The Cozy Wacoan, Welcome and Enjoy

Enjoy a worry free stay in Waco, Texas. Here you can take a break while having all the comforts of your own home. A short 20 minute drive to downtown Waco, Magnolia, Baylor, Cameron Park, and the Dr. Pepper Museum. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware needed for your day to day meals. The coffee bar will help get your started in the mornings with our many coffee cups, Keurig, and different coffee flavors. The house also has a dog run in the back yard for your 4 legged friends to enjoy. The washer and dryer will help you refresh your clothes for your trip to continue on its merry way. The home is equipped with outdoor video cameras for the safety of our guests. Host lives in the area and is available to help if needed.

Cozy, pet friendly home

A nice layout, great for visiting for a couple nights as an extended family reunion. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay.

First time in Waco

Cute little house had everything we needed. Spacious enough for all to have their own room. Clean and neat. Everything we needed was right there. Host was easy to reach and accommodating with special request. We were very pleased.

Nice house roomy and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at your house. We suggest the check in time would be better if it were 3. The check out time of 10 is too early for 6 70 women. The bathrooms need rugs to step out of tub and showers. A shower mat is needed in master shower. This are just things we noticed from our stay. We also ran out of toilet paper. With all this being said we did enjoy our relaxing stay in your houseErer. Eith all this

First Family time with college Freshman kid

Family with dog came to our first visit to see Freshman kids since moving them in 4 weeks ago. Place was perfect for entire family. Large backyard for dog. 3 bedrooms were good size for our crew.

Good stay

This house was perfect for our family. We were in Waco for our grandson playing in the Little League World Series regional tournament. The house was great for the 4 adults and 3 kids. The house was clean and comfortable. Also the host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Always Clean & Cozy!

We have stayed at this lovely home multiple times when visiting friends in Waco. Always very clean! Great location! Has all then amenities needed for nights away from home. Host is extremely responsive! We will definitely be back!

Best property we’ve stayed at in Waco!

Neighborhood was great - safe, family friendly. Property had everything we needed, plus a stocked coffee bar. Comfy beds and living room, plenty of room for our family. Great communication from the owner. Loved the extra touches like NERF guns and games for the kiddos. Will definitely stay again!

Cozy and clean cottage

Excellent rental!!!

This was the 3rd time to stay at this lovely home. It is always very clean, and is the perfect home away from home. We stayed this time for Christmas and they even had a beautiful Christmas tree and decor throughout the home that made our stay even more special. The host is extremely responsive! Would definitely recommend this rental and we can’t wait to come back when we visit Waco!

Farewell Adventure

We came back to Waco to celebrate our son who was moving overseas. The house was PERFECT and all we could ask for. The bonus was Baskin Robins (ice cream shop) that literally just opened down the street. The house has everything you need to feel like you are home. If we ever come back to Waco, we will stay here for sure!

Lovely Suburban Home

My husband & I had a great time at this location. The house was welcoming, clean & decorated nicely. Kyle was communicative & made the checking in process so easy. We brought our two dogs with us & the backyard was perfect for them.This house was our first Vrbo & I hope all our future houses are just as lovely as this one. Thank you so much, Kyle! :)

Great Property, good location. Neighborhood was a little crowded with cars and roof repair companies from a previous storm that rolled through but it was manageable. We had a great time in Waco, house was 15 minutes from the downtown area which made it super convenient. Only downfall we had was the dog run area was overgrown and couldn’t be used by my small dogs, the shower head in the MBR was a little small for my 6’2” frame and there was not 1 single blanket to be found in the home but we got by. All in all it was a good stay and we would rent again if we came back.
