David I thank you for your understanding and patience regarding the AC failure in the master bedroom. Compensating you was an easy decision particularly in light of the fact that you did not demand any, or for that matter even introduce the subject. A completely new unit is being installed this week. Thank you so much.

Marc you hit on some of the things which are often not mentioned and yet are so key. Sunsets, the mangrove forest between us and Bloody Bay, talking with someone who has first hand knowledge of the huge number of local mom and pop restaurants and yes, enjoying it all without a crowd at your back. Thank you for testifying that we are indeed a fresh ocean breeze when placed alongside the all inclusive resorts. Your review is more than a way of influencing others to experience this path, it is a thank you which feeds my purpose and gives me great joy. Looking forward to your next stay.

First of all you were a great tenant. Being in a position to facilitate a memorable vacation is a reward in itself. Being knowledgeable about the country, its cultural and geographic jewels is a never ending process which improves with each passing guest.

Brian, outside of the AC failure I was not aware of any other issues during your stay. I am at the mercy of the supplier on maintenance issues involving the ac and it was completely replaced shortly after you left. Clearly this is not the forum for airing any disagreement but I will say that I have spoken to the caretaker regarding your comment and although she claims that her intent was misinterpreted, I have cautioned her against giving that impression going forward. Obviously you do not report to her, so the fact that you made that comment seems to shine a light a light on status which is a sore point with me particularly considering my history. Whatever her shortcomings may be regarding her communication, she is a decent person. I am prepared to discuss compensation and look forward to hearing from you.

Douglas I am very happy that your family enjoyed their stay and the many activities and amenities that Negril and the Little Bay Country Club have to offer. I am also thankful that you recognize my efforts as well as that of my staff in facilitating such a good vacation. We truly look forward to seeing you again.

Brittany it is always a cause for joy when a guest is able to relax and be rejuvenated with no effort on their part and more so when kids are involved. It has been my pleasure and privilege.

Although we did not meet in person, our extensive communication made it obvious that you are a close knit family.
