Barry provided everything I needed, including arranging to use the washer/dryer. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of insulation in the basement's ceiling, so I could constantly hear movement and walking around above me.

We had a great stay at this guest suite. Impaccably clean and good bed. Barry, the host, is attentive and courteous! We had one issue with the door lock. He fixed it right away.

Great Stay!

Property was exactly as described, clean and easily accessible. Owner was responsive and supportive throughout the stay. Only minor downside was it’s about 30 minutes from Downtown Denver but overall great and would highly recommend!

Cozy vacation getaway

My wife and i were in town for a business conference and chose this vrbo. It was perfect! It was very welcoming and cozy as soon as we walked in. There was everything you would need for a relaxing evening after a long day.

Barry was awesome!!!

This was a very clean and home like property! We felt at home the whole time! It’s divided into 2 parts but it’s closed off and the owners never disturbed us! Highly recommend staying here!!!!

Nice place

Very nice place for my wife and I. Great price and location for us. Owner was easy to work with. Loved: nice living room furniture, big TV, stocked kitchen, space heaters for optional additional heat if necessary, bedroom fan for white noise, well decorated. Only suggestion is to get a new mattress, but I definitely would recommend it.

Just far enough

This place was in the perfect location from the heart of Denver. Quiet neighborhood that made you feel safe and happy. Far enough to not be in the middle of the chaotic city, but a 20 minute drive to the center of Denver. The host thought of everything! The bed was comfortable, the full kitchen setup was amazing! It was hard to find a place that had that. The house was exceptionally clean! Highly recommend staying here if your travels take you to Denver!

We arrived to the property after dark. There are steps to access the unit. They are only lit w solar lights. Dangerous! The carpet is supposed to be off-white. It is filthy! The refrigerator was dirty. There is an egress window near the bathroom, with boards & bricks over the top. Anyone could see right in as you are in the bathroom. Floor boards in the kitchen were filthy with food & grime. The bed is extremely hard. The pillows are only sample pillows from a bed store. They are stuffed with dense fiberfill. The extra blanket in the closet was dirty, had white yuck on it. The chair in the living room was broken and the sofa is very worn and uncomfortable. This unit is located in the basement of the host home. Heavy footsteps started at 430 am. You can hear every conversation, cough, nose blow, shower, toilet, TV, and electronic devices. The floors boards Creek loud! In effort to address the problems, I contacted the host via email the next morning via email. He was prompt in returning my email, and asked if he could come to talk to us. He arrived at our door, and when we open the door, he invited himself in and sat down. He proceeded to tell us how he was a super host, and has never had any issues in the past. When we began to talk about the list of issues, he could not deny the fact that the carpet was dirty, he only kept saying it was vacuumed. He was receptive to putting a curtain on the window which was not covered, but did not agree to take the boards or the bricks off the top for safe exiting in case of an emergency. He told me the bathroom was as clean as it could get, he told me he cleans with bleach and water. I pointed out the baseboards in the kitchen, and he could not deny they were dirty, he helped himself to the refrigerator to see the dirty ick. He then came up with excuses saying that he has used the same company for cleaning for years and has had no problems , however, he could see the issues we were addressing. When we talked about the blanket being filthy, he said he folded it up himself and put it away. He said he does not wash it in between his guests. Disgusting! Ultimately we asked for the ability to exit the property and be refunded. He refused. It was not until we began to identify code violations, such as a nonworking smoke detector, no carbon monoxide detector he let us leave & issued a refund. Very arrogant man! VRBO clearly hasn’t inspected this property recently.

It was clean. We were very hot all night and woke up very sweaty. There was no way to turn the temperature down. I would prefer to stay in an independent unit instead of one attached to, or part of a house. We could hear the home owners walking around above us while we were in bed trying to sleep.

We have been hosting short-term rental guests for over 6 years ago and we have now hosted hundreds of guests from all over the world. Through the years, we built a successful short-term rental business with multiple homes. We are professional and understand what it takes to run a successful short-term rental business so we are able to have a clean, attractive well stocked home for our guests.

We make sure to have plenty of supplies such as towels, kitchen spices, cookware, coffee and everything in between.

Barry moved to Colorado over eight years ago from Las Vegas. Addy is a Colorado native and has her own business she runs from her home-office. Together they enjoy the outdoors whether it's gardening, motocross, snowboarding or taking a walk on the the path in the backyard. They both know quite a bit about Colorado and are always happy to answer any questions.

We mostly stay to ourselves and do not interact much with our guest. We like to give our guests their privacy. Occasionally you may see us in the backyard.

The sunsets are quite a sight from the back deck located outside the suite door.

E470 will also connect to other main highways such as I-70; I-25; I-225 and US-36.

This suite is a great location for any type of traveler in Colorado during any season. We've hosted business travelers, hikers, bike riders, snowboarders/skiers and anyone looking to explore Colorado or just needing a place to relax.
