This was a really cute place to stay! We were right on Lemon Bay with the heated pool right outside our Mermaid Retreat! Was perfect for 2 people.

My favorite feature was the large picture windows looking out at Lemon Bay. The unit has been recently updated and everything workee.

Found everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Clean room, heated pool and full kitchen. Spent evenings on the dock watching all the bay activities. Very relaxing. The only thing that was missing was direct beach access with sand. The area has several beautiful beaches though and only a short ride away.

Englewood is a nice little town with an old Florida Feel. Mermaids Retreat has a beautiful location right on the water of the Bay with the Gulf beach a short walk across the street. We really enjoyed our weekend there and look forward to returning. Amy who handled the booking made sure our check-in went smoothly and we highly recommend this property for your stay!

Perfect little hide away

Right on bay, little cute efficiency. Not much to say except it was cozy and the other familes on vacation there all were chill so was great if looking for quiet and relaxing.

Very comfortable place with beautiful views and a great location

Perfect space for a small family or couple. Beautiful views of the bay and a very short walk across the street for beautiful views of the gulf!

Mermaid's retreat is perfect for a small family or a couple! It has a nice spacious side patio area that guests really enjoy the breezes off the Bay. Had a wonderful time at Mermaids retreat. Was the perfect spot for my husband, 2 kids & I. The private beach is breath taking!! Perfect location to restaurants & shops. We will definitely be back!

Amazing vacation at mermaid’s retreat!

My husband and I spent a week at mermaids retreat and absolutely loved it! We took full advantage of the kayaks and went out on the bay multiple times. Beach access was easy to find and not far away at all. The space was perfect for two of us and it was well stocked with all the things you need from coffee to beach chairs. Would stay again!

We were welcomed by a bottle of wine and the staff! Our accommodations were neat and clean and nicely decorated. We had our own door, parking place and a beach across the street!

Yes Mermaids Retreat has 1 small bathroom off of the one bedroom - so this attractive waterfront condo works best for one couple or a small family Or adult siblings group etc

Mermaid Retreat

Great location, reminded us of what we love, Old Florida!!!!! We did have an issue with a leak and the Host was awesome in getting it corrected and didn’t interrupt our vacation one bit! Thank you again for a great place to stay!!
