The listing is accurate and the condo is extremely nice. Vincent was a great communicator. There is a Guest Book filled with details in the living room, which is worth reading. We did not need Jamaican cash, and used 1 and 5 bills for gratuities, and credit cards for restaurants and grocery stores.

Great accommodations!

Such a cute condo. Met all of our needs and right on the beach. First trip to Jamaica and had an excellent time. Would absolutely book here again.

Will likely return in the next couple years

Was an amazing place to stay. Highly recommend staying at the point. Was able to shortly and swim on site. Wish we would have stayed longer.

Great place to stay

All the positive comments you read on the other reviews are accurate and true, this place is amazing. Anything negative, just some room for improvement to the wifi, that's it.

Amazing family vacation!

It was the perfect getaway, we hope to be back. Great for the family. I walked all up and down 7 mile beach and the Point was by far the best beach! Not only was the condo just the right size, it was clean and had everything we needed and more. We always felt safe too. We’ll be back!!

Amazing Stay - Right on the Beach!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay at The Point. The location could not be beat with the unit literally right on the beach. Because we were there in the off season, it seemed like we had our own private cove. The unit was perfect for us and it had everything we needed to make our week perfect. One of the residents at The Point rented us 2 kayaks for the week and we went out almost every day and it made our trip. We also brought our own snorkeling gear and the snorkeling at The Point was absolutely amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

unfortunately due to a medical emergency all the people booked to stay were not able to. 3 of us stayed at this lovely house. Ken suffered a medical emergency and had to be hospitalised, but those who stayed were very impressed with the property and the location. Very well equipped with everything needed for our stay. The beach was so close it felt like we had our own personal beach space. we would like to return sometime in the future .

Amazing

We had a wonderful time. Wish we could’ve stayed longer than two weeks. It was perfect for our family. The views and the beach were amazing. The place was very accommodating and very clean. We definitely hope to come back.

Great location

Great location. Steps from beach in cove and the pool. Beach is area uncrowded, quiet. Condo has well equiped kitchen. All bedrooms and living areas have fans and AC. Porch off living area screened, nice for meals, view of beach.

Amazing vacations

The property is wonderful and as described. A lot of space (we were 2 family) and all you can expect to cook. The place is very clean (with a mid week cleaning include) and very safe. The appartment is beachfront so you can see all the amazings sunsets! The owners were answering fast and well organised everything. We would stay there again for sure!

Point Villages Jamaica

Outstanding place with a great view and beach location. Snorkeling the reefs right outside the villa was wonderful! Lots of fish, starfish, and a couple of stingrays. Working with the owner was easy. Very attentive. Wanted our vacation to be the very best! Would stay here again !!!

Great Stay

The house was just as it looked and perfect for 6. The main property is a bit rundown but all we needed was that beach and our place. If you are looking for peace and beautiful water this is the place. You can get to most bars and food by walking the beach within a 30 minute walk. Taxi's were every where. We all had a great time.

Breathtaking view!

We had a great trip here. The view from each of the rooms was amazing and such a delight to wake up to every morning. The unit has everything to make meals and the air conditioner worked really well both in the bedrooms and in the living room. The area is so peaceful and relaxing. We had some trouble with the TV and the safe but Vincent was very helpful in helping us sort out the issues. Having the beach so close was truly incredible and eating our breakfast outdoors every morning with a gorgeous ocean front view was truly a treat. If we are in Jamaica again, we’d love to stay there again.
