Cute house with a great location

Really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed which includes a regular and K coffee maker.

My brother and i were very impressed. It was very clean and decorated nicely. It was in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Great place to stay!

Great place to stay in Prescott

We loved this charming house. Lots of room, updated and clean. Great location, 1 block from downtown and close to many trail heads. Also a short walk to Sprouts grocery store, which had everything we needed for a weeks stay.

Clean and adorable house minutes from Whiskey Row

This house was more spacious and larger than expected. It had charming decor and the location can't be beat for downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row. No car needed. I would recommend this place!

Great weekend getaway

What a great weekend! My husband and I with 2 of our friends stayed here for a birthday weekend getaway. The house was great, exactly as described and just a short walk to Whiskey Row. We wouldn’t definitely stay here again.

Perfect for 2 & great location!

Very well re-done little cottage. Great setup for 2 solo travelers to each have own bath & bedroom! I was actually working and tried this rather than the usual hotel stay. I will definitely check availability of this home before hotels going forward! Very good! M

Perfect house

This is the cutest house! It was so perfect for our stay. From the minute we walked in the door we felt comfortable. All the basics are provided. The house was clean, the beds comfy, the rental process easy. We walked for dinner and only used our car to drive to Prescott Valley for a concert. We are already planning our return stay.

Get facility but neighborhood in not inviting.

House is great and well equipped. The Host are great and always available to answer questions. Very comfortable home and beds are great for sleeping. Strongly recommend the amenities of the home.

Location and Space

The property was a quick walk downtown to restaurants, shops, bars. There is also a grocery store a few blocks away. The house is spacious with newly remodeled bathrooms. Communication was excellent and self check was easy. People is the area were friendly. The Founding Fathers complex directly across the street is super cool!

Perfect location and property!

We stayed in Prescott for the weekend and this home is adorable. Fully stocked with everything! We cooked breakfast and dinner while we were there, full meals and had all the cooking utensils we needed. This home is right across from a tap room with music and was amazing to just walk over for a drink and entertainment (this did not effect the property at all, the nights were so quiet!). We were also a few blocks from shopping and nightlife. It was the perfect place and the property manager/owners were awesome! Highly recommend.
