This is one of the best vrbo properties we have stayed at. Excellent location, walking distance to the aquarium, coffee shop, short drive to old town Newport. Very well appointed kitchen with everything you need to stay for awhile. Beautiful views too. We will definitely stay again.

The unit was spacious, clean, and updated. Everything went very smoothly, and we had no issues. Convenient to S. Bay marina, NOAA, Hatfield Marine Science Center and the Coast Aquarium. Just a hop over the bridge to the old Newport waterfront.

This was our third time staying in this property and there's a reason we return. We love the location and comfort of it. And we know Colleen is a great host and we really got proof of that this time. We encountered a problem with one of the appliances and when we let Colleen know, she was immediately in touch and helped us rectify the inconvenience. We would definitely stay again!

This was our third stay at Colleen’s property and hopefully far from our last - we love it there! This home is ideal for travelers that want to enjoy gorgeous views, be walking distance from the beach, and have a roomy, well-stocked kitchen to cook in. Book this place - you won’t regret it!

The views we got in the morning and afternoon were amazing. The Newport bridge and pier at the bottom was fun to walk. I went with my family and my little loved it. Safe enough for him to wonder around but don’t forget to bring a travel baby gate. The upstairs is great but gets a little warm, no AC, but crack some windows or the sliding glass door plus the ceiling fan and you are good. They also provide a fan for your upstairs room. There was enough towels and dish ware for a cozy stay. Will defiantly book here again when we are in Newport. Oh and plus! A great short walk to the Aquarium.

Wonderful stay! The view from the condo is lovely, and the space itself is comfortable, well-stocked, and nicely updated. Although the weather was rainy, enjoying a cozy fire while taking in the view of the bay and bridge was perfect. If only our stay could have been longer—hopefully we’ll be back!
