Nice location

The property was very inviting, nice quiet neighborhood the neighbors are very friendly, property was clean and well kept, we will return to this property on our next visit to Palm Bay, and the host Cesar is the best

Great Location for Visiting with Family

We had a great stay here. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We weren't at the house too much during the day because we were visiting with family but in the evenings it was great for relaxing.

Fishing trip to Headwaters.

Really nice home, worked perfectly for the gour of us..Jyst 15 minutes to Headwaters ramp. Conveniently located for restaurants, grocery store and supplies.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. The property was as listed. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It has a nice size backyard. It is near all the main stores that you would need while vacationing. We would definitely stay here again.

Could have been better

Decent enough. Rather cheap on the kitchen suppliesfor cleaning. No access to garage. AC set too high it was difficult to set the right temp. I would not stay again unless it was the last hike to rent.

House was clean but had broken closest doors in two of the bedrooms which I notified the host/owner on arrival and the ice maker on fridge did not work due to the filter needing to be replaced.

Great Getaway

My friend and I came to the area to fish Headwaters Lake and Stick Marsh / Farm 13. This home provided an excellent location for our trip. We were just 20 minutes from the boat ramp. There is a Publix located just 2 miles away. The surrounding area has plenty of dining options and the neighborhood is quiet and very nice. We will certainly check this listing for availability when we plan our next trip to Palm Bay.
