Nice, but not Luxury
We have reached out to the property managers, before rating the property. They have addressed the issues. And offered a discount on a future stay.
1. The elevator is NOT for guest use. We did receive a waiver for it- which we submitted, but they did not receive it. In any event we were told upon arrival that it was broken/ not for client use/ we had to pay to use it- all in the span of 24 hours. Be prepared for LOTS of stairs. This was confusing, and disappointing.
2. There are zero additional blankets in the house. We waited almost 2 hours for a response about where to find them, were told they would be delivered the next morning, and then the next morning when I went to track them down, I was told we had to PAY for them. All this to say, we went out and bought extra blankets for the beds. Something this simple was an easy fix that they should have handled better. There should have never been 3-4 conversations about a basic fix.
3. There were multiple sightings of a rodent- in and out of our garage, and the next door renters- who were managed by the same company. Management has said they are addressing this immediately.
4. The chairs in living room were covered with dog hair- and pretty gross- we were credited 10% of the cleaning fee to compensate for this.
Overall, nice sheets/ beds/ towels and well stocked kitchen with nice appliances. But for the price & the marketing, we expected much better overall.
