The Twin Villas i Coral Ridge County Club har just avslutat en stor renovering med alla nya exteriör, privatlivets innergÄrd, tÀckt uteplats, ny gemensam pool, landskapsarkitektur, utomhusbelysning, nya PGT-fönster och dörrar, nytt kök och inredning. Du skulle hyra en av de 2 villorna som delar en pool.

Villaerna (identisk layout Villas Islamorada & Key Largo som de kallas) ligger i vackra och tysta Coral Ridge Country Club, ett exklusivt bostadsomrÄde öster om US1 och ligger bekvÀmt inom gÄngavstÄnd till shopping, biografer, restauranger och livsmedelsbutiker butiker.

Villa ligger bara 1/2 mil frÄn intercoastal vattenvÀgen och 1 mil till den berömda Fort Lauderdale Beach.

BefÀlhavaren och gÀstbadet renoverades med ny travertingÄng i duschar med glasdörrar och nya granittoaletter. Köket var ocksÄ uppdaterat med alla nya rostfria vitvaror, kvarts bÀnkskivor, skÄp och glasplattor backsplash och under rÀknare belysning. Inredningen Àr högst upp och inkluderar all ny elektronik.

Uteplatsen omfattar tropisk landskapsarkitektur och accent nattbelysning för kvÀllsunderhÄllning. Twin Villas (Islamorada och Key Largo) delar en vackert anlagd, uppvÀrmd pool.

Pool was very nice and large, lots of seating with shade as well as sun available. House is very close to shopping. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Owner was accommodating and communicated well. Baby pack and play with extra thick mattress available. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Family area was very large/spacious.

We loved our stay here! Very close to everything. Beautiful area! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in. The beach umbrella was broke, I let the owner know, and they ordered one and had it shipped the next day! The pool area was wonderful! Can't wait to come back!

stayed at villa for a mother daughter trip 3 daughters location was perfect within 20 mins to all

the villa was beautiful wish i was closest to pool but it was ok communication with owner was good love the private outside area x 2 actually very nice i would stay again, just wish it had more cooking options like frying pan small pot but no big deal had plenty tiwels that wasca big plus

Great Location

It was short walk to Target. Short bike ride to the beach. The house was great! Clean, had everything in there we needed. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The area was a nice and quite. I would definitely come back.

Fort Lauderdale, where's the sun?

Just about everyone on the flight back to Michigan shared the same agonizing story. Where was the sun and warmth?Anyway, this property is exceptional. The neighborhood is a hidden gem with restaurants and stores just blocks away and with easy access to the entire Lauderdale area. The covered patio is a great place to chill (freeze?). Glad the pool was heated. The house was very comfortable. Asta was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

The Publix, Target, Mall, theatre a 10 min walk. We walk to the beach (a nice walk) 20 walk. Restaurants. Short Lyft or Uber drive to Las Olas Blvd.Like the joined units, still had privacy Would stay there again,

Perfect

The property was perfect for me and the kids. Bigger than i thought it would be. We were central location to lots of my friends, i lived in fl for 20 years. We made great use of the pool and close to the beach!! The water heater did click off but the owner had already mentioned in the note how to fix it if it happens. Super easy to do. Ps don’t run both showers at the same time. Great experience, would love to come again.

Will definitely stay again!

This property was wonderful! My wife and I stayed here with my 19 year old daughter and her friend while we were visiting my other daughter who lives there. Everything was just as advertised and Asta, the owner, was great in communicating when we had any questions. The onsite pool, though shared with the adjoining place, was perfect after a day at the beach! The grill was an added perk for those who like to grill like I do. We will definitely be back!

Great location and beautiful house.

This is the second time I’ve rented this house. It has nice size rooms and a large kitchen. The front room has two comfortable leather couches and chairs. Very tastefully decorated. Landscaping is beautiful and the pool is really nice. I hope to be back there this coming year.

Just Wonderful!

The house is just wonderful with a great pool. The beds are very comfortable and good flow in the showers. We especially loved all the different outside seating areas with great landscape lighting at night. Very close to the beach, mall, and lots of restaurants. Asta was very good to communicate with, but there were no problems at all! We highly recommend booking this VRBO!

Lovely Home In Convenient Location; Excellent Host!

We had a lovely visit here. The home is beautifully decorated and has every amenity you need. The kitchen is great to cook in. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. Beach and pool were excellent. Our host was very responsive. We would not hesitate to book again!
