Good location. Great view. Needs a few fixes. Oven bottom drawer was broken. Shower curtain was decorative and absorbed the water instead of reflecting off. Bedroom needs a screen on window so you can get fresh air without bugs getting in. Very comfortable bed.

The view was amazing but the room itself was very dirty. The Murphy bed was COVERED in dust and hair. The patio was covered in cobwebs and spiders and the table and chairs were dirty so they were unusable. The hottub and pool were okay but could've been cleaner. Overall it was okay but probably wouldn't book again.

This is a great little unit! Great location to town, and the complex offered everything we wanted - easy access to the lake, safe places to swim and exit the water, a pool, hot tub, easy parking. and even a little restaurant. We liked being in a unit on the top floor and very much were happy to be on the side of the building we were on for early sun and not to bake all day. The beds were comfy (Murphy in the living room and King in the bedroom) and the set up worked well for a friend's weekend. The kitchen also was simple but worked for us. The pictures are accurate. It seemed more like a churn and burn rental place than a condo with nicer stuff in it, which is understandable and was expected. We would totally stay here again for a fun weekend away!

The property is very dated, but the room was clean.Air Conditioning Units were so LOUD. The one in the living area blows HEAT onto the deck as the air conditioning unit is exposed out there - cannot sit on deck and it was 100 degrees!!We lost power in 1/2 the room, called Unit Owners and it was somehow remotely fixed.I truly think they have electrical problems in this room as we couldn't get the toaster to work and it finally did after we moved to many different outlets. This room could really have an overhaul for the price we paid. I don't know that I could recommend this room.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We truly appreciate it and are glad the cleanliness met your expectations. We hear you on the AC noise and heat concerns—that's valuable input we'll absolutely share with the owners about the unit placement and performance. We're sorry you experienced the power and electrical issues. We're glad our team could help resolve them remotely, but we understand those frustrations. Your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement, and we'll make sure the owners are aware of these concerns.

Grand View Condo

loved our stay at condo 642—the view was excellent, and it had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, the pots and pans in the kitchen showed significant wear and tear, so we opted not to use them. It might be time to consider replacing them. The general pool area was nice, but some guests left trash and food around, including in the hot tub and pool. There should be stricter rules about bringing food or snacks near the pool and hot tub, and the cleaning staff should ensure a thorough cleaning if food is left behind. Aside from that, the condo was great, and the location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Not as good as the pictures

All common areas (lobby, hallways, elevators, staircases) are extremely dated, had strange odors, and so dingy and dirty they almost seem creepy. The room we stayed at (642) is decent but again, dishes were dusty, coasters were dirty. Pictures are enhanced online, much darker in real life. Bed was very uncomfortable - we call it a taco bed. Pool & pool chairs were not clean, couldn’t find a clean one. Felt a bit like a place I’d have stayed at for spring break in my 20s, except my kids were with me. If the place was like the pictures, I’d have been happy but the pictures make it seem more upscale than it really is, which is unfortunate since the place was not cheap and they don’t allow cancellations of any kind.

Great location!!

This place was perfect for us! Grocery store, restaurants were all within walking distance. Beautiful views from the large balcony. The king bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you might need. The pool area was great for relaxing in the sun and taking in the incredible view of the lake. Highly recommend staying here! Brinda Cassidy
