Deluxe Rathtrevor Beachfront Fritidshus

Vårt strand hem är en privat, uppdaterad egendom som sitter på Rathtrevor Provincial Park med en stor fri utsikt över stranden. Vi är bara några steg till stranden och Rathtrevor. Lägenheten ligger på 2: a våningen av en strandnivå 4-plex ... gå ut ur ytterdörren och du är mindre än 100 meter till stranden och parken.

Enheten är över 1100 kvadratmeter med 2 sovrum och 2 badrum. Den är utrustad med in-suite tvättmaskin och torktumlare och rymmer 4 personer. Det finns 2 däck och en grill. Enheten har uppdaterats väsentligt under 2006. Detta inkluderar nya apparater och nya trägolv, mattor och kakel överallt. Badrummen är moderna och uppdaterade. Var och en av de 2 sovrummen har en TV och det finns en högkvalitativ TV med DVD-spelare och stereo i vardagsrummet.

Bottenvåningen har ett stort bildfönster med en underbar utsikt över stranden. Perfekt för när du bara vill luta dig tillbaka och njuta av utsikten från ditt vardagsrums komfort. Bottenvåningen och övervåningen har båda soliga balkonger utomhus. Båda balkongerna har fantastisk utsikt över stranden och Rathtrevor. Köket, vardagsrummen och matsalarna är öppna koncept med en spektakulär 14-katedral tak.

Vi köpte vårt fritidshus eftersom vi älskar området och du kommer också! Stranden är spektakulärt lugn och vacker. Tidvattnet går ut nästan bäckens fulla djup och ger en bra lekplats för barn, unga och gamla, och ett bra ställe för någon att vandra runt och njuta av det lokala landskapet. Efter middagen glömmer du inte att gå tillbaka till stranden och njuta av några rostade marshmallows vid strandkryssningarna.

När du behöver en annan avledning, för små barn och stora barn, finns det 2 fantastiska minigolfbanor precis uppför vägen och en vattenpark i Parksville. För de riktigt stora barnen är Parksville-området känt för sina imponerande golfbanor. Området har också vandrings- och mountainbike spår. Och inte missa den välkända marknaden på Coombs.

Du kommer definitivt uppleva avslappnad lyx under din vistelse i vårt fritidshus.

This is our second holiday in this unit (4th stay in Tanglewood), and it met and exceeded all expectations! The unit is perfectly equipped and very comfortable, and the view is amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday!

We enjoyed our month in this clean and comfortable condo. The location is perfect for enjoying the views of the beach and the changing tides. It was wonderful to escape winter. We enjoyed many walks through Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park and exploring the many sites in a beautiful area of Canada! Thank you to our wonderful host.

Location, location, location!

We had a great 1 week stay at this clean and comfortable condo. It is exactly as pictured and the location is fantastic for access to beach and trails with a short drive to the community of Parksville. For us it was the perfect place to feel at home and enjoy our November retreat.

Excellent location on the border of Rathtrevor Park, Very well equipped condo, very comfortable!! Love the view! Beautiful area for walking. Great places to eat within walking distance.

This was by far the best rental we have had in the Parksville /Nanoose Bay Area. Wonderful host, quick to respond. We had been informed that here were a few (very minor) things that needed repair so the err were no surprises. The location was SUPERB. The unit well appointed, clean well furnished with a fully equipped and good size kitchen. This rental is so worth the price, do not hesitate to book it!!Thank you Peter.

Beachfront property with all amenities

We have been coming back to this location for 5 years. Peter is so accommodating and such a friendly person. The home is right on the beach and our 3 children can go out to play and we can still see them. It is also right next to the national park which is beautiful. When you look out one window you see beach as far as you can see and when you look out the other window you see a national park. Gorgeous!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Haha, just don't take our spot. :)

Wonderful Location and Perfect Condo

This property is truly a gem!!! Our one month stay was very enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious and quiet the unit is. The home is so well equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the two bathrooms are very nice. Lots of comfortable seating.The best part is the location. Beautiful views of the water and the park area from the main living area and the two balconies. So enjoyed watching the changing tides. We saw lots of wildlife on our twice daily walks in Rathtrevor Provincial Park, which is right outside the property.Our host Peter was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. We will be back.

Great apartment in spectacular setting

First off, I just want to highlight Peter as a spectacular host. Communication was excellent and Peter was very generous in helping solve an issue during our stay (not related to him or the apartment). The place is well-stocked with kitchenware and comfortable furniture and everything works well. The views from the front windows and both decks are spectacular, and the upper deck has sun for most of the day. The Tanglewood complex is quiet and restful. Next door Rathtrevor Beach Park wasn't busy during our visit (late March) but it looks likely to host a lot of visitors in summer. However, the beach is big (especially at low tide) and there are many restaurants and other amenities in nearby Parksville to keep everyone occupied. Locally, we really liked the nearby Black Goose Pub. There are also several other provincial parks nearby that we enjoyed visiting — Cathedral Grove (avoid in high season), Spider Lake, and Englishman River Falls.

Another wonderful stay - best location ever!

Being right next to Rathtrevor Beach and trails makes this the ideal location for us. The weather was amazing and there were still loads of campers and people enjoying what the park has to offer, so it was wonderful to be able to step out of the condo door to walk the trails early in the morning. This clean condo is very well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The condo binder held a wealth of information about the functioning of TV and BBQ, as well as info about the area. Thanks again to Peter and his team for a most relaxing stay.

Winter getaway

The condo space was roomy and comfortable for our family of four (two kids 11 & 12). Great views over the ocean, lots of linens, kitchen was well equipped for everything you need. Living room was a great place for all of us to chill when there was a downpour outside. Great spot right on Rathtrevor beach, and great easy trails right next door in the provincial park.

Great location

The second floor condo was very close to the beach. The beach is very easy to walk on and as well the park is right there for easier walking.

Our family fell in love with Rathtrevor Beach over 15 years ago. We have enjoyed spending great family time at Rathtrevor many summers since. In 2007 we found this lovely vacation home. It is in a very unique location within the complex being directly adjacent to the park and with a great view and access to the beach. It provides the perfect balance of privacy and beach access. And it is very well appointed and up-to-date.

Our vacation home has a great balance of privacy and beach access. We side onto Rathtrevor Provincial Park and we are steps to the beach. The unit is fully equipped with a well stocked kitchen, TV, DVD, fireplace, wireless internet, and many beach ameneties. There are 2 decks, one off the main floor and one off the top floor. The top floor deck offers great views and the perfect place to enjoy your meals in privacy in the middle of nature. Our vacation home is very peaceful and relaxing.
