Great location and clean property!!

We had so much fun. The property was really nice and spacious perfect for all 7 of us. Super clean and a great location right near the beach. The property owner was quick to get back if there was an issue and really nice as well. Would definitely recommend and would even stay here again!!

Perfect Beach House

The house was perfect! The location was within walking distance to a great, less crowded beach. The drive to the board walk was easy and not far. Same as the drive to Busch gardens. There is something for everyone at this location.

The property is precisely as pictured and described, though "1.5 blocks from the beach" doesn't really do it justice. 2 minutes on sidewalk, cross a street, then glorious sand. And sandbars you can reach without a bathing suit. Great views, and probably most notable even though probably a weather/timing fluke - we counted ONE seagull. So if noisy birds that poop on you and try to steal your food are not your thing, try this beach. The house is awesome - convenient to everything around (20 minutes to Hampton Coliseum). Word to the wise - pick this one.

Perfect location, close to the beach

This property is perfect for anyone traveling with young children. We loved having the picnic tables, barbecue grill, and open back yard. The beach is right down the street and easy to walk to. There is a grocery store, convenience stores and fast food restaurants within a mile of the property. The house was clean and spacious enough for our whole family. They provide plenty of towels and even have some beach toys and chairs you can take with you to the beach. The neighbors were friendly and often told us good morning when we saw them out. Would definitely book again if we decide to go back to Virginia beach

Nice vacation beach house

It is was a causie affordable beach house. You can easily walk up to beach less than 5 min. If you have any issue the owner will try to resolve it quickly. You have an accurate description of the house and the house is actually better than what you see in the picture.

Great location near the beach. Plenty of amenities, nice family area, and lots of places to go within 10 or so minutes.I'd highly recommend the Virginia Children's Museum if it's rainy and you need to take the kids somewhere. Very cheap (10/Person), and you can easily spend all day there.

Norfolk bear the Beach house

The place was perfectly set up for us. Bed Rooms and bathrooms split with common room in middle, very nice! We loved the large laundry room as well. The neighborhood was friendly and we could easily walk to the beach. Would book again 😀

Tennis tournament

We had 7 people staying. We were 20 minutes away from the tournament location at ODU. It was close enough we were able to come back between matches. The living room was large enough for all of us to enjoy watching the US open. It was great to be able to wash our uniforms for the next day. It was so much better then going to a hotel.

The house was neat and orderly. There were beach toys for the kids, and lots of soft towels for everyone. The rooms were and clean. We had a pleasant time although the weather didn't completely cooperate. Thank you!

Spacious Clean house

The check in process are a breeze and the house had enough space for our group (8). Everything was clean and beautiful. The pictures don't do justice to this house. House was near the beach and there were grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Weather was crappy when we were there but we enjoyed our indoor time at this house very much.

This property suited our needs well. Close to the ocean. Was very happy. Only wish it would have had one more queen bed instead of the twins. Would definitely stay again!

Norfolk/VA Beach Family Vacation

There were 8 of us that stayed in this house. Everything about the property was nice, location, size, cleanliness, and communication with owners about an issue we had. Just a few things need to be upgraded/made better: the bathroom with just a shower was not always flowing hot water in the shower. It fluctuated from cold, luke warm, warm, and once in a while would get hot. This made it difficult for my father who is a right leg amputee to shower comfortably. No grab bars in this bathroom either, not near toilet or inside shower so my father had to literally be held up and helped to transfer to a shower chair (we brought one) so he could get in shower safely. Also, bedrooms need to be arranged better in order for wheelchair to properly get around the rooms. Overall, the house was quaint and owners were responsive with any questions and any issues we had.
