Om du vill ha spÀnning och aktivitet finns det sÄ mycket: simma i den kristallklara viken eller en av flera pooler, putt-puttgolf, basket, naturstigar etc. Eller sÄ har du tillgÄng till hyra paddelbrÀdor, kajaker och vattenskidor; boka en djuphavsfiske; Baytowne Wharf; shoppa i outlet-köpcentret eller Grande Boulevard, etc. Om du vill ha lugn och ro kan du ha det ocksÄ eftersom den hÀr enheten har utsikt över Topsail Hill Nature Preserve. King size-sÀng i Master med utsikt över smaragdvatten. Rummet har 2 fulla sÀngar.

Varför kommer du till den hÀr delen av Florida? För att se smaragdvatten och vit socker, naturligtvis! Den hÀr enheten har det och mer. FrÄn balkongen ser du den orörda naturreservatet Topsail Hill och den underbara Mexikanska golfen. Beach Bliss

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen had everything anyone could possibly need to cook meals there. The beach cart was so appreciated with 4 beach chairs. My family played putt putt several evenings and everything needed was provided. My family of 4 could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will be back!!

Amazing management and accommodations

We’ve stayed in the summit condos for the last 4 years every spring break and without a doubt this was the best condo we’ve stayed in out of the 4. The owners were very responsive and very accommodating. We will be booking the same condo going forward as long as it's available.

Beautiful Condo; Great Resort

My wife and I stayed at Tops'l Summit this week and had an amazing time. Condo is well appointed, furniture is nice, and the beds are comfortable! The price was among the best I found for this resort. I missed the door code in my email, and the owners responded in seconds via phone to get us into the unit. Unit was spotless clean!

Excellent accommodations with everything you need! Extra attention to details to make the stay great. Love the book put together by the owners with suggestions of where to eat and what's nearby. We will be back!

Clean and comfortable

We had a great time staying here. Our kids were easy to keep busy with the many activity offerings and the space was clean and comfortable. We were impressed with how well the space was maintained and when we had to reach out to owners we got a very quick and very friendly response. We would stay here again for sure!!

Wonderful Condo Stay!

This is a beautiful and very clean condo. We came for our annual vacation to the beach. The communication was perfect and we had no issues. The king size bed was extremely comfortable! We enjoyed the pools, used the tram service at times to get to the beach and back, and enjoyed the beach chairs from the condo. We would love to stay again!

Perfect location

I booked this location not only for its amenities but because it was at the end of the “strip” nearest to the state park. I could not be more pleased with the vibe of this place. It was a very relaxing vacation and would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking to vacation here.

Beautiful, Location, Views!

The condo is beautiful, fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. It was so nice having the feeling of "home" during a vacation It was that comfortable for us. The owners were very kind and promptly responded to our questions during the reservation process. We are looking forward to another vacation there in the future! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This was a really nice, spacious, clean condo in a great location. Communication with the owners was efficient and responsive too. Very happy with the stay and would definitely return, not only to this location but to this unit. We liked it a lot!

Very clean...had everything we needed!!! Great view over looking the trees and the ocean!

Our family had an amazing time! It was easy to call the shuttle and get to the beach! The rooms are definitely sound proof...we have 3 young children, who can be loud at times...and you could not hear them! We made some amazing memories!

Very clean! Comfy beds! They had the condo stocked with all the essentials including beach toys and wagon plus pool stuff. Everything was there that we needed. There are two pools to choose from. 5 minute walk to the beach with a beach side cafe. We loved our stay! Would definately stay again!
