Completely New 1970’s themed home near whiskey row

Step back into the 1970's in this newly 100% remodeled 70's inspired 3 bedroom 2 bath home about 1/2 mile to Whiskey Row/Courthouse Square. Just a short walk up our street to the entrance to Acker Park. Everything is 2022 new except the vintage 70's glassware. Every dish..to every door handle..to every towel was curated with fun design in mind. Think Boutique Hotel not generic airbnb/vrbo. We tried to avoid anything regular or boring! This home has never had central AC. Realtor owned TPT21425048

My family had an excellent time with this awesome house! Each room has its own unique color scheme and design, which we all really loved. There may be no central AC, but there were plenty of fans and we slept great! The kitchen was perfect too, and we were able to cook a couple nice meals. Would definitely book again.

The space is beautiful, clean, and host was very communicative! It's a quiet neighborhood a short walk away from downtown Prescott, which was perfect. Having the outdoor space in the backyard was wonderful as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. The decor was great and as a parent of small children I appreciated that while it was decorated so nicely it was also minimalistic.

Such a great place!

It was perfect for our Prescott vacation! Love how close to Mt. Vernon it is, we took lots of walks. The home is such a fun theme and was designed so well. Will stay again!

Great house and location!

The property was very clean and located within walking distance from downtown. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the property owner returned messages quickly. Overall, a great place to stay in Prescott!

The place is darn near immaculate, is situated in a nice neighborhood close to downtown Prescott, and the 1970s theme is for real. Felt like we were on the set of That 70s Show. The host was also quite friendly and accommodating. It had all the amenities we needed except for one. Our only issue was that we were a work crew hiking outdoors all day, and the house did not have central air conditioning, only a wall-unit in the living room and fans throughout the rest of the house. We had to keep the living room unit on at all times and the curtains drawn in an attempt to make the house bearable for sleeping at night. It didn't really cool down until the wee hours of the morning. Granted, we were staying during a 9-day stretch that was even hotter than normal in late July-early August. Would stay again at a cooler time of year.

Prescott Vacay

This sunny home boarding the historic Prescott neighborhood and within walking distance to Whiskey Row, has new appliances and comfy memory foam beds. Kevin was a wonderful and accommodating host - available when you need him! Enjoyed are stay!

Fun place to stay

The house had plenty of room, everything was comfortable and well thought out. The whole property is so cool, I loved the look of all the 70s themed stuff and all the little touches really went a long way. Clean, spacious, close to everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, whole family was in love with the house by the time we left.

This place is groovy!

We loved our stay! The place was extremely clean and comfortable. Every little detail was attended to. The owner was responsive and helpful. We loved how close to town the place was as well. This has been one of our favorite rentals in Prescott and we’ve stayed in several.

Prescott 70s getaway

We had a short stay in historic downtown. The property is within walking distance to downtown where it has a small town feel. Checkin and check out were very easy and smooth. This home took us back to the 70s with the groovy decor.

Amazing Stay!

We loved this 70’s home! Everything is as advertised. The whole process was easy, beds were very comfortable, decor was awesome, they even left some snacks in the cabinet! About a 10 minute walk to Whiskey Row area. Safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great property and we enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and you can easily walk downtown to visit restaurants. The hosts were easy to get ahold of for questions. If staying in the summer, be aware, like many older houses in the downtown area, that the house does not have central air conditioning. They had a portable unit that made the living room cool.
