Välkommen till JoyHouse i Waco, Texas! Jag är så exalterad att dela den här speciella get away med dig. Det är perfekt ställe att bo för familjesamlingar, Baylor-evenemang, bröllop, tjejhelg eller en romantisk get away. Det finns så många roliga saker att göra i Waco och omgivande områden.

Detta hus har varit ett kärleksarbete och är en sann pärla efter sin fixer-övre resa. Denna 3 sovrum hem ligger inbäddat i en lugn gata med charm både inifrån och ut. Njut av uppdateringarna och skönheten i JoyHouse, oavsett om de samlas runt gårdsbordet, samlas upp vid eldstaden, spelar spel på vintagebordet, eller kopplar av under caféljuset i den privata inhägnade gården.

JoyHouse sover 6 bekvämt med en queen size-säng i privat master suite. Njut av en extra queen size-säng i ett andra sovrum. Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar som kan konverteras till en king size-säng på begäran. Ytterligare luftmadrasser finns också.

Samla runt ett stort bord i köket, perfekt för att göra minnen. Köket är välfyllt med allt du behöver under din vistelse, inklusive en dubbla kaffebryggare, brödrost, långkokare, kastruller / pannor, redskap och allt du behöver njuta av en flaska vin (eller 2,3 eller 4) etc .

Hidden Gem

This property was perfect! The host provided more than I've ever seen at any other property and was excellent with communication. It's located conveniently close to shopping centers, major highways, and city parks. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Waco.

Very nice home and backyard. Gayla had anythjng you could imagine you needed for your stay. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed cooking our meals. It was very quiet and peaceful area and very close to anything you needed. The little extras really made it feel like home. Really enjoyed the snacks a bottle of fine she gifted.cooking our meals.

The Joy House is a true Joy!

It’s so nice to stay in a house so we’ll furnished, even to the most minute detail. The beds are comfortable, the WiFi works great, bottle of champagne waiting upon arrival. We bring our little dog, who enjoys the fenced in backyard with decorative lighting in the trees. The location is near many good restaurants, as well. Each time we come to Waco, we hope the Joy House is available.

Joy House is our favorite

We have stayed at the Joy House several times and always find it comfortable, clean, and convenient. Also, the manager is very helpful and easy to reach. The Joy House is a few minutes from Downtown and Baylor, which results in great restaurants and shopping. When we want to go downtown, it’s only 10-15 minutes. Our Bella loves it, too, for the fenced back yard.

This was a perfect place!!!

This place was excellent! Me and a few coworkers had a big project to take on that took a couple weeks. This place made us feel like we never left our homes. To be able to relax, cook dinner and have our own private rooms was perfect. Gayla, was an awesome host with simple instructions for checking in and out. Could not ask for a better host. I certainly would use this property again for any extended stays.

Fun Girls’ Weekend

We loved our stay at Joy House! Everything was just as described and Gayla was wonderful to work with. We could tell that she takes a lot of pride in her property and making her guests happy! We very much enjoyed the snacks and wine she left for us, and the sweet hand written note! The Christmas tree was also a cozy touch! This weekend girls trip was a birthday gift for our mom, and we made the best memories! If ever back in Waco, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Joy House!

It was wonderful!! The yard was great, we sat out with our daughter and boyfriend. We have very small dogs and they had a blast. We had a blast. We have scheduled to be back at Christmas. It's less the 10 minutes from my entire family.

Our stay at the joy house was excellent! The host is very responsive. There were snacks and even a bottle of wine! Unfortunately our stay was so short we couldn’t finish the wine and couldn't take it with us since we were driving. Definitely would stay again and would recommend to others. Bed was very comfy. Backyard had cute party lights and was fenced and private for our dogs to run and play. Internet was slow, but not an issue for us.
