The condo and grounds were in excellent condition. Convenient to major grocery and shopping. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great condo right on the beach!

This condo was perfect for our stay. Really loved the private access to the pools and beach. It was very clean and had great views right on the beach! Hope to stay here again.

Family Weekend Getaway

Clean, comfortable unit, balcony allowed great views of beach. Beautiful Fall weather, slightly cooler than usual and smaller crowds than the busy summer. Perfect for our group.

Great Condo and Location

My husband and I stayed with our two kids and my mom and had a wonderful time. Location is perfect on the beach and it was very easy to get out and do things. Condo is also clean and spacious! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the stay

Very nice and clean unit. It was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect amount of space for two families with teenage children. Great view and loved corner unit with private entrance. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing unit

We had a wonderful stay in the perfect condo. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. Jodi was a pleasure to work with! We will definitely be staying here again! This is the best condo our family has ever rented!

Great place to stay!

Had a great time staying here. The place is much bigger then the pictures show! Customer serive if I had an issue was taken care of asap even when I said it was not a big deal! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I would definitely stay again!

Very clean and spacious. Kitchen is big.

The view is gorgeous. I loved that it was on the end with a private front balcony as well. We had lots of compliments from others who visited us while staying here.. We shared with another family and had lots of room for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Romar House

We love Orange Beach and Romar House is our favorite condominium complex. It is older but very well maintained. This is a great end unit with a recently remodeled kitchen and master bath.

Great place

This condo was very nice. It had a great balcony view, which is always one of my main concerns. It was spacious and had everything we needed in the ktichen except for measuring spoons. We just did lunch and breakfast in condo so we did not actually do a lot of cooking. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants.

Amazing Location and gorgeous condo

This condo was everything we needed for our week in Orange Beach. Very well supplied with kitchen necessities, beach items, linens and such. Plenty of space for 6 of us, great layout and comfortable beds and furniture. Patio is an awesome place to hang and watch all that is going on as well as relax with coffee. Beach access is great, pools are wonderful, workout gym was a huge plus for us as well. Everything is close. This condo was more than we expected - Jodi is great with communication and helping when we reached out. Thank you!!

best condo i’ve ever stayed in

this was a beautiful condo, and it was massive and so spacious for the 6 that stayed here on our trip! we had a beautiful view of the beach and a short walk to the water. Jodi emailed me all the directions for check in and departure and we had no issues the entire trip. the location of this condo is all the better because it’s in the middle of basically everything and not too far from anything. thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. this is a place i will definitely be looking at next summer!

Beachfront condo

Spacious and comfortable. Property not as big as the surrounding buildings so did not feel crowded (waited for the elevator once during Spring break) and plenty of space on the beautiful, white sand beach. Generous balcony and loved the master bedroom with beach views. Some amenities were not available (fitness room, tennis courts) due to hurricane damage.

Spacious with beautiful views

Very spacious! We have 4 teenagers and everyone had their own “space”. The view looking out onto the Gulf Shore from the balcony and the master bedroom were spectacular! Condo was very clean and everything was easily accessible. Jodi was extremely helpful if we had any questions and made sure we knew exactly where everything was located- it was greatly appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and will highly recommend Jodi!

The stay

The building is old, had some cockroaches and the pool was not cleaned every day! It could use a new dryer it was very had to get the Close dry. A lot of work going on the building and it was impossible to sleep in or take a nap during the day

Enjoy the condo.

Love being on the fourth floor had a beautiful view of the gulf. Condo very very comfortable except in master bedroom. We had to buy an extra fan for that room. Wish they had an Internet connected TV in the living room would have like to watch our streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon prime. Overall we would come back.

Romar House 406B

We've been staying at this property each year for the last few years. Love the location right on the beach. This year it was especially nice as the weather was perfect. Love sitting on the balcony just watching the surf roll in and enjoying some relaxing down time. Unit is always clean and it's well-furnished. Property manager is just a phone call or text away, if needed. (We didn't.) We hope to visit again next year!
