Kids loved the pool

The pool was right next door. The accomodation was just right for 2 adults and 4 kids.

Mostly great

The place was mostly good. Right amount of space for our family of 6 and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc. Location is great right off the freeway exit and we loved that the pool was right outside the front door, made it easy to go in and out with kids. The biggest disappointment was that it was not super clean when we arrived. Counters and tables in the kitchen were visibly dirty and sticky with something (probably syrup?) from previous guests. Bathroom counters and bathtub were also kind of dirty looking and feeling. Seems the housekeeping service just didn’t do a thorough job..

Maybe the HOA could turn off the pool closing recording?

I had some concerns about the wi-fi after reading a review of this location on Vacasa. For the most part, the wi-fi worked well enough for our family, including my husband who was working remotely and my daughter who likes to play online games. Staying next the pool was great until an automated recording declaring that the pool was closed started repeating at 1 a.m. one night. We heard it again the next night at 10:30 p.m., which was much more reasonable. For the most part the unit was clean, although there was a stain on the underside of the master bed spread.

We went for the gold.

We decided to rent a 3bd place at the last minute for a week in St. George. We shared it with another couple. We were skeptical the pictures were exaggerated. They were not. The place was clean, very easy to get to all ballparks! We went for the gold and came home with the Bronze...🥎 Highly recommend..

Baseball tournament stay

Great for large families

Super clean, multiple sleeping options, comfortable beds. Plenty big for a large family. We were out and about most of the time but nice to come back to a clean well stocked home. Thanks for the stay.

Great unit with open layout and attached garage.

The included attached garage was very helpful and convenient. We also used the washer and dryer, and it's nice to have a quality dishwasher in the kitchen. The unit seems new, it's clean, the air conditioning system was working very well, and we had no complaints throughout the stay.

Clean, spacious, great location and the pool

We stay in this condo 1 or 2x a year. We love the space and the decor. My children love that the pool is out the front door and its open year round. It is close to the freeway, it has lots of fun paved walking trails nearby. There are plenty of stocked kitchen supplies to feel at home and a bbq and a picnic table. The beds are super comfortable. My kids love that they each get their own space.

Great location

Condo was as advertised. Very clean, beds for 9, plenty of towels, both bath and pool. Beautiful master bath. A few condiments in the kitchen. Only negatives were that the main gathering room only sat 5. Plenty for our group, but if you had 9, a few would have to sit on the floor. The other frustration was that the locks to the pool didn't all work. The one steps away, you couldn't open, nor could you exit. One gate around side worked, but the 3rd on the other side didn't work either. So people having to get up and let people in, and only one gate where you could exit. Kind of a safety hazard. We reported to a couple places, so hopefully fixed now. Overall very nice! We'll be back!

Perfect home away from home!

We wanted a little family vacation where we could help our little one feel as comfortable as he would at home. This was perfect. It was a beautiful, clean and spacious place. It was a great location, letting us be tucked away and still close to all the destinations we wanted to be. Would definitely recommend.

Spring break trip

Our family of 5 really enjoyed the unit. Great location for all the activities in the area, the unit is right next to the pool, and the beds were really comfy. We felt right at home.

Super condo!

Home has easy access to both Washington and St. George. Everything in the house is updated. Master suite is spacious. Though the condo is in close proximity to the shared pool/spa, one doesn't hear the noise. The house is set up well, and all one needs to bring is personal items, food and spices.
