Utsikt från de stora östens yttre verandor är av vår privata pool, privata brygga vid sjön och Grayton Beach State Park. Utsikt från väst stora verandor omfattar Mexikanska golfen och stranden. Bara 150 meter till den berömda Red Bar Resturant och den nya Chiringo Resturant. Nya förbättringar är nya bryggor, nya poolen, nya Frontgate-poolstolar, tanklösa varmvattenberedare, nya bakdäcksmöbler, ny kokkärl, nya yttre handskenor och ny exteriörfärg. Detta underbara hem i perfekt för stora familjer eller återföreningar. Ställ in för en par resa med 6 sovrum med minst en kung säng i dem. Family trip with Grandkids

Our tenth stay at Seaspray

Our days are spent at the beach, at the pool, fishing from the dock, or renting paddle boards, and night s are filled with family cooking, movies, games, good conversation and lots of laughs. Each vacation has provided a week of wonderful memories for us and we always look forward to returning.

There is no way to value too much the time we had together. The house is in a great location; the pool is great. If anything is wrong Grayton Coast will fix it.

Overall fantastic

The rental company is fantastic! Communication is excellent. This property is perfectly located and appointed. The main negative thing is that we had WIFI issues immediately and they were communicated by me immediately and was never resolved. This is not a big deal if you don’t require an internet connection. We had 4 dads who needed to work and were unable to do so. That would have been a game changer had we known in advance. Secondly, the layout of the rooms was perfect and the kitchen is amazing with Subzero, Wolf, and fully stocked. Then there was the living room furniture which was actually patio-like furniture and 4 chairs that are just not comfortable. For a house that sleeps 20+ people, it would have been just perfect if there was better/more furniture to sit around in the evenings.

Great House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented SeaSpray for an 8-member, adult professional gathering, and this house fit us to a T. Plenty of space to spread out for privacy, but also very functional common areas for gathering. I would imagine it to be equally good for large family gatherings. The views off the front ad back decks are different, but both spectacular. Bedding is comfortable, baths are well appointed, and having two dishwashers and refrigerators is a big plus. We made ample use of the game room downstairs, and the location is great, walk to everything. Jenny is very easy to work with on reservations and very responsive and helpful with questions. We had one very small WIFI issue caused by a previous tenant that was addressed and fixed very, very quickly by the manager, Cole. He is a good person to know and talk to about the area. We are returning again same time next year and look forward to our stay.

Another Great Stay at Seaspray

Second time staying here! An amazing house for a big group of guys. Right on the beach, very spacious, a walk to Red Bar and other restaurants/bars. We will be back!
