This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - free WiFi - wireless high-speed internet throughout. The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 6 people. It has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a guest room has two full beds. There is a full bath /shower in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower bath room in the hallway for easy guest access. The open concept floor plan has a modern updated kitchen with beautiful upgraded granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach.

It was good. I went by the office to speak with manager but could not catch him. The latch on balcony door was broken and, I think the wall outlet in master bedroom that the tv was plugged into may have a short in it. Additionally, the parking permit had 604 listed but, we could not locate spot 604 in garage. My wife and I still had a great time. We would stay again.

Great stay!

The location on the beach is fantastic and the beach chairs a huge deal! Loved having our chairs out each day!The place is clean and comfortable. The king mattress could be replaced as sags to the middle. Also think it wouldn’t hurt to give us an extra roll of toilet paper and more than 2 garbage bags. But, the location on the beach was superb and made up for everything.Would stay again!

Wonderful week in paradise

We completely enjoyed our stay at Sans Souci 604. We were lucky enough to have been there for the Blue Angel’s show at Pensacola Beach. You could not believe the views we had of the jets. The room itself was very clean, comfortable and furnished well. The beds were very comfortable! I would highly recommend renting this room!!

Beautiful condo and wonderful location

Condo was clean, right on the beach and right outside the elevator for those who have walking issues. Only problem was that the tub drain would not stay closed.

Beautiful location

Location is directly on the beach and view is amazing! Peg Leg Pete’s is right across the street. Condo was well equipped. Communication with manager was great.

We enjoyed the condo and it was clean. We would have liked to know that we didn't have an assigned parking spot under the condo. It was bad weather when we got there and we didn't know that we would have to park outside.

Fantastic Place to Stay

We had a great time staying at this beautiful place on the beach! The host was kind and quick to answer any questions that I had. Good location with the beach right there, the hot tub was nice when it was chilly out, and walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's for dinner and drinks was nice. A great place and we would stay again.

Pensacola Getaway

Great ocean views with a pool. Gated community felt safe. Walking distance to a restaurant and convenience store. Having a couple beach chairs and an umbrella set up daily was a nice plus. We plan on booking again in the future.

Amazing views at a phenomenal beach front condo

We had an absolute wonderful experience. The owners were very helpful and communicative. The condo was decorated beautifully with modern furniture, and the views from the balcony were amazing. We couldn’t have wished for anything more.

Relaxing October Beach Weekend

The condo was well-appointed with ample space for a family of four. There were plenty of towels (even beach towels) and it was clean. The balcony was our favorite as we enjoyed listening to the waves and watching sunsets. There is some wear and tear from previous renters, but it appears the owner tries to keep up with maintaining the rental. The location is fabulous as it’s across from Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant and on the quieter side of Pensacola Beach. The pier, various entertainment places, and restaurants is a very short drive or nice walk on the beach away.

Needs to be cleaner

The location of the condo is nice. The condo is across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s. The cleanliness of the condo was horrible!! I found dirty dishes in the cabinet. There was no coffee cups and one spoon! The refrigerator had dried lettuce. The floor had sand on it. Yes, it’s at the beach but this was an excessive amount. The extra blankets smelled. We stayed in the condo for the weekend to move my Marine to another base.

After traveling all over the world and living on three different continents (Asia - Japan, Europe - Italy, and North America - USA) we moved back to the USA. While here we had the opportunity to live on all three of our beautiful coastlines (West - Monterey CA, East - Oceana VA, and the Gulf Coast - Pensacola Beach FL). After all of our travels were complete, we decided that there was no better place to live or vacation than Pensacola Beach. The sugar white sands and the emerald green waters form the perfect backdrop for where low cost of living meets the highest quality of life. We are constantly at the beach so we decided to buy a beach front condo that we could call our own. After careful research we bought at the beautiful Sans Souci. We use it ourselves from time to time and open our home to others to enjoy the sun and the sand as much as we do!

Some of our great local events/adventures include: deep sea fishing, pier fishing, dolphin watching or going on a dolphin cruise, walking the Gulf Island National Sea Shores and touring the Ft. Pickens historical FL state park, touring the National Museum of Naval Aviation (equal if not better than the National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC), Adventures Unlimited (Zip Lining, tubing, kayaking, and the high adventure ropes course), Historic Seville Square (concerts in the Park on Thursday nights during the summer), or kicking back and shopping/dinning on Palafox St. (named one of the USA's 10 Best Walking/Shopping Streets by Travel Mag).
