VÀlkommen till JoyHouse i Waco, Texas! Jag Àr sÄ exalterad att dela den hÀr speciella get away med dig. Det Àr perfekt stÀlle att bo för familjesamlingar, Baylor-evenemang, bröllop, tjejhelg eller en romantisk get away. Det finns sÄ mÄnga roliga saker att göra i Waco och omgivande omrÄden.

Detta hus har varit ett kÀrleksarbete och Àr en sann pÀrla efter sin fixer-övre resa. Denna 3 sovrum hem ligger inbÀddat i en lugn gata med charm bÄde inifrÄn och ut. Njut av uppdateringarna och skönheten i JoyHouse, oavsett om de samlas runt gÄrdsbordet, samlas upp vid eldstaden, spelar spel pÄ vintagebordet, eller kopplar av under caféljuset i den privata inhÀgnade gÄrden.

JoyHouse sover 6 bekvÀmt med en queen size-sÀng i privat master suite. Njut av en extra queen size-sÀng i ett andra sovrum. Det tredje sovrummet har tvÄ enkelsÀngar som kan konverteras till en king size-sÀng pÄ begÀran. Ytterligare luftmadrasser finns ocksÄ.

Samla runt ett stort bord i köket, perfekt för att göra minnen. Köket Àr vÀlfyllt med allt du behöver under din vistelse, inklusive en dubbla kaffebryggare, brödrost, lÄngkokare, kastruller / pannor, redskap och allt du behöver njuta av en flaska vin (eller 2,3 eller 4) etc .

Easy check in and check out. Lovely decorations. Comfortable access to town while still able to escape. (The train line nearby had zero trains, so no issues at all)

It was wonderful!! The yard was great, we sat out with our daughter and boyfriend. We have very small dogs and they had a blast. We had a blast. We have scheduled to be back at Christmas. It's less the 10 minutes from my entire family.

This property was perfect! The host provided more than I've ever seen at any other property and was excellent with communication. It's located conveniently close to shopping centers, major highways, and city parks. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Waco.

Lovely neighborhood with beautiful trees. The accommodations were excellent, the interior was beautifully decorated and also had many homey touches throughout the house. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch. Very peaceful. I highly recommend this place. The host, Gayla was fantastic

Very nice home and backyard. Gayla had anythjng you could imagine you needed for your stay. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed cooking our meals. It was very quiet and peaceful area and very close to anything you needed. The little extras really made it feel like home. Really enjoyed the snacks a bottle of fine she gifted.cooking our meals.

Joyful

Our stay at the joy house was excellent! The host is very responsive. There were snacks and even a bottle of wine! Unfortunately our stay was so short we couldn’t finish the wine and couldn't take it with us since we were driving. Definitely would stay again and would recommend to others. Bed was very comfy. Backyard had cute party lights and was fenced and private for our dogs to run and play. Internet was slow, but not an issue for us.

Perfect getaway

From the communication with the host to the check out process, this was the perfect getaway to spend time with my daughter at Baylor Law School. Host was gracious & offered early check & late check out. Quiet neighborhood.

Nice place for graduation from Baylor

House was very functional, cute decor. Only 4 stars for cleanliness. Kitchen and baths were clean but gobs of dust on ceiling fans and lights. Only ironing board we could find was in the garage and too dirty to use.
