Maple stugan i Lake Bluff Preserve ligger högt upp på bluffarna med utsikt över Lake Michigan en mil norr om Frankfort centrum. Nybyggnad 4 sovrum, 3. 5 bad med öppen planlösning bostadsyta, wraparound däck, matsal och kök ö plats för 10. Privata sovrums sviter på över- och bottenvåningen med eget bad, sittplatser / spelrum. Full island kök med nya rostfria vitvaror öppna för vardagsrum och matsal med utsikt över Lake Michigan.
En tusen meter av stranden är tillgänglig via strandtrappor (22 våningar!) sedan 80 meter repstege. Att komma till stranden är utmanande men mycket givande! Lake Bluff Preserve ligger på 70 hektar vacker trädbevuxen och sanddyner, perfekt för vandring, snöskor, längdskidåkning och utforska utan att lämna fastigheten.
Downtown Frankfort är en mil söderut, hem till en djuphavshamn, bra restauranger, shopping, Stormcloud Brewery och många attraktioner för alla årstider och åldrar. Crystal Mountain Ski and Golf Resort, Arcadia Bluffs, Crystal Downs och tre andra golfbanor ligger alla inom 15 miles. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Point Betsie Lighthouse, Crystal Lake, Frankfort Public Beach, Platte och Betsie Rivers är alla bara en kort bilresa eller cykeltur bort.
Djurlivet som du kan se på varje dag är Bald Eagle, Falcons, Whitetail hjort, Bobcat och många andra fåglar, insekter och djur från däcken.

Amazing location

Family of five spent several days here exploring the Sleeping Bear Dunes area and Frankfort. Could easily accommodate a multi-family party. Amazing views of the setting sun over Lake Michigan. Would come back and stay longer.

Beautiful property covenant location

Everyone enjoyed the stay. The house was very clean and everything has been maintained very well. Amazing evening views and very close to Frankfort. We would definitely stay again. We were a bit confused on the bed room situation given photo’s and description but the contact was very responsive and cleared it up for us..

Wonderful in every way

The property was everything we hoped for—beautiful view, great decks, very clean and everything functioned properly. It was well appointed and the kitchen was perfect for preparing family meals together. Dawn was very professional and easy to work with and we hope to come back soon !

Terrific stay - too short!! only one night.. we did not get an opportunity to explore the area and lake Michigan shore... NEXT TIME! beautiful place - terrific for 4 couples!!

Great beach rental

This house was perfect for us. Amazing location and views. Very simple home, clean and adequate. Warning: there is no door on the master bedroom. This didn't bother us, but for people who are light sleepers or need privacy this would be annoying.

Lake Township Review

Our date moved a few times as we were planning the stay around a wedding which was postponed because of COVID multiple times. Dawn was very accommodating in helping us move our reservation dates around and allowing us to have early check in. I can’t say enough good things about the place, it’s location and the management. Would highly recommend!

Four couple get away

Secluded yet close to town

Awesome house, great location, a great place to get away and disconnect yet still about a 5 minute drive from the nearby grocery store. Definitely will be back for another trip of rest and relaxation. Only thing I wish was functional was the steps down to Lake Michigan however I understand this isn't the owners fault and they are in the process of fixing it!

Spectacular Views

The property is set next to 2 other homes - secluded but close to the town of Frankfort. The breeze, fresh air, and views are priceless. The furniture is simple but does the job. I don't know what they do to the sheets and towels but they are very soft. Only complaint is that the steps down to the beach are closed but that isn't their fault. The power went out for about an hour but the owners communicated well and got it up and running quickly. The chairs on the patio are right at eye level with the view so I liked to bring a higher stool outside. Overall I would highly recommend and hope to be back someday!

Lake Bluff

We have been visiting Frankfort for many years. This was our first rental on the water. Very pleasant experience. Although parking was a little bit of an issue especially with the proximity of the other rental homes. But home was very nice and views were breathtaking.

Girls trip

The property was awesome. Very clean. The large house next door needs better parking. They had several large boats and many cars making it difficult to maneuver through there. The tanker for the propane gas just turned around. I'm not sure if he ever came back to fill the tanks. I would definitely come back to this place again. We are a group of women who travel and hike.

Gorgeous views

We just checked out this morning and had a wonderful stay. Place was clean. Had the most incredible views of Lake Michigan. Close to Frankfort and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Even had a mini-dune for the kids. Bummer on the stairs to the beach being out of service, but nothing the owners have control of.

Bob is certified master gardener and you may see his handy work throughout the Property, he is also an Amazon author and a lifestyle blogger and an avid golfer. He can recommend great golf courses all along M22 to play!
Nancy Albrecht is a Realtor® Associate Broker with over twenty years of experience with Real Estate One in the greater Traverse City area.

Dawn Sloboda joined the M22 Lakeshore Trail management to handle reservations in December of 2019 after moving back to Michigan. In her former life she was a Planner at a large Ad agency in NYC, a Facilities Analyst for a Pharmaceutical Company and store manager for the Indiana Dunes National Park. She has degrees in Business (Marketing) and Interior Design and currently also manages her own small business.

The M 22 Lakeshore Trail promotes golf, lifestyle amenities and real estate along the iconic M-22 highway corridor in NW Michigan.
