Besökare som letar efter modern lyx mitt i hjärtat av 30A, i Blue Mountain Beach, kommer att bli kär i den hjärtstoppande utsikten, privat tillgång till stranden, stor privat pool och utomhuskök med gott om plats att underhålla. Detta ljusa och luftiga hem med två balkonger med utsikt över stranden drar full nytta av strandytan, utformad så att de flesta rum har fantastisk utsikt. Från kustdekoren till de fantastiska utomhusområdena kommer detta hem säkert att imponera. Koppla bara av och se solen gå ner över Mexikanska golfen på verandan på andra våningen eller ta ett dopp i den privata poolen med utsikt över de orörda, vita stränderna i Emerald Coast.

Royal Destinations communicated via text, check in and check out procedures. The location was great. Grocery store was 9 minutes away, many restaurants close by and ice cream shop and bakery within walking distance!

Great house :)

We had a great stay in this beautiful house. We had a couple of hiccups with the Direct TV but the property manager was on top of it each time. Great response time every time. The home and area was beautiful and we would go again tomorrow if we could.

Upscale Beach House, top-notch experience

We spent a week at 408 Blue Mountain, with six adults, two kids (6/9). This is a top-notch, ultra-luxurious beach house. Two kitchens, one on each floor. Loved having a 2nd kitchen on the upper floor. Bedrooms were nice and roomy, the kids loved their bunkrooms. Plenty of room for all. The outside/deck is nice, we ate out there several times. It is beachfront, a 30 second walk and you're on the sand. Yes, the beach can get crowded, but never to the point it bothered us. It's a big beach, and even with a lot of people, it never felt packed. The property manager is Royal Destinations, and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. And it was. Can not recommend this house enough.

Great house and location

This house is fantastic in terms of the amenities, the location, and the space. There are multiple laundry rooms, multiple kitchens, a commercial sized ice maker, and tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and beach towels. There were a few hiccups though - the elevator didn't work, the downstairs AC was clogged (and was fixed the first night we were there), and almost none of the door handles to go outside to the beach worked. However, the house was very enjoyable and we were given a gift card to a local restaurant for our inconvenience.

The house is simply perfect in every way. It was spacious, furnished/decorated beautifully, had comfortable beds and had a wonderful kitchen complete with everything you need. We enjoyed Blue Mountain Beach area and definitely hope to return next summer! The Blue Mountain Bakery and the Blue Mountain Ice Cream shop were within walking distance and both are GREAT! Working with Royal Destinations was a pleasure!

Friends trip to 408 Blue Mountain

Each bedroom has a private bath with the exception of a shared bath between the bunk room and a bedroom.The kitchen was well stocked and there was ample refrigerator space.The house is beautiful. The pool was ideally located.
