Byggd 2018 Àr SummerSnow nytt hem som har 3BR, 2. 5 BA, ett öppet och fullt utrustat kök att samla, loftomrÄde för filmnatt och vardagsrum med öppen spis för att njuta av familj och vÀnner och Weber grill pÄ den stora floden dÀck.

Truly a beautiful home and even nicer in person. Kitchen was well stocked and planned with great thought and care. Loved the coffee station and then sitting by a cozy fireplace. Bedrooms and baths all extremely comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor lighting and chairs near the river. So many great amenities! Thank you for sharing your special home!

Mountain stay

Wonderful trip. Clean and comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen, great hang-out space. We stocked up on groceries in North Conway and made delicious meals during our stay. Right on the river and just minutes to great hiking trails. Definitely recommend!

Relaxing River Stay

Gorgeous home and as described in listing. Every possible amentity is thought of by the owners to ensure your stay is perfect. This was the most relaxing family vacation! The river was fun and so nice to listen to in the living room or on the deck. Will be back for sure!

Summer vacation

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at SummerSnow and it was just as described and just what we were looking for. Communication was excellent from the start, house was easy to find, easy to get into and in a great location - and the train greeted us as we arrived! House was clean and very well laid-out. We were travelling with two toddlers and had no issues or concerns with safety issues - house was perfect for them - nice wide stairs, narrow rail bannisters and no clutter to get into. This was an added bonus as there was no real need to "toddler-proof" the house which allowed for more relaxation. The fire pit by the river was a crowd favorite! We enjoyed the aquarium, downtown Conway and did the scenic railway as well. Convenient to everywhere. Would love a chance to stay here again!

Perfect Family Getaway Wknd

We had an absolutely perfect stay this weekend at Andi’s property on the River. The photos didn’t even do the home justice for how nice it was - everything was very clean, the bedrooms were perfectly spacious enough for our whole family, the basement and play area down there was perfect for our almost 2yo grandbaby, and the sound of the river running across the backyard was so serene. We had a wonderful time playing in the water & relaxing in the sun on the big rock. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, condiments, etc and the grill was phenomenal. There was also so much in/around the area too and we only scratched the surface. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would absolutely come back in the future! Thank you SO much!!

HI! My name is Andi. My husband and I have been coming to the North Conway / Bartlett area for over 25 years, since we were dating and counted pennies. We camped for years at the now-closed Silver Spring Family Campground and then the Crawford Notch Family Campground where we raised our kids on camping every summer and spent hours in the Saco. We rented across the Valley every ski season for years with our family until we were lucky enough to find this small piece of heaven on the river and build SummerSnow. We have tried to decorate and outfit SummerSnow with every amenity - learning from years of renting ourselves that 2 bowls is never enough, a family of 6 actually needs more than just 10 forks, and sheets and towels should always be included because it's such a pain when they are not. We hope to retire at SummerSnow some day, but until then, we love hosting.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Our private drive is a dead end, it fronts the Saco and in the summer, the Conway Scenic Train passing is such a treat. Our kids still go crazy every time they see it. We fell in love with this area when we camped in the late 90's across the river - we always wondered how to get across the river and thought how lucky are the people that live there and can explore the river right out their backyards. We have tried to add personal touches to make this house a home and hope everyone feels it. We have direct access, off the back deck, to the Saco River as well as access to The Bear Notch Snowmobile trail network across the street.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We have stayed in what feels like hundreds of short term rentals and from that experience, have tried to equip SummerSnow with everything a guest would need or want., even the small things like chip clips or zip locks for packing a picnic. We hope that our hospitality and home allow us to welcome back guests again and again, and it's our goal to do what we can to earn that opportunity.
