Weekend escape

We had a lovely time at this very clean house. Notes for families: one bedroom is on the bottom floor, and three on the top floor (may not work for all families). One bedroom on the top floor doesn't have a door. It's in the common area. It worked for us, but may not work for everyone. Sony was very responsive and had very detailed check in and check out procedures. Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend this place to anyone! The views from the balconies were beautiful and sitting on the dock to watch the sunset was amazing!

Great place to stay

The house sits on a beautiful bay, close to everything you need. Neat and tidy and the host Sony was communicative and easy to get ahold of.

First light bulb didn't work. Dishwasher need replace. Shelf missing in refrigerator. Wood table sticky. Curtain rod on paatio door need replace. No communication with owner till 2 hours after check in.

Nice House

This house was a nice stay for our family. Plenty of room to spread out and beautiful view. Host was great at communicating. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Nice place to stay

We had a family gathering. It was a nice week. Very well located, peer for fishing at the back of the property. Beach to swim 10 min walk from the house. Ac was nice during our stay.

Great family vacation

Location was perfect! House was beautiful right on the water. Pics are exactly what you will be renting! Enough space so everyone can be together or have quiet time, if needed! Will be back!

Great Views and Space for Everyone

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great stay at this property for a week. Close to the beach and other activities we had planned. We all had enough space for privacy and the large kitchen/dining area was excellent for making meals and playing board games. Sony, the host, was very responsive to a few questions and unforeseen incidents that occurred. My only "complaint" is that a burner on the stove does not work and the bottom rack of the dishwasher is missing a wheel and therefore does not roll correctly. Otherwise, the house was clean (regular wear and tear of a rental), the bedding was washed, and the elevator was a godsend to get luggage and groceries loaded up! We would stay here again!

Generally good, but dirty kitchen

Overall, it was a very nice stay. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the kitchen. Plates, bowls, some silverware, and some cups were put away in the cupboards clearly not washed. Food and grease were still on them. One of the frying pans had food stuck to the side. To be clear, they were obviously untouched; NOT a bad wash job. We have no idea if the previous guests or the cleaners put them in the cupboards unwashed. Also, the cupboards doors and drawer covers were dirty. They appear to not get a wipe down. There was some food or something stuck on a drawer/grease on all the cupboards and drawers. The rug in front of the sink was probably very pretty at one point, but it is very worn and dirty. Just an overall dirtiness to the kitchen. Two of the burners on the stove barely work. Minor issues were a broken drawer in one of the upstairs bathrooms, handle missing on a kitchen drawer, bottom cupboard floor board missing, and outside of the cupboards are very worn, i.e. paint missing in spots. Having said all this, it should be an easy fix for the owners. We didn’t really care about the broken or warn stuff, but the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen was concerning. Now, on to the good: The elevator was very handy. We had a lot of stuff to bring in, so even if it’s not needed for physical limitations, you’ll want it for your luggage, food, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Beds were comfy. Recommend if the kitchen gets cleaned up.

Thanksgiving weekend

We had a great family time! Lots of room for 8 adults. The house is lovely and I was happy that the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils and plates, cups, etc.. with which to use for the cooking of Thanksgiving dinner. Beautiful view of the water and we had only a short walk to get to the beach for our morning walks. The elevator was great for bringing in our luggage and all of the food that we brought, coolers, etc. The only complaint I had was that there were zero hangers in any of the closets. Overall, a great place! I would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay there again.
