Lovely condo and great 30a location. Communication and check-in was an absolute breeze. Adagio at Blue Mountain is a beautiful complex. Grounds and pool areas are perfectly maintained. Beach service from La Dolce Vita was great. The view from the lanai is spectacular. Beds, bedding and furnishings are high end and comfortable. Very clean and well cared for.

Every year I take my son and daughter and their family to the beach. This year we had a five month old, a 10 month old and a three-year-old. This layout was perfect for us. I wish I had known they offered a pack and play and a walker in the condo. We brought all baby supplies when we would not have had to bring. The location is awesome. The restaurants in the area are family friendly. We will probably come back to this location again.

We had an amazing stay at Adagio and Santa Rosa Beach. The condo was amazing and very spacious. the beach and property were beautiful. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and even went out of their way to help up with a misunderstanding concerning umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again. There are steep steps from the complex to the beach so just make sure you are physically able to climb them if you are wanting to stay at Adagio. Otherwise the place is a perfect vacation spot.

This is our second stay at Adagio, and we enjoy this location on the beach, which is not overly crowded. It is also a convenient location to access our favorite shopping places.

Perfect 50th Anniversary Celebration

This beautiful, ocean view condo was the perfect place to bring family to celebrate our 50th anniversary! The condo is amazing and had everything we needed. Adagio sits in a quiet area of the emerald coast with several pools to enjoy and the most gorgeous beach in the U.S. There are plenty of fun places to eat and shop nearby. I highly recommend this condo!

So convenient

We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. The location of the condo is perfect and central to the pools and beach. The facility offers some helpful amenities (coin ice machine, small grocery shop, bike rental) and it was great to walk to near by stores and ice cream. We loved that there were two parking spots. Prepare to purchase or bring our own sand toys or boogie boards - or extra beach chairs (two and an umbrella included). There isn’t a place to donate or have them off to anyone else necessarily when you’re done.

The condo wasn't as clean as it should have been. Our feet were black from walking barefoot in it on the first day. It definitely needed extra attention.

The condo was big and spacious. However, the condo was not thoroughly cleaned. Specifically the floors throughout were filthy upon our arrival. Our little grandchildren’s feet and legs were dirty within a short time on the floor on the day we arrived. We mopped the floors of the condo our first night. Management needs to ensure cleanliness of condo for the guests.

Adagio is a wonderful place for a beautiful, relaxing vacation. The condo decor was beautiful, generous seating on the balcony and well stocked with anything you would need for preparing meals. The condo was fresh and clean and very inviting on arrival. The pools and hot tub were fantastic, and good parking. I would definitely book here again and would recommend it to others. Owners, Nick and Louisa Baldock have been locals for over 17 years and have developed a deep affection for the area and we want to share that passion with travelers and property owners. We will also be happy to assist in any vacation planning or suggestions to take your vacation to a new level.

Our favorite routine with friends and family is still to hit the beach all day then retreating to our beachfront units to enjoy a cocktail and dinner on the balcony as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. That is the experience we want all of our guests to enjoy every day, there's no better place to eat lunch and dinner than the balcony of our properties.

During your stay, we strive to provide as many amenities as possible to give you a relaxing and worry free upscale vacation. We feature 600 thread count 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, 600 thread count white cotton duvet's changed every stay, 20 lb towels, and most of our properties come with free beach service from March 1 through Oct 31. We also leave salt, pepper, cooking oil and seafood seasoning because that is a personal pet peeve of ours. We want our properties to be your home away from home.

We are always close by and have someone on call 24-7. We are known for our quick responses to any Guest need to ensure that they have the vacation they Deserve.
