I never write bad reviews but for the price of this stay - I felt it was important. None of the doors locked, front door or back door, and when we asked about this the owner refused to make the home safe for us and our belongings. The handles on almost all the bathroom showers and almost every sink in the house would fall off and didn’t work. There was mold in both washing machines. Just very disappointing overall for this type of stay. The mgmt service team was great and responsive - unfortunately the owner wouldn’t agree to do anything. I would not recommend this home unless they fix these so you can actually take a shower or a bath lol!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear our management team was responsive during your stay, and we’re sorry the home did not meet expectations. Replacement door hardware and plumbing handles/fixtures are already on order, and the washing machines have been thoroughly cleaned. These items are being addressed and will be resolved very soon. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and are committed to ensuring the home provides the experience our guests expect.

Beautiful house on a gorgeous beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and offered an incredible setting right on the beach. The wall of windows looked out on the deck and pool with views of the gorgeous beach and gulf waters, which was literally just steps away. It was amazing. There were many outstanding amenities, however we were notified of some things in the house that weren't working properly and we reported several more so that was our biggest disappointment, it was unfortunate that a house/location that was perfect in most all of the ways that count needs so many things fixed to make them functional. At the end of the day though the beautiful house and location were unsurpassed.

Thank you for your review, Susan. We’re so glad you enjoyed the home, especially the beachfront setting and those incredible views—it really is a special spot. We appreciate you bringing the maintenance issues to our attention and understand how frustrating that can be. We’re actively addressing those items to ensure everything is fully functional for future stays. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

William, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the heating issue during your stay, especially during the cold weather. Unfortunately, the furnace failure was unexpected, and while we worked to diagnose and resolve it as quickly as possible, we regret that the repair could not be completed sooner. We appreciate your patience and have since ensured the system is fully operational to prevent this from happening again.
