Nya Àgare har nyligen renoverats, med nya möbler, konstverk och nya sÀngklÀder. Condo har uppdaterat kök med bÀnkskivor frÄn Corian och apparater i rostfritt stÄl. Har ocksÄ en vin kylare och Krups kaffebryggare. Vardagsrummet har lÀder, snittsoffa och 47 "plattskÀrms-TV med boosthögtalare. Sovrummet har king size-sÀng, 32 "platt-TV och ett privat badrum med dusch / badkar combo. GÀst sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng, 23 "platt-TV och helt nya vÄningssÀngar (tvÄ tvillingar). Denna lÀgenhet inkluderar en liten tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare.

Ägaren har genomtĂ€nkt tillhandahĂ„llit sin privata golv förvaringsskĂ„p för gĂ€ster att lagra sina strandartiklar i - inte mer toting paraplyer, strandleksaker, kylare etc. upp och ner hissen varje dag! Love San Souci! The condo was clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Beach access was easy and the underground parking with access to the storage unit were added bonuses! Having to stop by an office to check in/out was a bit of a bummer, but the people were friendly and it didn't take too much extra time.

The beach chairs & umbrella set up being part of the reservation made things so much easier. The elevators never kept us waiting very long and having the carts to take luggage back and forth from the car makes it so easy. Being directly across the street from Peg Leg Pete's is icing on the cake. We would love to stay in this condo again!

Paradise Beach Homes provides great service and promptly addresses questions or issues. We also liked the fact that there was a physical key instead of a code lock. It made the unit feel more secure. The free beach service was an additional bonus. Thanks for having us!

Great location. Convenient to restaurants and stores. The condo is perfect. It sits directly on the beach and the beach isn't crowded. The room had a great layout and decorated nicely.

Great view of the waves. Located directly across from our favorite restaurant, "Peg leg Petes". Nice to have the convenience store also across the street. Little store is ridiculously expensive but works for small items in a pinch. Beds very comfortable. Nice to have a washer and dryer. One note of caution. Reserved parking spot is right next to a row of storage lockers. Our brand-new car was scratched, as a result of some careless person accessing one of those lockers.
