Saint Simons Island har alltid varit vår favorit getaway plats. Underbara minnen av att besöka denna vackra plats som barn drivit vår önskan som vuxna att äga en plats här. Det var viktigt för oss att våra barn och barnbarn samlas här för att skapa sin egen kärlek och minnen av denna speciella plats. Förutom skönheten på ön har Saint Simons bra shopping, vackra kyrkor och bästa BÄSTA restauranger du hittar överallt. Jag rekommenderar starkt att göra en lista och besöka dem alla. Skiff har just avslutat en större renovering. Egenskapen är bara vacker. Vår enhet har 3 sovrum (2 tvillingar, 1 drottning och 1 king size-säng) och 2 fulla bad. Köket är fullt utrustat. Vår favoritplats är däck med vacker marsh utsikt. Däcket kan nås genom vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Njut av att dricka ditt kaffe på den bekväma uteplatsen eller äta din frukost på dinettuppsättningen. Från vår lägenhet kan du gå (3 minuter) till en av de mest populära byarna på ön. Redfern Village erbjuder många bra alternativ för shopping eller äta! Vår fastighet ligger en 5 minuters bilresa till stranden. Saint Simons är cirka 70 miles söder om Savannah Georgia och 80 norr om Jacksonville Florida.

Wonderful Condo

This is my second one month stay at this well equipped, conviently located condo. Beautifully decorated with three bedrooms and two baths. Washer, Dryer, Dish Washer, Ice Maker, Central Air and Heat, not to mention tv's with cable in all of the bedrooms and living room. Included is wifi and a large community pool and gazebo. I also mentioned in my last review that there are sidewalks throughout the Island for a nice walk or a bicycle ride. There is also designated parking near the door. There are sliders in the Master Bedroom and Living room to acess the large deck with a great view right next to the Golden Marsh. Red Fern Village is right next door and has a multitude of resturants and shops. It is only a couple miles to Mallory St., the pier and village. Also only about 2 miles from Massengale Park and Goulds Inlet. The beaches are great for walking and shell hunting. As I said in the last review, "this Condo is a wonderful, comfortable, conveniently located and quiet retreat. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I have."

Great view of the marsh

I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet, clean, and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The view of the marsh was beautiful. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Quiet and Clean

This is a small and clean condominium near the airport. It is nice to be a 5 min. drive to the beach. It is located behind the parking areas of Red Fern, so there are no pretty neighborhoods to walk through, but driving to the beach and town was convenient. The owner was very helpful.

Lovely Condo with gorgeous view.

Although our stay was cut short after 17 days (original booking was for 45 days beginning March 1) due to pandemic, we very much enjoyed our time in this charming condo. It was exactly as advertised, well equipped and beautifully appointed by the owners who obviously take great pride their island home. The location worked for us as it was close to all commercial amenities near traffic circle and allowed for quick access in any direction to all SSI had to offer. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was how clean the condo was which is not our usual experience in the other properties that we have rented over last decade. This is no doubt due to Nan (owner) who did a personal inspection before our arrival. Nan was wonderful to deal with and always available (lives an hour way) and seemed sincerely concerned that we have an enjoyable stay. She has been very supportive about the current covid 19 situation and is working with us on the financial side in seeking compensation for early departure. We have no hesitation in recommending this condo and look forward to returning again once the world puts this pandemic behind us. A special thanks to Nan! Judy and Fraser Wasaga Beach, Ontario

Great Location, Great Value

Great location, I had a wonderful one month stay at this well equipped condo. Beautifully decorated and includes all the cups, plates, glasses, pots, pans, and all the utensils you may need. Also Washer, Dryer, Dish Washer, Ice Maker, Central Air and Heat, Not to mention tv's with cable in all of the bedrooms and living room, plus wifi and a full sized community pool and gazebo. There are bike paths throughout the Island that will lead from the condo to the beach, lighthouse, village, marinas, and historical sites and places of interest. Designated parking near the door. Large Siding Doors leading to the large deck, with furniture and grill, overlooking the Golden Marsh, right next to Red Fern Village. Only 2.5 miles from St Simons Island pier and village. Also only 2.4 miles from a Great Beach at Massengale Park. Another great beach is at Goulds Inlet, all are dog friendly and wonderful walking and shell hunting beaches. So many things to do on the Island and this Condo is a wonderful, comfortable, conveniently located and quiet retreat. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I have.
