One will enjoy the Bright White Kitchen Cabinetry, recessed lighting, Palm Paddle Ceiling Fans, BEAUTIFUL window treatments quality MAPLE laminate flooring in the Kitchen, Living and Bonus areas, carpet in the Master Bedroom, Plantation Shutters and a newer Bathroom vanity. Overnight Guest will feel at home in the Bonus area complete in their rarely used Murphy Bed. Bring your boat, kayak and favorite beverage and lounge year-round by the heated pool or take a stroll to the public beach. Includes Boat parking, Kayak racks, HEATED pool, fishing, and fish cleaning table. We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The beds were cute, clean, and super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. The location couldn’t be better—just a one-minute drive to the beach and close to everything we needed. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly, which made the trip even smoother. The pool was a great bonus—nice, well-kept, and perfect for an afternoon swim. Overall, this condo was the ideal mix of comfort, convenience, and value. We’d definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable time at the beach

Property location was great and just a short drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Pool very refreshing and condo had just about everything you'd need for a comfortable stay.

Short Getaway

Nicely decorated, quiet condo close to the Gulf! It fit the bill for a long relaxing weekend. The owner was super helpful when we had an issue accessing the laundry room, despite the fact that he was many miles away. Good restaurants nearby and absolutely breathtaking sunsets! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Time

We had a great time. The condo was quiet but still close to everything. Easy access to the beach and just a few minute drive to the public beaches. The pool area was really nice. Perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Adorable condo, fully stocked, close to bay and ocean. Lots of really good restaurants nearby. It is very easy to communicate with the owner. Definitely would love to stay again in the future.

Manasota Key Tiki Condo

We enjoyed a month stay in this condo. Great swimming pool and close access to beach. Condo well stocked as far as kitchen and grills at the pool area. All the dishes, pans, silverware and linens we needed.

Location is key

We had a wonderful vacation here on the key! Location was everything! Would recommend updating towels, wash clothes, and kitchen utensils. Everything else was spot on and property manager was easy to communicate with. Would recommend this property to others! Thanks for a great time!

Just what we needed

This condo was just what we needed. It was clean and great location. The beach was quite, the other residents in the building were quite. You are right between the bay and the ocean. Had chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience!

We stay on manasota key the first week of July every year. We were familiar with the property, as some of my family has stayed there before. The pool is the best on the key! The location is great and the actual condo is well kept and a joy to stay. Tim was great! Answered when we messaged and didn’t needlessly contact us otherwise. 10/10 recommend this stay!

Relaxing

Comfortable stay. Very relaxing. You will love Manasota key. Unit is on the bay side, was comfortable and clean. Doing construction on some of the other units and common stairs but wasn’t a bother. Very nice pool. A nice swing area down by the bay side to sip wine and relax. Convenient golf cart shuttle to area restaurants.
