Beläget i det historiska centrum, har denna soliga lägenhet en exceptionell exponering. Från terrassen kan du tänka på hamnen och de omgivande trädgårdarna. I de närliggande gatorna finns det många butiker och restauranger. Tågstationen 5 minuters promenad gör att vi kan nå Nice på 4 minuter, Monaco på 15 minuter, Cannes på 25 minuter. Stranden på 5 minuter till fots erbjuder sitt lummiga vatten. Museerna i staden öppnar sina dörrar. Kuststegen erbjuder dig promenader i vattnet !!! Alla vattensporter finns till hands. Staden har ett extremt rikt historiskt arv samt olika kulturella förslag, vattenfestivaler, sammankomst av prestigefyllda segelbåtar, fyrverkerier, utomhusbio ....
Lägenheten har 2 sovrum. den första med en säng 140x190, den andra med 2 sängar 90x190 inklusive 1 mezzanine. Läget och utsikten var fantastisk! Kontakten med ägaren fungerade mycket bra. Lägenheten var mysig och charmig men skulle behöva uppdatering, i alla fall balkongmöblerna och sofforna inne. Sängen var helt ok.

Family Vacation

Wonderful flat for our family of 4. Great location in the heart of the old town with a beautiful view of Villefranche bay. Our host was very attentive to any questions or requests.

Magnificent view, fantastic location

We had a brilliant stay at Marie-Joelle’s place. It has the most magnificent view and was right in the old town, close to loads of restaurants and small shops. There is a small supermarket nearby and a bigger Casino supermarket less than 10mins walk away. We went every morning to the boulangerie only 5 mins walk away. The beautiful beach was also 10 mins walk the other way and we went every day to swim and snorkel. The host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating to our every need - thank you so much! We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Be warned that there are A LOT of steps to climb in this area, which was fine for us, but you might struggle if mobility is an issue. Also, the 3rd bed is quite high up and accessed by ladders, which my 11year old loved, but an older adult would probably struggle with. The bus and train are also very easily accessed from this apartment, which we also used everyday. All in all, a fabulous stay and we can’t wait to return!

Fantastic apartment

We absolutely loved our 7 night stay in this apartment in the quaint village of Villefranche-Sur-Mer. The flat is spacious and well-stocked with everything you might need. It is also in an excellent location with grocery shops and restaurants located within steps. Our favorite feature of the apartment was the balcony with amazing views of the port below. We loved watching the sunsets and the sunrises from our perch above the village. We hope to return some day!

Côtes d’Azur Brilliance

This is an astounding historic apartment in Villefranche-Sur-Mer’s old town, complete with a deck looking out to the harbor. The owner is a talented decorator, and the overall setting and ambiance are so charming and quintessentially French. The apartment is up a flight of stairs, and the old town itself is on a steep hill, so make sure you pack lightly and are in shape. That said, this is the ultimate spot to stay with the flavor of the traditional Riviera.

Lovely stay, Excellent location

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The apartment is cute and cozy and offers an amazing view. We felt like locals during our stay and the host made us feel welcomed and checked in throughout our stay. The area is safe and very quiet and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, the beach and the train and bus.

Gem of a place along the coast

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. We were greeted upon arriving via train by our host, and she showed us the way up to our charming flat. Our week was nothing short of amazing and we will absolutely be back to visit soon!

Authentic apartment in the old center

Looking for an old and authentic apartment in the center of Villefranche-sur-Mer with a stunning view? This is it. The apartment is full of details and charm. And, the cherry on the cake is the view from the balcony. Nothing beats this view with a glass of rosé. Restaurants are on crawling distance and so is the beach and the train station. Other towns are a stones throw away. The apartment is well furnished and stocked. Plenty of kitchen appliances, cleaning products, coffee cups, towels, it was all there. The location convenience and authenticity cannot be beat. Were there any gripes? Sure, the bed was a bit too soft, can’t park the car anywhere near (it’s the old town), no airconditioning (but that’s only a problem in August), some of the beach utilities need replacement, hygiene was ok but overall cleanness needs improvement. Would we book again? Yes, but we would go outside of the hot season.

Geräumiges Apartment mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Das gemütliche Apartment ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts.Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht und auf einen Teil der ruhigen Altstadt. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zu den zahlreichen Restaurants, einem kleinen Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Eisdiele und anderen Geschäften. Auch der Bahnhof und der Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Such a lovely Stay!

We loved our stay! Daniel was amazing at check in, even help carry in our luggage! told us where to eat, park and anything we asked. The place was pretty clean, the only suggestion was to maybe do a deep clean of the kitchen cupboards but eveything else was great. Ample towels and an incredible view from the balcony. We loved it.

The property was in the old town, close to restuarants, the beach and the trainline

We had a great stay, location in the old town is perfect for restaurants, the beach and the trainline, the flat is well lit with a nice balcony over looking the Villefranche harbour. It has a well equipped kitchen and any issues were dealt with quickly by the owner. We will be back.

Charming apartment in the Old Town

This apartment is on a quiet side street in the old town of Villefranche sur mer. It is on the second floor and older in style, but is also one of the best equipped places we've stayed, including a dishwasher and washing machine that is uncommon in such places. It is close to train and bus services, but not appropriate for those who have trouble with stairs, as the whole town is on a steep slope. The crowning asset of the place is the balcony overlooking the gorgeous harbour. There are many small restaurants with excellent cuisine in the neighbourhood and one small grocery store. The owner is very helpful but most comfortable in French, so use Google translate in your messages. Our stay was memorable, comfortable and relaxing. We'd definitely return.

Perfect location in old town of Villefranche sur Mer

We had two fantastic weeks in last part of May 2023. The location is perfect in old town, very quiet, wonderful view over the bay from the balcony. A very charming and rustic appartment, well equipped. Just a short walk to bakery, shop, beach, bus and train - and to a lot of good restaruants. We would love to come back!

Living the Dream

Our stay here in VFSM was magical. We loved being in the old town, which was scenic and very quiet. The view from the flat is fabulous, and on the balcony we enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine. Marie-Joelle’s taste in design is sophisticated yet homey with a touch of whimsy, and she is an excellent hostess. We’ll be back!

L'appartement est charmant, bien équipé, calme et très bien placé dans le centre historique de Villefranche sur Mer. La vue sur la rade de Villefranche et Saint Jean Cap Ferrat est magnifique. Par ailleurs, la gare de Villefranche est à 5 mn à pied de l'appartement et le TER met 7mn pour rallier la gare centrale de Nice. Parfait pour découvrir Nice et ses environs.

Excellent property!

We had absolutely the best time staying at this lovely apartment. It has everyone one would ever need for a 'home away from home' and a gorgeous view of the bay. Very centrally located, on a quiet street with plenty of privacy from the surrounding neighbours. We would definitely want to stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as presented with the balcony is the highlight bringing amazing views of the bay. Villefranche sur Mer is wonderful. Great communication with the owner who accommodated our very late arrival. Nice touches in the apartment too e.g. sun umbrella, beach chairs, bathroom and kitchen amenities. Really great.
