Vår plats ligger i det populära Denver Tech Center-området. Det är en gästsvit intill vårt huvudhem. Den har egen ingång och ligger på huvudnivån (inte källaren). Vi har nyligen renoverat det så att det ser modernt, elegant och mysigt ut. Den har en dubbelsäng och en extra bäddsoffa. Köket är utrustat med ett medelstort kylskåp, kokplatta, diskmaskin och en mikrovågsugn med konvektion. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar en tvättmaskin / torktumlare, höghastighetsinternet och Xfinity-kabel med hundratals kanaler. En vacker park med en lekplats och trail ligger bakom hemmet för utomhusaktiviteter. Gästsviten ligger också på gångavstånd till Fiddlers Green Amphitheatre, en kort bilresa till Park Meadows Mall med en fantastisk shopping- och matupplevelse. Andra intressanta platser i närheten inkluderar Top Golf, Centennial Airport, Sky Ridge Hospital / Medical Center och många fler shopping / restaurangalternativ. Vi är också på gångavstånd från ett lokalt bryggeri och en livsmedelsbutik för hälsokost. Hemmet ligger mellan Arapahoe FoU-järnvägsstation och Dry Creek Station; 30 minuter på tåget tar dig till centrala Denver.

Hello I did not write the review listed in your revision request. We had a family emergency and had to rent a larger property. The owners of this rental stated my cancellation was too late for a refund, which was true. I told them I understood and let them know we would not be at staying at their property.

Wonderful stay

My boyfriend and I were in town for a few days to attend a concert at Mile High stadium, and this property fit our needs perfectly. The space is spotless, comfortable, quiet and provides everything you'd need or a short stay. It is attached to the main home of the owners, but we actually never heard or encountered them and had no need to reach out with questions or concerns. We would definitely recommend this listing and would stay again.

Clean, Convenient, and Quiet

We had a great stay here! The space was VERY clean—not huge, but definitely spacious enough for a comfortable trip. While we didn’t use the kitchen much, it was well equipped, and I really appreciated that. The interior is thoughtfully designed, and the location is peaceful yet conveniently located for exploring Denver, whether heading downtown or out to Red Rocks. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice short stay

We stayed in this studio for 2 days. It was very cute and had the essentials we needed. Although attached to the main house and garage we were not disturbed by noise. It was nice to have kitchen essentials, limited spices, coffee, and water. Thank you for a restful stay. Would stay again for sure if they will have us.

Perfect

This property was set up nicely, everything was great and comfortable. My husband and godson stayed there 2 nights because of a medical procedure my godson needed that was in the area. They loved the location and ease of getting there and being able to relax after his procedure. Thanks for a great time. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Location for Fiddler's Green

Came for a weekend concert and some hiking. This was a perfect location for Fiddler's Green as well as Red Rocks Park and shopping. Accommodations were as described and host was great about communication.

Great Stay

This was our first time in Colorado, so we just picked randomly where to stay. And it ended up being perfect!! The place was very clean and the neighborhood was so quiet. It’s close to the highway which is very convenient. Overall we had a great stay and would love to come back!

Great Place and Great Location!

This little getaway is perfect for a small family, couples, or solo travelers. Very quiet neighborhood. Great park and trail behind the house as my friend that came to visit me brought her daughter one day and she just Loved that little park. One of the nicest places I've stayed at hands down. Will stay here again on every business trip when available!

Great place for overnight stay

My family enjoyed our 2 night stay. It was the perfect location with quick access to so many things. Everything we needed was furnished and extra touches like laundry soap and dish soap were nice to have on hand when we arrived. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a home away from home place to land.

Absolutely loved it!

I needed a place to stay while I looked for permanent housing, and I wish I was able to stay here! It has Everything you need…I thought it was just a washing machine, but it’s a washer AND dryer! Even the microwave is also a conventional oven. And it does work, I just added more time to make sure everything was cooked thoroughly.

Clean, quiet - a great stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The check-in was so easy, the communication very fast, and nice touches (including built-in USB port for charging our phones on the bedside table, and water bottles in the fridge for us - very helpful on our hikes!) It was the perfect getaway spot for us. Thank you!

Amazing!

Check in was flawless, we got to Denver a little early, and the property was ready with contactless check in. The neighborhood was so cute and safe. Lots of friendly neighbors walking dogs and saying hello. Bunnies in the yard would greet us when we got back everyday. The property is close to everything, but not in a busy area. The property was very clean, and the little additions, like water in the refrigerator made our stay great. We didnt need to contact the property owner durinf our stay, because we had everything we needed. Even a first aid kit in the cabinet when we had a curling iron incident. Lol. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a place to stay.
