Tropical oasis with private, heated pool, fenced yard-3 BR's, 2 BA,Wi-Fi, 4 TVâs.

We aim to give you and your guests a 5 star experience. We are newer to Vrbo, but have almost 100 5 star reviews on the other popular vacation site.
Come enjoy the Tropical Vibes of this spacious single family home. - where you will find cool spots at every turn.
Pink flamingos first greet you upon your arrival, open the front gate to see the blue Adirondack chairs - a cool spot to soak in the morning sun and drink your coffee while being mesmerized by the soothing fountain. Next head over to the side yard and hang out in the hammock and just take in all the beautiful foliage. After that, check out the backyard-the beautiful waters of the pool look so inviting. After taking a dip, relax in a lounge chair or in one of the many other seating areas and read a book, enjoy a cocktail or just take a snooze. Thatâs what vacation is all about. At the end of the day, you might like to head over to the tiki bar or hang out in the outdoor gazebo.
So many cool and memorable experiences for you and your guests. You wonât be disappointed.

Living room:
âąStunningly decorated, open concept layout w/completely renovated interior
âąTravertine floors throughout the house
âąMultiple seating in living area- great for conversations and family fun!
âąLarge flat screen TV/ free WIFI
Bedrooms/baths:
âą3 bedrooms, 2 full baths
âąSprawling master suite, w/king size bed, overlooks the pool, has a private master bath & separate dressing area/closet. French doors lead to master from living room. This bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms. It also has a desk for those times when you need to do a little work. There are 2 steps down into the master suite and 2 steps up into the bathroom.
âąThe 2nd bedroom is also oversized. Both of the guest bedrooms have queen size beds. There is also a futon in the 2nd bedroom for additional sleeping accommodations- great for kids! We also have a pak n play.
âąGuest bath in hallway- updated and accessible from both guest bedrooms
âąLarge couch & brand new air mattress can accommodate additional guests for sleeping
âąFlat screens TVâs in all 3 bedrooms
Kitchen:
âąModern with RED QUARTZ counter-tops in the galley kitchen
âąFully equipped and stocked for gourmet meals
âąCounter seating
âąDining area off the kitchen - round table w/ comfortable seating overlooking the pool
Outside/Pool area:

âąAdditional outdoor table for al-fresco dining

Please note that parties are not permitted. Our house is not appropriate for spring breakers. We also have an age requirement of 25 years old or older to rent the property.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the house and fenced in yard. There is also a large side yard for activities. Only guests have access to the pool. The yard is completely private.
Other things to note
This is a nonsmoking house- guests are not permitted to smoke inside the property at any time. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
We request that our guests treat our home like they would their own and be respectful of the property and the neighbors.
No parties are allowed during your stay or noise outside that will disturb the neighbors. We have an age minimum requirement of 25 to book this property. This is also not available for spring break groups . Please provide the names and ages of all guests when booking.
