OCEAN VIEW CONDO - Helt renoverat 2018

Denna vackra två sovrum, två badstrand lägenhet vid toppmötet på Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort har allt du vill ha för en avkopplande beach getaway. Helt renoverat och professionellt inrett på sommaren 2018. Alla rum är inredda med nya möbler, kronformning och smakfullt konstverk. Laminatgolv och fartygsväggar är monterade överallt. Alla badrum inkluderar nya fåfängligheter med kvartsit toppar, vackra kaklade duschar, nya armaturer och hårdvara. Vårt kök innehåller nya rostfria vitvaror och en sprawling kvartsit bänkskiva och överbyggnadskåpor. Vi har också en ny full-size, frontlast tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en ny premium lyxmadras, 55 "plattskärms Samsung väggmonterad 4K Ultra smart TV och trådlös Bluray-spelare. Gäst sovrummet har två full size-sängar, med nya premium lyxmadrasser, och en 55 "plattskärms Samsung väggmonterad 4K Ultra smart TV och trådlös Bluray-spelare. Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa och en 65 "plattskärms Samsung väggmonterad 4K Ultra smart TV och trådlös Bluray-spelare. Matplatsen sitter sex och vi har WiFi service hela. Vår balkong vetter mot havet och ger en fantastisk utsikt över Mexikanska golfen där du ofta kan titta på delfiner.

Våra gäster har tillgång till en vacker privat uppvärmd pool och badtunna på toppmötet som ligger bara några steg från vår enhet, eller du kan använda den uppvärmda stranden vid poolen och bubbelbadet. Poolområdet vid stranden renoverades i januari 2017. Gasgrillar finns tillgängliga vid poolen vid Summit-poolen. Stranden är en kort 200 gård promenad från toppmötet. Vi erbjuder en hopfällbar strandvagn med breda slitbanor, två strandstolar från Tommy Bahama med inbyggda kylare, ett stort paraply och strandleksaker för våra gäster. Anläggningen erbjuder strandservice mot en extra avgift om det behövs.

Tops'l är en lugn, familjeanläggning med 600 meter privat strand vid en naturreservat som ger 4 mil skyddad strand för trevliga långa promenader.

Det finns tre restauranger / barer på orten. Blue Dunes Restaurant and Bar ligger vid poolen vid stranden. Tiki Bar ligger vid Tops'l Racquet Club och den lokalt kända Ocean Club ligger vid ingången till Tops'l bredvid utvägssäkerheten. Tops'l erbjuder gratis transferservice överallt och till närliggande Baytowne Wharf. Tops'l är bekvämt beläget till Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands shopping, biografer, butikerna på Grand Boulevard och många av Floridas bästa golfbanor.

Absolutely LOVED our stay!! Condo had everything we needed, and the resort amenities were wonderful. The close proximity to the beach was a major perk, and the bar at the pool was a yummy bonus. We would definitely recommend this condo to other families like ours to enjoy! Loved our week in the sun!

Amazing Property!!!!

Perfect location and condo for our family! The condo was super close to the beach and a quick trip to surrounding attractions. Pool was huge hit with our little. The host was super responsive and helpful with all our questions! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Beach Rental!

My family of 5 stayed here in July 2024 and we loved the condo. It was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with. The private beach and amenities were perfect for a family beach getaway.

Excellent condo and location

Beautiful condo in a prime location. This was our first time to the area and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We appreciated the wagon, chairs and boogie boards. Perfect for kids. We will definitely be back and would stay here again!

Better than expected!

The photos do not do it justice!!! The condo was so clean, spacious and closer to the water than anticipated. It was a beautiful view every morning. Also, The Summit had the best pool and hot tub. Tom was awesome to work with and we hope to stay again!

nothing short of perfect!

We stayed here during the beginning of the corona virus and though it was a stressful time to be away from home this place made all the stress go away....for a little while anyway. Tom was amazing and we will definitely be going back and most certainly staying here!

Unforgettable Trip

This condo is perfect for a family looking to travel light. It has all of the basics plus more! The beach wagon, chairs, and toys made the walk to the beach a breeze. I loved having a washer and dryer in the condo to avoid piles of dirty clothes. Mr. Tom was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions. This was truly one of the best resorts that I’ve stayed at.

Everything about this property is magnificent. It is obvious that the owners love their unit, and provide everything that you need to feel at home while on vacation. Beautiful condo with ocean view

This was our first time in this area and we could not have asked for a more perfect place! We loved how close this was to the beach as well as all of the other fun towns that we wanted to check out. You will not be disappointed with this condo and surrounding amenities. The condo has all that our little family needed. Great space and the view was fabulous. Our favorite unit at Summit!

We've stayed at Summit in Tops'l almost every year for about 25 years and this is the most beautiful unit we've stayed in. We loved it so much we didn't want to leave. Tom was great to work with and even called to check in on us when the air conditioner was shut down for upgrades (Tops'l gave us a "heads up" the air would be off). When we come back we'll definitely be staying here again!

Amazing Condo at Tops'l Summit

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The complex is very safe as they scan every ID of guests who drive in. Condo was spotless clean and well equipped. The condo was also beautiful and nicely furnished. The owners provided chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The kitchen had everything we needed when we prepared meals in. Tom, the host, was very prompt and helpful. I highly recommend this condo!

Sparkling Clean Comfy Condo

Condo was extremly clean, very well appointed, and had every ammenity we needed. Beautiful views and pretty grounds. Super easy check in, more than enough room, and fast elevators. A bit of a walk to get to beach, but open, clean and not crowded. The beach chairs were perfect. Super comfy beds, easy to use TVs and great kitchen. Really perfect. The only bad thing was the horrible traffic on 98. Almost an hour to get to places in Destin, which is only a couple miles away. If the road ever gets fixed, it will be much better.

Thanks Kristin, so glad that you enjoyed your stay, our place and the property. Our place is perfect for guests that want to save a bit on price in exchange for the 4-5 minute walk to the beach versus beachfront pricing, but I can see how it'd be a challenge for you with the injured foot (ouch!). The added benefits of any place that's not beachfront at Tops'l is that the walk is a pleasant one with beautiful landscaping and natural beach scenery. We're looking forward to the completion of Hwy 98 as well. The project is slated for an early 2021 completion. The widening project will provide much needed relief to congestion in the height of summer and make travel to restaurants and points of interest much more enjoyable. Great location

This condo is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and has beach chairs/umbrella/wagon supplied on the back porch which overlooks the pool along with peekaboo views of the ocean and sand dunes. You can also choose to rent beach set up where you have beach access. There are atleast 3 pools to choose from, all in close proximity along with a bar, basketball, and pickle ball. There are all the things my family and I were able to see and experience. The condo itself is well kept, very clean, and comfortable sleeping. It is very clear to me that this owner takes pride in his property and we will definitely be returning.

Home away from home

This property is absolutely stunning. You can tell the owners love this unit as every room is updated and super clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with things you need. Even with things you don’t think you need (like pens and notepads). The view was beautiful. It is a short walk to the beach (like 5 mins) . The bbq is right outside the elevators you’d use. The pools are a nice size. We used it maybe 2x because we really wanted to stay on the beach. This was a great place to stay overall as Destin (definitely more touristy) was 10 miles away so you had some relief of that congestion. Communication with Tom was excellent. The only downside of my trip was that it was too short. We loved it so much I asked for an extra day. It was amazing and we will be staying here again in the future.

Very nice property and views!

My husband and I stayed here to visit friends that were camping at Topsail Nature Preserve, so the location was perfect. The unit itself was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. We've stayed at many VRBO properties and I think this unit had literally everything. Cookware. Bakeware. Plenty of serving and meal dishes. Every day things...scissors, pencils and notepads. I'm sure everyone has stayed somewhere that had nothing in the drawers. Little things, but things you need. Communication with the host Tom was very good. Improvements seemed to be ongoing and Tom kept us in the loop about things that were need to know. It's nice to have a unit that is so well done and nice to see the surrounding grounds and pools being well kept. The location is close to good shopping and good restaurants. Lastly, you cannot beat the beautiful views of the gulf. You can't go wrong with this condo unit. It's exactly as described.

BEST CONDO EVER, Beautifully decorated, so comfortable, well- stocked and immaculate

My family and I spent nearly a week in this amazing condo. We were blown away by the beauty of the condo and the resort. For years we spent our vacations in beachfront condos. This year we decided to save some money and stayed in a place with a beach view and a short walk to the beach. What a great decision! This condo is extremely clean! Everything is high-end and tastefully decorated. The pictures on vrbo don’t do it justice! The beds are very comfortable and the furnishings and amenities are perfect! The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped . We absolutely loved sitting at the huge kitchen island in the mornings and the ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom were unsurpassed! We had everything we needed. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon made our trips to the beach a breeze and saved us having to rent them. The pool at the Summit was clean and quiet and the hot tub was perfect! Tom the owner was amazing to work with. He was quick to reply, he made sure that we got checked in and had everything we needed. We would recommend this condo to everyone. We will definitely be back!!!! Sincerely, Donna Niemeier
