7 day vacation

Very impressed with the condo as a whole. Some people complained about lack of toilet and paper towels. Walmart is 2 min away, and was no big deal to get some extra. Plenty of towels. Description says 1 set per bathroom. But we had 2 full sets per bathroom. Beach was so close! The entire stay was wonderful. Also there were plenty of blankets on the beds, which was also a review concern

Family vacation

We had a good time in Orange Beach at the Romar Lake Condominiums. 301E was setup well for our family with three bedrooms. There were plenty of extras and towels, and the walk to the beach was short and easy. There is a nearby Walmart Market and a Publix.The stove is an older model but in good working order. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described. It had plenty of room for the 7 of us. The location was great. It was just a short walk to the beach( the crosswalk for the beach was literally right across the street). We liked that they had fans as we forgot ours at home. We would definitley stay here again.

Would definitely stay again!

This was our first time to Orange Beach and I don't think it will be our last! The condo was much bigger than expected. The living room is one of the most spacious I've stayed in. The Jack and Jill bathroom between the two spare rooms was nice as well! The beach access was great. A bit of a haul if taking too many items along, but otherwise quite convenient. The pool is a great size with plenty of seating around it and nice/clean bathrooms. Overall a wonderful stay for my family of three and another family of four!

Perfect Getaway Spot

The condo was perfect. Two very large balconies with cute views of the marsh and lots of space between the bedrooms making making it feel extra private. Very clean. Easy drive to local restaurants, beaches and markets. The only down side being there were only two rolls of toilet paper provided, two trash bags, one dishwasher pod and no simple spices for cooking like salt and pepper. Overall the stay was still perfect and we would come back again!

The unit was clean, and roomy. I loved the location and the east access to the beach and amenities. Fully furnished. My only complaint is the beds. It was like sleeping on concrete floor. They were so hard that even the children were complaining of a back ache.

Spring Break

This was our second visit to Orange Beach. The condo was comfortable and clean. We did find a couple of cockroaches in the living room. We were there 3 nights and we had to buy toilet papers. The coffee pot lid would not stay on and spilled. And there were no filters. Otherwise it was a nice condo.

Decent stay

The place was just as pictured and the staff was responsive via text. However, the unit was barely stocked with basic necessities for our stay - they only provide 1 roll of TP per bathroom (even for a 4 night stay) and they don’t provide extra blankets even if requested. One of the beds was unmade and one was dirty upon arrival, but they did offer to bring us new linens. The beds were also VERY uncomfortable. Overall, the place was decent for the price, but I probably would not return.

My Family and I stayed in...

My Family and I stayed in Jimmy and Wendy's home away from home the end of March 08' and not only did they make renting a condo extremely enjoyable they have an amazing unit that is extremely well taken care of. It is a corner unit with great views of the backwater (alligators and turtles galor) and breathtaking views of the Gulf just across the road and through the condos across the way. We could not have imagined that being across the road could have been so perfect but it was better than perfect. I would recommend this rental to any family looking for the perfect getaway with the perfect hosts. Jimmy and Wendy, you were a delight and I look forward to many years renting from you for my families new favorite getaway. Thank you so much Kevin Bader and Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved size and location of our condo. Pictures showed a room with twin beds but there wasn’t one. Slept 8 if you used the sleeper sofa, but no covers were available. Had to call office and get some delivered. The floors really needed a good cleaning. After walking barefoot our feet were filthy. Overall we loved it and would definitely return.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only 3 complaints we had. 1. The king bed in the master bedroom was VERY noisy. It definitely needed a new box spring, getting in and out of it and just moving was extremely noisy. 2. We never could locate the router nor connect to the WiFi. Property manager told us where it was located but it was not where they said it was. And the WiFi network name and password that was on the link never worked. 3. Dryer took a very long time to dry the towels. Other than that (all manageable things) the location was great! Beach access was easily located and property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole family loved the space, the balconies, the conventions of the parking and elevators. We enjoyed being able to cook, watch TV and being close to multiple entertainment places. The pool on the property was great. We even enjoyed watching the alligators in the pond next to our rental. The only negative was the floors....they were not clean. For most of us take our shoes off at the door at our home, which we did there. But in minutes our feet were SO Dirty.

Great Stay near Beach!

The property was very nice. There was an issue where one of the rooms replaced the beds (from 2 singles to a queen) without notifying us prior to our stay. I don't know if this would have caused us to reconsider staying there, however we made it work. We have 4 boys so 2 had to share a queen where they were to have the 2 singles. Another item was that there really wasn't much for us to do at the condo (no provided board games etc.). I understand this can be a hindrance on the owner, but it would have been great for a family. The amount of amenities provided was very minimal 1 set of towels, 1 trash bag for each bathroom and kitchen, 1 paper towel roll, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, etc.). Again I understand this can cause more costs to the owner, but when I'm on vacation I don't want to worry about items like that (as it seemed I washed our towels quite a lot while there). Overall I would recommend this condo, but more for adults visiting or older families with 3 older kids (as there was a sofa bed available). The site reference should be updated (if not already) with the change in the single bed, if it's not already. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach and I appreciated the quick responses from the rental company (Liquid Life Rentals). Thanks for a great vacation!
