Every thing went well. The owner was awesome and got back to us quickly with our questions or concerns. I would recommend this property for long stays, it was perfect.

Not large party friendly

There was not enough seating in the living area and the table only sat 4 people. Overall cleanliness was poor. There were several live and dead cockroaches in the house. The floors were also very dirty, I recommend wearing shoes if you don’t want black feet or ruined socks. Also makes sure and check the app for check in directions because the address and the code that was sent via email was not correct so it took us a minute to find the correct address and code to get in.

Safe neighborhood, cozy and clean house

Check in process was easy, check out process simple. House was very clean and had all needed amenities. Neighborhood felt safe. Everything worked in the house and was easy to use. We enjoyed our stay and plan on going back! Highly recommend for families.

Comfortable and Clean

Stayed here with my husband and daughter for a prospect camp at Florida Tech, which was just 15 minutes down the road. This place allowed us to relax after a busy day and also after a beach trip. Beats staying at a hotel and being stuck in one room. Home is well equipped and allowed minimal packing. Convenient to the beach and is in a very quiet, safe and established neighborhood.

The hose was clean and well organized. Sheets and towels clean. It is nice and within 20 min from shopping and FIT. We enjoyed staying there

Perfect Property and location

I rented this property for the weekend for my family attending a wedding in the area. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very thoughtful, there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Thank you. Instructions to get in were clear and easy. We travelled from different locations, so we arrived at different times, however, we had no problems getting in. Thank you for the accommodation, we had a great time.

Very nice vacation home

We really enjoyed out stay at this vacation rental. The home was nicely furnished and had all the little extras as well. Comfortable accommodations and convenient location. Host was very easy to get in touch with and very responsive to any needs we had. Looking forward to staying here again.

Wonderful stay!

Very accommodating and worked with us to make sure we could get in the house when needed! Comfortable environment with a park down the road and community pool for the kids to enjoy! Would definitely stay here again!

Went for USSSA tournament

Our family of 7 went down to attend a week long softball tournament. We had a wonderful time at the house and nearby beaches. It felt like home and not overly touristy. We were there for 7 nights and 8 days. We cooked at least 2 times a day in the kitchen and every utensil and pan was there we needed. The kids had a blast with the toys that were there. There was also a pool nearby that was inexpensive to go to that the kids enjoyed. All in all a great place to stay and we will go back if our team returns to that tournament maybe even if they don't!

Perfect Home for our Needs

The home was perfect to accommodate my spouse and me as we stayed for one month. Our son and his two friends came for six days before heading back to college. We all had plenty of room and there were enough beds. The owner was very responsive. We couldn't figure out the garbage disposal because the switch was hidden behind a multi USB port. She immediately got back to us. Had a great stay.

Great!

Perfect for our family of 5. Close to beach (30-45mins depending on beach) and everything else we wanted (3hrs to Tampa, 1hr to Orlando). Rental even included beach toys/wagons/umbrella/bikes and more available to use. Fantastic home that’s very affordable.
