Norfolk VA- Amazing house for family

Great place, very clean, plenty of room for a large family.Location was good and property & view of the water were very nice. Easy to get to and many restaurants and stores nearby. Highly recommend this place for your next visit.

5 night stay was amazing.

I cannot say enough about the home. It is by far one of the best rentals I have had for vacations. Sony is prompt with communication. The home is very spacious and clean. There were 6 adults and 1 infant in our party. We had more than enough room. I would highly recommend staying here if you will be visiting the area!

Great place to stay

The house sits on a beautiful bay, close to everything you need. Neat and tidy and the host Sony was communicative and easy to get ahold of.

Nice House

This house was a nice stay for our family. Plenty of room to spread out and beautiful view. Host was great at communicating. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Weekend escape

We had a lovely time at this very clean house. Notes for families: one bedroom is on the bottom floor, and three on the top floor (may not work for all families). One bedroom on the top floor doesn't have a door. It's in the common area. It worked for us, but may not work for everyone. Sony was very responsive and had very detailed check in and check out procedures. Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend this place to anyone! The views from the balconies were beautiful and sitting on the dock to watch the sunset was amazing!

Nice place to stay

We had a family gathering. It was a nice week. Very well located, peer for fishing at the back of the property. Beach to swim 10 min walk from the house. Ac was nice during our stay.

Great family vacation

Location was perfect! House was beautiful right on the water. Pics are exactly what you will be renting! Enough space so everyone can be together or have quiet time, if needed! Will be back!

Nice Property

My group stayed here for a wedding in town. The property was decently clean, outside of garage which did need some work. We also were not able to use the elevator as it was not operational. This wasn’t a huge deal, but would have made getting settled in and leaving easier. The only other thing that stopped this from being 5 stars is the fact that one of the rooms, was not a room. It was more of a landing at the top of the stairs with a bed. Luckily the individuals staying there did not mind, but for anyone thinking it’s 4 bedrooms, it’s really only 3 and then an open space with a bed. I would probably stay here again as the price was good and location was good. We spent a good amount of our free time at East Beach which was a quick ride up the road. Grocery stores and restaurants were also pretty close, so it was in a good area.

A lovely spot with great views and close to so much

My family and I had a really nice stay at this property. The views were spectacular and the communication with the host was very good. The place was spacious and clean. The only complaint I have is that - for my husband and me - the beds were uncomfortable; but I understand that this is subjective. Overall, this was an excellent visit and the home was a lovely addition to our experience.

Great Trip

This is our second time staying at this property. The home always has toiletrees like paper towels and toilet paper that others don't provide and it is clean. The view of the creek/bay is awesome and there are lots of restaurants and places to eat in a short driving distance. The home is only a couple of blocks from the ocean and we love the quiet away from the touristy beach areas in VA beach. Thanks so much for having us again.

Great house

Great house to stay at for the weekend. Neighborhood seems to be in the middle of a facelift. Some construction on the block. But the house itself, beds and everything in the house was great. Comfortably fit 10 of us! Amazing view of the bay at sunset, and communication with owner (Sony) was also wonderful. House is close to a quiet beach, and about 30 min from VA Beach.

First light bulb didn't work. Dishwasher need replace. Shelf missing in refrigerator. Wood table sticky. Curtain rod on paatio door need replace. No communication with owner till 2 hours after check in.

Thanksgiving weekend

We had a great family time! Lots of room for 8 adults. The house is lovely and I was happy that the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils and plates, cups, etc.. with which to use for the cooking of Thanksgiving dinner. Beautiful view of the water and we had only a short walk to get to the beach for our morning walks. The elevator was great for bringing in our luggage and all of the food that we brought, coolers, etc. The only complaint I had was that there were zero hangers in any of the closets. Overall, a great place! I would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay there again.

Ocean View

The property was nice. The property manager was nice. Sony was great and extremely responsive to any and all questions. The elevator was the best because my father in law is 96 and the steps were challanging, he loved that aspect of the home. It was nice to Ocean View rebounding from when we lived in the region 17 years ago. We actually should have brought our Kayaks because we could have put in on the docks out back. Maybe next time

Master shower needs grout cleaned and shower need to be recaulked. Juice boxes were left on floor behind chair. Smoke detectors were not working. Property could be improved significantly with a few hundred dollars.
