Wonderful house, great location

This is one of the nicer houses I've stayed in at Sea Ranch over the years; the kitchen is really well set up, the bedrooms are comfortable, the hot tub is covered from the rain, easy walking distance to the bluff trail, plenty of firewood available. I'd rent it again.

Loved it!

This is our second time booking the Meadow House and we absolutely loved it. Wonderful location, great division of space within the house, amazing night sky’s, excellent kitchen/grill with everything you’d need. We’ll definitely return!

Lovely house with an amazing kitchen and great amenities. We used the hot tub too! My only disappointment is that the ocean view can only be seen from the kitchen- I think that should be clearer in the description of the property.

3 couple review

House is absolutely beautiful for 3 couples. Was very impressive with beautiful art, finely finished, and immaculate. We had one issue that felt atypical. The common room tv has Netflix and we wanted to watch together but it needed “jimmy’s password” which we did not have. When I called Vacasa I was told someone would get back to me and no one did. As I said, that was inconsistent with everything else we experienced and we hope to come back again,.

Beautiful and clean home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. There were a few lightbulbs that were out and the bathroom door wasn't closing, but the property manager came right out to fix the problems. I love the house layout and it was super clean. 2 minor issues that others might not care about were most of the non-stick cookware was badly scratched and not safe for cooking and the pillows/bedding could use updating. Pillows were not comfortable. But overall loved the house!

Terrible customer service

No one responds to my emails or texts. Phone number was no longer valid. House was dirty with dead bugs. Blankets had holes and one had a couple inches of cigarette burn holes.

Peaceful and pleasant home

This was a nicely designed home which felt very private. When we arrived there was a beautiful stag sitting under a tree in the back yard and then a Doe and baby appeared. They spent the evening watching us through the windows-obviously we were the Saturday night entertainment. There were 2 sitting areas, upstairs and down. All three bedrooms were on the ground floor. I think the listing should mention that the kitchen and dining area are split level to the living room with the fireplace and there is a sunken second dining area (?for cards or jigsaws) which is hard to access, especially for elderly or disabled. I would not recommend it as a good choice for small children as there is a lot of potential for falling down due to little flights of stairs inside and out. The hot tub was lovely and there appeared to be a colony of tiny frogs under it. It was a short walk to the bluff top trail. The beds were comfortable. The only negative thing was that the outside grill ran out of propane and we had to finish cooking indoors. Overall we enjoyed staying there.

Great house and location

Great house, lovely location. Multiple areas to enjoy from the hot tub to the upper balcony (stargazing great from here) to the front courtyard in the afternoon sun. Kitchen well stocked, barbecue and fireplace easy to use. Wonderful ocean views from kitchen area. Trails super close.

Wonderful stay.

My mother and I had a wonderful stay at the Meadow House. It is beautifully appointed and the location was ideal of a five mile hike along the coast. Seeing the mother doe with her two tiny fawns, right outside the house, was an added bonus.

Lovely location

My husband and I enjoyed our week stay. We enjoyed coffee every morning, cooked our meals in the kitchen without issue, and enjoyed the BBQ. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the large primary shower. We would stay again.

Very nice house and the location is good. My only negative is you rent for two days but you can't get into house until 4pm and must leave by 10am. So in truth you only have one "day" and two nights

Love the Meadow House

We had a great stay at the Meadow house. It had everything we needed and lots of space to spread out. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the smoke alarm went off at midnight one night needing a new battery, and due to the high ceilings we could not disable it so it continued to beep all night. We had to wait until the repair person came in the morning. It made for 1 terrible night. But all the others were great.

Meadow House

Meadow House is a beautiful property. Very clean with contemporary kitchen, bathrooms and other furnishings. I tend to judge properties on bathrooms and kitchens and these did not disappoint. The only cons are 1) the cell service for AT&T was very spotty and we could only make/receive calls in the kitchen. Also, I wish there was more of an ocean view. You can see the ocean from a distance from the kitchen, but now that we've been and know the area more, I might select a house with more of a direct ocean view. We also had to move out for 1 night to another property due to the hot water heater not working. Although it was inconvenient, we did get to experience another house that had closer access to the ocean. The downside to that house (Del Mar Meadow), was that the bathrooms were dated and one of the kids' rooms was very much a room for very young kids (2 bunk beds crammed into a small space). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend that house.

Lovely Sea Ranch escape

Beautiful, relaxing Sea Ranch home! This home is well situated in Sea Ranch with access to walking trails and beach trails. The house was perfect for our family - lots of spaces to relax by the fire, an upstairs nook for watching movies, two big dinner tables for eating and socializing. The kids loved the built in table, "the hut" and loved eating their meals in it. The kitchen is well stocked and delightful to cook in. The hot tub feels great on cool foggy days and is a peaceful place to relax. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are dark and quiet. Lovely spot for families or friends looking to get away and relax!

What an artistic beautiful place!

Our family of four love the Meadow House. It is so beautifully designed with total privacy, easy access to the ocean trail and view of the golf course and you can see the ocean from dining room and kitchen. Hot tub is in a peaceful setting towards the golf course, nice fireplace with plenty of wood and kindling, overall an amazing place for our vacation!
