2 av sovrummen har queen size-sängar, plattskärms-TV och skjutreglage ut till privata vattnet däck. Vilken plats att ha ditt morgonkaffe medan du njuter av soluppgången eller ett glas vin på kvällen!

De två fulla badarna. En med dusch / badkar och den andra med en stor duschkabin.

Utomhus finns en vacker havsutsikt med blå sten, ett stort däck utanför två av sovrummet och en brygga / däck precis vid vattnet.

Dennis har 16 stränder att njuta av på både havet och viken. 3 offentliga golfbanor finns i närheten. Vi gillar The Bass River Golf Course.

5 minuters bilresa till vackra Cape Cod Bay stränder (Corporation, Mayflower).

Lugnt område med miles av naturstigar precis runt hörnet.

Not enough superlatives for this place!

Spectacular location with walls of windows overlooking a pristine pond. 3-minute walk to lovely trail through conservation land where dogs can romp off-leash. House had a perfect layout for 2 couples and a toddler. Furnishings and decor made the home as beautiful as it was comfortable. We were truly sad to leave!

Fantastic Accommodations

Meg's attentions to details and accessibility made this stay one of the very best we have experienced on the cape! The view of the pond at all times of the day or night is fantastic for viewing wildlife and relaxing. The property is well stocked with dishes and cookware plus we appreciated the little touches such as ample dishwashing detergent and dog blankets for covering the couch. Beds were very comfortable with very nice pillows and linens. Was a little too cold for making use of the kayaks on the frozen pond or other exterior amenities, but I am sure they would very nice during warmer months. Also really appreciated that we could vacation with our dog, who we could tell, felt very comfortable staying here. Will definitely check for availability the next time we return to the cape!

Sunrise cottage lives up to its name!

Sunrise cottage offers a beautiful sunrise every morning. The kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor shower as well as the updated and well maintained cottage made our stay comfortable and perfect for our family. The proximity to the Dennis beaches made our stay complete.

Perfectly lovely

Pictures show exactly what to expect - it’s a cute, cozy, well decorated and nicely located house perfect for a weekend getaway. We loved bringing our pup, the kids loved using binoculars to watch the pond wildlife, and the adults enjoyed a comfortable home for relaxing. We rent homes often for our getaways and this one is high on the list of places we would return. Meg was thorough in all communication and I have no doubt she would have immediately jumped in to assist should there have been any issues.

Terrific!

The house has lovely views and is thoughtfully laid out and equipped. Our stay was so very comfortable. The new beach toys were perfect! And the pond was amazing, clean and quiet, with conservation land edging half of it. Two sit-on-top kayaks and two paddle boards were supplied. The host was very responsive.

Better than imagined

A week on Flax Pond in the Sunrise Cottage was pure bliss. The house is homey & well appointed with multiple seating & viewing options. The beds are super comfortable. Meg is the best hostess we’ve ever met. She responds immediately & with genuine kindness. The walking trails are great & the dog had a blast. The Ring Bros Market has excellent food & prepared food & they deliver! We planned our trip around the full moon &, with the reflection, got double full moon energy! We love this place ‘ will return.

Beautiful and comfortable cottage!!!!

My friends and I enjoyed celebrating our 40th birthdays at this beautiful cottage. It was a peaceful and relaxing weekend, exactly what we were looking for!! Meg was the best host, and we would love to stay here again!

Amazing home. A true pleasure to stay here.

Sunrise Cottage was beautiful, clean and centrally located. Meg was a wonderful host that supplied us with a guide to Cape Cod that was priceless. We would stay here again and so should you! Do not hesitate to stay here.

Great Vacation Home

Great vacation home, everything was nicely updated and very clean. Owners provided a lot of extras that came in handy (paper towels, toilet paper, hand towels in bathrooms, laundry, etc.) Would definitely rent this home again and would recommend to anyone.

Great place!

This spot was perfection. The house was clean and had great amenities such as central air, decks, and well stocked kitchen. The pond is only steps away and the kayaks were easy to handle. We had a great time!

The perfect retreat

Sunrise Cottage is perfect in every way. I was looking for a quiet spot to relax and recharge with friends. The pond is so pretty all day long, and between the view and the warm fireplace we never felt the need to leave. I brought my dog and hiking through the conservation land was a treat. Can't wait to be back!

Loved it!

The view of the pond from the kitchen and deck is a memory I keep coming back to; so tranquil and lovely. Our family has vacationed in Cape Cod for many years and we loved the location, close to Captain Frosty's!! A family fave. The conservation area was a major plus for walking our dog while enjoying nature. The gas fireplace was a great feature when we had cool nights. Meg had a great list of suggestions and was a responsive host. Thanks!

Absolutely amazing property!!

From the moment walking in the door, it was magical! The cottage looks exactly like the photos, was clean, welcoming, and has a stunning setting on the pond. Spectacular property

Amazing house perfectly situated on lovely pond. A perfect and cozy spot for our long winter weekend getaway. Immaculately clean. Grateful that our dog was welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace, as well as the seating overlooking the water. Would be doubly amazing in the summer. We will be back!

exquisitly comfortable

Cannot say enough that is positive about this home.. It is clean and well maintained. All acoutremonts are high end. The view of the pond is spectacular.I had trouble leaving the house to do things--there was so much beauty and comfort available right there.

JUST AMAZING

We were coming from France to visit my daughter in law for Christmas : we completly felt in love with sunrise cottage :the view is incredible, the area is so quite , Meg the owner is so nice and very helpful, all time at our disposal is help or information are needeed. Beautiful cottage with a view!!

Beautiful cottage with a spectacular view over looking the pond. The house was clean and well decorated with a great setup. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the amenities you need. The owner was responsive and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The house has a cozy comfortable feel right when you walk in. We had coffee in the mornings sitting on the deck and Nothing beats the morning view of the pond!!

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed at Meg's amazing house for four nights in September. We loved everything about it. It's in a quiet, Lakeside neighborhood with trails to walk our dog. The Cape Cod Bay beaches were a quick drive and the village of Dennis was charming. Meg provided us with recommendations for the area which were all spot on. The house itself was stunning, everything was new and the views were to die for. We honestly can't think of one thing to improve. We will definitely come back as soon as we can.
