Googles inhemsk arkitekt, Michelle Kaufmann, designade detta vackra 3 sovrum, 2 badrum ljusa öppna koncept hem - Sunset Glidehome- som PBS kallar ett av de 10 hem som förändrade Amerika. Huset är omgivet av glidglas och förkroppsligar modernt inomhus / utomhusliv. Tyst och ligger på ett berg, är detta hem bara fem plus minuter från 101 bland vackra vingårdar och restauranger. Huset, däck och badtunna har utsikt över de omgivande bergen och vingårdarna nedan. Däck går runt huset och det finns en 6-personers badtunna precis vid huset med fantastisk utsikt över de närliggande bergen och dalarna utan hus på plats! Befälhavaren badet har en vacker walk-in skiffer dusch. Huset är fylld med rent fodrade möbler i modern design och ett matbord med en lång bondgårdstil som är perfekt för att spendera husprat över middag med utsikt över dalen nedan. Master sovrummen har en king size madrass tillverkad av en mycket avancerad boutique tillverkare från San Francisco, medan de andra två sovrummen har extremt bekväma helt nya queen size-skum madrasser. Dessutom finns det en bekväm design futon och en helt ny queen size-höjd Aerobed för ytterligare gäster. Gäståtkomst - Gästerna har full, enkel tillgång till hela 41 tunnland av fastigheten, det finns ingen annan på fastigheten, massor av integritet, det finns intill andra hus någonstans i närområdet och ingen som kan ses. Men det är superåtkomligt från motorvägen! Interaktion med gäster Jag är tillgänglig via e-post, telefon eller text nästan hela tiden för att svara på frågor eller hjälp om du behöver något. Andra saker att notera Mendocino County gästskatt (redan inkluderat i kostnaden för din vistelse): Länet kräver varje kortvarig logi värd (hotell, camping, B&B, VRBOs) för att ta ut en 11% kortvarig beläggningsskatt baserad på vistelseavgiften exklusive rengöring och VRBO serviceavgifter. My wife and I had a wonderful stay for our anniversary! The house is beautiful and cozy, and the location is incredible. So private, quiet, and there is not a place in the house (well except the bathrooms) that does not have a stunning view. 5 stars, can’t wait for our next visit!

Had a lovely relaxing stay at this light, airy home with beautiful views. Beds were super comfy, the common area and deck were perfect for lounging with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Thank you Emir and Karen,We really enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the scenic views on our drives up to your hideaway home in the mountain tops. Of course them scenic views on our way down to the valley below are most spectacular. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived, and we easialy found everything we needed. My wife Berenice especially enjoys the mini trail from driveway parking to the home. Lots of birds, big and small, and other wild life out there. Oh my! The pool looks so inviting! We slept very well each night. Berenice prepared breakfast each day and dinner some nights. Kevin baked a batch of scones. The kitchen is splendid. It is our third year staying here and we love it. Next year I will leave you a few scones in the refrigerator upon our departure for you and/or the cleaners. You be good. Likewise, Kevin. Love from Berenice too!

Quick get-away to Hopland

House is very nice and sets up in the mountains with awesome views. Not far off Hwy 101, so conveniently located to wineries and restaurants.

Peaceful retreat with beautiful views. Hot tub and pool were great. Home was comfortable and clean. Very thoughtful, helpful and responsive hosts. If you bring your pup, you might consider bringing a long lead for when enjoying the back deck. Ours is great off leash, but if left to his own devices he’d gladly have explored the steep hillside beyond the house for hours while we were in the pool. We will most definitely be back!

This was a wonderful home. It had spectacular views just like the photos showed. Lots of light from large windows on both sides of the house. Great decks to relax on and gather with family. The host was very responsive to communication.

Wonderful getaway

My wife and I stayed here for three days/nights in June. We had a great stay. This is really a unique property -- very secluded, quiet and private, yet all of the amenities and comforts and with amazing views nearly 360 around the property. Although the property gives you the sense of being away from it all, it's an easy 15 minute drive to the center of Ukiah, and less than 45 minutes to Healdsburg, which was a perfect location for us. Lastly, as others have commented, Emir was a superb host and incredibly responsive the couple of times we had a question about something.

Hidden gem!

This is a "great escape" property, off the beaten path, with an unpaved but well-maintained access road and driveway. Quiet, with the nearest neighbors a few hundred yards away. Great views, clean, contemporary furnishings, large, luxurious shower in master bath. Also hotel-stye luxurious bed sheets and towels. The location is convenient for visiting wineries, Montgomery Woods or Hendy State Park. Emir, the host, is friendly, responsive, and will be hands-on in answering questions and resolving any issues. He provides a very thorough welcome email before arriving, with all info you could want. This is an excellent property, and we look forward to when we can stay here again.

Modern house retreat setting

This place met every expectation. The house was like a modern tree house. All windows looking out on oak trees and mountains. Completely quiet . The house is beautiful, simple, airy, clean. Floor plan allows for privacy and gracious gathering spaces. Very kid friendly. Host very communicative. Made for a unique family experience.

We loved our stay in Hopland. The host Emir was great, he gave us very detailed instructions about the home, amenities, location, etc. The home is beautiful, with great design touches and a beautiful, peaceful location. We will definitely come back again!

Good home nestle away in beautiful scenic surroundings

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this home. It was just the perfect size for a group of 5 adults and one toddler. Our host left us very detailed instructions about the property and surrounding areas and responded quickly the few times we reached out to him during our stay. The place is clean and modern and has all the basic amenities one would need. Just a heads up that the garage where you park is a decent distance away from the main house, so pack light or else be okay will hauling your stuff back and forth and/or making multiple trips :)

An incredible property for that NorCal retreat!

My wife and I stayed here in May 2021 as a treat to ourselves after finishing our COVID vaccinations. What a great decision. Firstly, the property itself is just phenomenal. Great attention to detail throughout, big enough to relax but with great common space for meals or board games. A perfectly clean pool and hot tub, three bedrooms for people to relax, and a fully-functioning kitchen-- everything you need and everything you want. A few of the highlights for us: 1. When they say you have the property to yourselves, they mean it. It is off a side road off a side road (note: this means a small stretch of dirt road so be aware if you drive something lowered). The property is incredibly private and felt like our little oasis the whole time. Exactly what we wanted after over a year of no time away from kids. 2. There's a 110V outlet outside for you fellow EV owners to trickle charge. Thanks again to the owners for letting us use that as it made the trip so much easier! 3. Because it's nestled on a little property on its own, you get little natural visitors all day: we saw cute lizards, hummingbirds, tons of industrious honeybees, and even some unknown birds. Fun way to wake up and sip coffee to the rising sun. 4. You're maybe 15 min away from Ukiah and less than 10 away from the nearest winery. It's off the beaten path but you're not leaving the Shire, young hobbits. 5. There is just so much to do nearby: from a beautiful mountain drive to Fort Bragg to gobs of gorgeous wineries nearby, you won't lack for things to do. Also, the owner has impeccable taste in books and music scattered throughout the house. Big plus! Plus, and this is big: the owner himself is just a delight and was super responsive to my few requests. I cannot say enough for how great he was. In summary: Yes.
