Great home with plenty of small extras. It would have been nice to have easier to haul chairs for the beach and a little better cushions for outside chairs. Overall great place.

Aloha David, Thank you for staying in our home and providing your feedback. We have tried various brands and styles of beach chairs and found our Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs to have the best balance of comfort, portability and durability - but nothing beats a bamboo rollup mat for ease of transport. We've found the four-inch cushions on our lanai furniture to have the best comfort and durability available. Both the chairs and cushions get a lot of sun, salt, rain and use so we refresh all of them in the Spring each year.

We loved the location of the property. It was not at all busy or crowded. There was plenty to do very close by. The hosts were very communicative and the property was just as described. Everything was very clean and well stocked to just enjoy the island versus shopping for things you’ll only use once. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo! Very clean and well organized with beautiful furnishings and decor. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the bbq at pool was nice in the evenings. Comfortable beds and linens as well. We would def stay again! We love Princeville area.

The home is well furnished, and the kitchen is very well equipped, better than any other VRBO condos we've been in. We didn't need the AC at all, and the door stops for the sliders let us secure the sliders open a few inches and allowed the cool evening breezes to come in. The ceiling fans worked quietly. Well located in Princeville with no road noise, with quick and easy access (a few minutes) to Hanalei and Kilauea. We enjoyed (twice) the Happy Talk Lounge at the Hanalei Bay Resort for good food and music (on the nights they're open).We also appreciated the premium body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, and that the unit was a ground-floor location.

This condo had everything that was promised! Good location, the kitchen had everything you needed and more, and the gym and pool are right across the driveway. The gym had a bench, weights, and a bunch of cardio equipment and machines (no towels, mats, or foam roller). We would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed the stay and would stay here again. The place is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Foodland supermarket is nearby, and Hanalei is a short drive. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking a evening walk.

Cozy and welcoming property

This was the perfect place for our visit. We each had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen had all we needed as we prefer cooking our meals (vs going out).The setting is lovely and the patio welcoming. The owners were fabulous to deal with and if we come back to Kauai, we would look to stay here again.

Great place!

We didn't spend a lot of time in it, but my son and I were very impressed with this place. Super comfortable to come back to after a long day of hiking and surfing. I liked that the units all have central HVAC, but we didn't even need it; and we stayed in June.

Fantastic property!

We had a wonderful time here. The home is very clean and comfortable. I’m going to have to find out more info on the mattress because it is the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. We knew we wanted to spend as much time at Hanalei bay as possible and this was just a very short drive. Best vacation ever!

We've traveled a lot for business and pleasure and really appreciate a quality bed. The master bed in our Plantation home is a Cal-King Tempurpedic bed with their memory foam mattress, and a 3 inch high density Visco Soft Cool-Gel ventilated topper, and a double layer of mattress pad/protectors. The guest room has a queen sized Casper bed, also with the same 3 inch topper and double layer of mattress protectors.
