Den här egenskapen är en dold pärla. Stora 3500 kvadratmeter hem perfekt för familjer eller gruppmöten !! Det finns 4 sovrum, plus ett bonusrum som kan dubbla som ett gästrum med en luftmadrass. Det finns också 4 badrum. Hus layout: Nedervåningen är den främsta vardagsrummet, matsal, lekrum, tvättstuga, hall badrum, kök, allrum och andra mästare. 2: a mästaren har en egen ingång via sidovägen och ett minikylskåp, mikrovågsugn och smart tv. Familjerummet har franska dörrar som leder ut till den stora gården. Utanför hittar du en gunga set, uteplats bord, bbq, badtunna, pool, kycklingar i coop på toppen av kullen, basketplan, eldstaden, hängmatta, barn leksaker och massor av gårds spel (bocce ball, slammo , frisbee, majshål för att nämna några). Huset backar upp till kullar så det finns mycket privatliv, men vi är bara en mil och en halv till centrum. På övervåningen hittar du 3 sovrum. 2 av sovrummen har en jack och Jill badrum i mellan. I slutet av hallen finns sovrummet och badet. Smart TV laddad med Netflix. Extra kuddar, filtar, handdukar. Massor av spel / leksaker. En park ligger inom gångavstånd, bara nerför gatan. Huset är nyligen mattan och inredning nymålad. Huset är fullt möblerat och vi har våra ägodelar i hemmet.

Backyard that can't be beat!

This is such an incredible home! My family had an AMAZING week-long stay that we didn't want to end. We've vacationed at a lot of rental homes of the years, and we've never seen a yard like this. To begin: THE POOL. As my younger daughter kept saying, "It was epic." The diving board and slide have spoiled us forever - no future pool will ever live up to this one. But the pool wasn't the only backyard attraction. From young (3 yrs) to old (70yrs), there was so much to enjoy it was almost overwhelming. We played lively games of basketball, built fires at dusk for s'mores, cooked up freshly laid eggs & fed the chickens daily, chased Carmella around so we could give her scratches, and played a never-ending game of hide-and-seek. Indoor highlights included the foosball table, the PacMan arcade game, and the master shower which was heavenly. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from real life and spend some time with family/friends. It was truly a magical week that we'll never forget.

The name says it all!

This is truly a Paradise Next Door. My family, ranging from 5 months to 70, had the time of our lives in Livermore! We want to go back every year! The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING, we didn’t leave once we got there. The pool, of course, was the highlight but the riding jeep, the trampoline, the game room!!! That may have been the best. Absolutely anything a child could want. Quality books and games and Lego legos legos, with a game table, which we love. No need to take anything but your bathing suit! BEST VACATION EVER! We all agreed.

Another Great Week!

Our return to paradise did not disappoint! My family and I had another wonderful week away from real life at Tawny's amazing oasis full of fun and relaxation. We swam, we roasted marshmallows, we played hide-and-seek, we recited knock-knock jokes, we lounged in the hot tub, we read by the pool, we shot hoops, we had foosball tournaments, we racked up high scores in PacMan... It would almost be easier to list the things we didn't do, rather than all the things that we did do. All this to say that once again we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tawny's place, and we hope to make it an annual visit!

Paradise

Spent weekend as a family to reconnect and celebrate my youngest daughter’s birthday. The entire experience exceeded our expectations- the hosts are amazing who are thoughtful and responsive, the house is stunning, but still feels welcoming. There was enough activities to meet all our needs and a huge table for the family to enjoy meals and play one of the many available games. I would highly recommend you to stay at the Alexander’s beautiful home.

Family Getaway

The house was beautiful and clean while being welcoming and cozy. The perfect balance of fun and relaxation for my family. The house was equipped with all the essentials plus some and the communication with the owners was quick and easy. I would absolutely recommend this house for families who need a break from everyday chaos and just want to be together. You really don’t have to leave! The backyard had everything my kids needed with lots of space for my hubby to play catch with the boys, the kids could swing, play basketball, tag, all enjoyed the playhouse and then inside a big table for all of us to sit around and play games and eat our home cooked meals. Close to grocery stores if you need anything. We definitely hope to come back!

Perfect Weekend!

My daughter is getting married next summer and the couple wanted their two families to get to know each other before the wedding. This house and yard provided the perfect setting. There was plenty of room for 15 people to sit around outside or inside to eat and chat. And the three young grandchildren were so busy with the myriad of activities on the property that they never interrupted the conversation! This house provided a setting for a truly perfect and memorable weekend.
