay in EH

Markus was an incredible host. He made everything seamless for us from check in to check out. He checked on us throughout our stay and was responsive to everything. I don't think I have come across a host that is so attentive and cares so much about his guests experience. We left a few things behind which Markus shipped to us. The property was great, very spacious and had everything we needed for our week in EH. The pool was a lot of fun to sit by and the grill and deck were a great place to have breakfast and dinner every day. The property even has bikes which we rode to the nearest deli every day to get lunch for the beach. Overall, such a fantastic experience and we look forward to renting again next year. Perfect home for sweet family time

This home was perfect for our family vacation - our adult kids joined us, plus two grand babies under a year... the back yard took everyone's breath away and was the ideal back drop for making memories. The pool was amazing! We started our days with coffee on the deck and ended with long dinners overlooking the yard and pool. Late nights were spent around the pool table.... So many spaces for gathering and fun! Markus was available but we didn't need him as everything was just as described! The home is in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to many restaurants and shopping in both east hampton and amagansett... we also took an easy drive to montauk one day. Our dogs loved the walks around the neighborhood and the expansive backyard as much as we did :) Thank you for a terrific stay... We'd love to come back!

We have always been fans of the Hamptons - staying many times with friends before buying our own home. Whenever we come out here for a weekend it feels like a mini-vacation. East Hampton is our 'happy place': so close to New York City, but at the same time so far, far away. Take your kids and dog for a walk on Georgica Beach in the early morning, then on your way back stop by 'Round Swamp Farm stand' to pick up their incredible blueberry muffins for breakfast and you will feel the magic of the Hamptons. Our house is charming, not too big to take care of, in a quite neighborhood in close proximity to beaches with everything you need for an active vacation (swimming pool, table tennis, pool billiard, cycling). If you are more the chill type of person enjoy the quite backyard setting, sunbathing on the pool deck or relaxing in the comfy lounge corner in the shade.
