Rymligt kök med ö och två stolar. Inbyggd frukostkrok med fantastisk utsikt över vattnet. Carrera marmorräknare och vita bänkskivor.

3 sovrum och 2 badrum.
2 av sovrummen har queen size-sängar, plattskärms-TV och skjutreglage ut till privata vattnet däck. Vilken plats att ha ditt morgonkaffe medan du njuter av soluppgången eller ett glas vin på kvällen!

De två fulla badarna. En med dusch / badkar och den andra med en stor duschkabin.

Utomhus finns en vacker havsutsikt med blå sten, ett stort däck utanför två av sovrummet och en brygga / däck precis vid vattnet.

Ta med egna lakan och handdukar, allt annat finns inklusive hårtork, toalettpapper, pappershanddukar, kaffefilter, kastruller och kokkärl och sopor.

Dennis har 16 stränder att njuta av på både havet och viken. 3 offentliga golfbanor finns i närheten. Vi gillar The Bass River Golf Course.

3 miles från Dennis by med affärer, glassbar och restauranger.
5 minuters bilresa till vackra Cape Cod Bay stränder (Corporation, Mayflower).

Lugnt område med miles av naturstigar precis runt hörnet.

Husdjur avgift är en extra $ 50 per vistelse. Förutom veckovisa vistelser när det är $ 100 per vistelse.

Små sandiga områden på båda sidor av privat brygga. Stranden på stranden beror på säsongen.

Highly recommend the cottage as a place to stay. The property was even nicer in person than the photos. Location is close to a lot of things to do but also far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Easy drive to pretty much anywhere on the CapeHost was great and easy to work, very responsive when needed. Will come back again.

We have rented many places on the Cape and Sunrise Cottage is by far our favorite place. We could and did sit all day on the deck overlooking the pond. We kayaked, swam and floated. The kitchen is so lovely, giving an excellent view of the pond. The accommodations were stellar. Lovely bedrooms where you can open the sliding glass doors and walk on another deck. Great laundry area. Meg is communicative and caring about the stay. We loved the extra touches where there were lotions and body wash, shampoos and conditioners. Highly recommend sunrise cottage!

This was immediately a favorite rental. Meg pays much attention to detail. The bedding is exceptional and the entire house is tastefully decorated. We had everything (and more) we needed. The yard was amazing with beautiful landscaping, patio furniture, fire pit, etc. We didn’t use the kayaks only because we ran out of time. My next visit will be a longer stay. Thank you, Meg, for such a beautiful home and being a perfect host. I appreciate all the extra information you sent us regarding restaurants, etc. And thank you for making it pet friendly.

What a wonderful cottage! We had everything we needed and so much more. There were many cozy spaces to relax, watch the birds, and read. The host offered information about “off season” restaurants and her recommendations were spot on.

The house was so cozy and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable as well! Hard to find that in most houses I’ve rented. Meg the owner was very nice and very easy to communicate with. The pond was so peaceful and relaxing. Centrally located on the Cape. 6A is a nice route to drive even in the winter. Do not hesitate to stay here :)

Sunrise cottage lives up to its name!

Sunrise cottage offers a beautiful sunrise every morning. The kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor shower as well as the updated and well maintained cottage made our stay comfortable and perfect for our family. The proximity to the Dennis beaches made our stay complete.

Great Vacation Home

Great vacation home, everything was nicely updated and very clean. Owners provided a lot of extras that came in handy (paper towels, toilet paper, hand towels in bathrooms, laundry, etc.) Would definitely rent this home again and would recommend to anyone.

Two friends & one dog came back a second time to this precious cottage. Meg covers everything ahead of arrival & is responsive promptly to any questions during the stay. The cottage is clean & comfortable. The beds are luxurious. The view across the pond is a conservation area. The energy of this place is Light. We love it.

Great place!

This spot was perfection. The house was clean and had great amenities such as central air, decks, and well stocked kitchen. The pond is only steps away and the kayaks were easy to handle. We had a great time!

Went to a wedding on the cape and the Sunrise Cottage was a perfect base for us and our three adult children. Relaxing, quiet neighborhood with trails to walk on around the pong. Cottage was clean and well provisioned with everything we needed. Look forward to staying again. Thanks !!

This house is gorgeous. The views out the back are beautiful. The fire pit was enjoyed on most of our evenings, watching the fireflies. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and the property is private. The perfect retreat

Sunrise Cottage is perfect in every way. I was looking for a quiet spot to relax and recharge with friends. The pond is so pretty all day long, and between the view and the warm fireplace we never felt the need to leave. I brought my dog and hiking through the conservation land was a treat. Can't wait to be back!

This cottage is in a quiet waterside neighborhood with walking trails around the pond and to the golf course. Great to walk your dogs and then let them take a dip in the crystal clear pond.

We have renovated and furnished this property to our liking and we hope yours. We installed central air, a gas Heatilator fireplace, gas heat and vaulting the ceilings.
