Välkommen till vårt fritidshus. Vår lägenhet på andra våningen har alla de grundläggande apparater och utrustning i köket för en bekväm vistelse med en hemlik atmosfär. Badrummen har vävnader, handtvål och handdukar. Sovrummen har en queen size-säng med fyra kuddar vardera. Uppvärmda golv i kök och badrum. Gå till Bavarian Village, golfbana, floden och stigar. Quiet and Quaint

Great area, quiet complex, adorable place. Perfect for travelers of four. Everything we needed in the room. Walk was a little further than expected but easy, beautiful and quick. Great communication and easy entrance. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

IT WAS A CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND QUIET CONDO. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.THE KITCKEN HAD ALLMOST EVERY THING YOU WOULD NEED.HAVE NEVER STAYED IN A VRBO WITH MORE POTS, PANS, BOWLS AND UTENSILS! YOU NAME IT, THEY PROBABLY HAVE IT.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay here! Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two small children. The place was extremely clean and cozy. A short walk into the heart of Leavenworth.

Family Skiing Vacation

We chose this condo for a family skiing vacation in the Leavenworth area. It met our needs, perfectly. The condo was conveniently located for our two cross country skiing days as well as our one down hill skiing day. Additionally, it was nicely located near so many good restaurants and a grocery store. The condo was well furnished, nicely decorated, spacious and clean.

Nice condo conveniently located

This property was clean, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and close to downtown. Property management was quickly to respond to all communication. Would definately stay here again.

Perfect Cozy stay

We just had an incredible time at this property! From the well maintained bathrooms, kitchen, and rooms to the wonderful cozy fireplace, my entire family had a great time. Our hosts were communicative and left very clear instructions for everything as well as a helpful binder of tips and tricks! This is a must stay :)

Perfect getaway

This was our second time staying at the property, and we love it there. Great location just a little less than a mile from the town square. We love the condo. Comfy beds, well-appointed. Love it!

Comfortable Condo - A Short Walk to Town

Condo is situated at the end of town, tucked in the woods, with a view of the mountains. Comfortable, well equipped, clean. Enjoyed coffee on the deck.

Excellent value, great spot

First I must say my wife loved all the many amenities and the immense choice of teas. Easy walk to downtown on the Riverfront Park Path day or night, quiet location and a private deck for morning coffee. We stayed 11 days, it felt like being in a home. Would recommend to my family.

Cozy place to stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Clean, cozy, quiet and within walking distance to town. Steve and Tammy were very responsive and offered lots of suggestions for things to do while in Leavenworth. Wish we could have stayed longer as the minute we walked in the door we felt like this was a place in which you could just rest and relax. Would love to stay here again in the future and will recommend it to friends & family as well!

Comfy Getaway

After the initial challenge of finding our place; everything we could ask for was provided. Clear and easy access to key and the condo was comfy and welcoming. Great thought put into providing for our needs while on vacation.

This was a great place!

Everything I needed, walking distance to activities/stores, quiet (we were mid-week), and very comfortable. Owers were super-responsive to questions. Check in and out was good and clear. Will return if schedule allows.

Very comfortable!

Great location with beautiful mountain views and close to town, snowshoeing and skiing. Heaters worked well - we were very cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space for four of us to relax, play games and get prepared for days in the snow!

Winter in Leavenworth

Easy to find, close in parking, great layout, very private. Well stocked kitchen. Space for different activities in the kitchen / dining / living room. Very nice condo.

Aventyr Hus get away

We spent a wonderful month at Aventyr Hus. The condo is comfy, cozy and comes equipped with everything you need. Aventyt Hus is an easy walk into Leavenworth for shopping or dinner. We can’t wait to return to the Aventyr Hus.

Beautiful, Cozy, Quiet

My sister and I stayed 4 nights. The place was so Welcoming, clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay so much. Our first time to Leavenworth and it was just gorgeous. We loved the Waterfront park and fall colors. The icicle brewery and Doghaus brewery were our fav hangouts! We visited the Reindeer Farm and it was a must see.. So much fun and awesome peiple! Thanks for a Wonderful Stay!

We both grew up in Western Washington and raised our kids in a town just a couple hours from Leavenworth.

Varför värden valde detta boende

When we started thinking about investment properties we thought of Leavenworth first. We love the area and all the adventure opportunities available. I love the smell of the Ponderosa Pines. We always look forward to spending time there.

The view from the deck is wonderful!
The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking tools that we use ourselves.
We have replaced the quality sheets a few times over our time as rental owners and take special care in keeping them as well as the towels clean and refreshed throughout the year.
