VÄr lÀgenhet Àr den som Elvis valde som sin privata svit nÀr han var i Nashville. Nyrenoverat, ett sovrum, nÀra centrum (Broadway), inom gÄngavstÄnd frÄn mÄnga sevÀrdheter och restauranger. Inredda med landsmusik memorabilia, alla nya möbler i september 2018. BekvÀm king size-sÀng och mycket bekvÀma state-of-the-art drottning bÀddsoffa (No Bars) med memory foam madrass. Mycket vÀlfylld med disk, köksredskap, sÀngklÀder. Snabbt, sÀkert internet. Kabel tv. Gratis parkering pÄ plats. Vi ligger pÄ sjÀtte vÄningen i den historiska Spence Manor-byggnaden, som ursprungligen byggdes som ett femstjÀrnigt hotell för att Elvis skulle stanna nÀr han spelade in pÄ RCA Studio B. Andra notaböcker som stannade pÄ Spence Manor inkluderar The Beatles, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson och mÄnga fler. Byggnaden har omvandlats till individuellt Àgda lÀgenheter. Det Àr trevligt att ÄtervÀnda "hem" till en lugn lÀgenhet. Platsen Àr mycket bekvÀmt till centrum, dÀr landmusiken regerar, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University och The Gulch. Nashville is amazing

We personally loved the location of this property. Outside looking in vantage point. 20 minute walks to Midtown, Gulch, Broadway. UBER can get you to the places easily as well. The condo was clean, updated and had everything for our 3 night stay. We had a great time hiking, concerts, bars, and Grand Ole Opry. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

Second time staying with the hosts and it was wonderful again. The place is spotlessly clean, well equipped and exceptionally comfortable. The location is perfect, close to Broadway but peaceful.

Excellent condo and excellent location

This condo was an excellent condo and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic and walkable to Broadway and surrounding places. The instructions were sent ahead of time a couple days in advance, which was great and made it very easy to access the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

3 night getaway

Great location. We walked to the gulch, 12 south, broadway, Belmont, Vandy, and midtown neighborhoods. A ton of musical history surround the vrbo. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice condo, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean. We rated it a four out or five stars as the bed was not overly comfortable. It felt a little worn out. They were doing maintenance on the hot water system the day we were checking out. We had no hot water to shower. Contacted Carlos. He was quick to respond. He told us he was informed only 5 minutes ago and was sorry for the inconvenience.

Moms Trip!

The condo was perfect for our small group of Moms. Pull out couch was very nice. The place is spacious and we loved how the bathroom was separated into three areas. It’s makes it so much easier with multiple adults getting ready together. Someone was able to shower while the rest of us were getting ready. The toilet was even in a separate room. The location is perfect. Close to many restaurants, sports bars and night life. Broadway is within walking distance or a short Uber ride. We will definitely come back and stay next year. The hosts were easy to get ahold of and communicate with.

Perfect Location & Amazing Host

Husband and I took a road trip to Nashville for a concert at Geodis Park & made plans to do a lot of the tourist things while visiting. This condo is beautiful, has everything you need for a comfy stay and is a very short drive to all of the things to see and do in Nashville. We were able to tour the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, the Parthenon, Gibson Garage, Carter’s Guitars, have dinner on the General Jackson Riverboat and check out the Opry Mills Mall. We had a wonderful bucket list trip! The owners/hosts were very responsive to any inquiries which made our trip so much easier! We will definitely be back to visit again!

Great Music Row location!

Condo was exactly as described. Clean with lots of extras. Loved the guitar pool! Location is great - you can walk to many places including Broadway if you don't mind a bit longer walk (about 1 mile) or Uber was pretty cheap from here. Outside of the building looks like what it is - older building from the 70's but the condo itself was updated and had a fun Elvis/music theme.

CMA Fest stay

The stay here was clean and comfortable We came here for the CMA fest and really enjoyed ourselves. Just a great location with a beautiful pool to relax from the summer heat. It sits atop Music Row which is so close and was our first stop after check in. It was a mile walk to broadway action and even less to Whole Foods for some needed items. Thank you definitely recommend.

The perfect place!

This property was perfect for my family and I. It was super clean and fit the four of us perfectly. It was only a 15-20 minute walk from Broadway and also had a strip of bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. right next to this property. Ubers were cheap and easy to access from the location if needed and everything was very walkable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning when coming to Nashville again!

Found a gem

We travel almost exclusively with VRBO and are selective when choosing a property. We found a gem at this condo, it was exactly as pictured and described. Spacious, clean, quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to prepare a meal. Located in a neighborhood with lots of history, Walking distance to some great dining and nightlife. We took Uber to Broadway when we wanted to do the tourist thing. Excellent property, we will return in the future.

We are retired school teachers from Tallahassee, FL, who have been married 49+ years. We love to travel and go to different cities for our anniversary each year. We visited Nashville on one trip and have since bought two condos in the same building for short-term rentals. We have two grown children who have provided us with four marvelous grandkids.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We love country music and fell in love with Nashville on our first visit. Our condo is within walking distance of downtown, but in a quiet area. The pool, adjacent park and nearby bars and restaurants make it even more enjoyable.
