Vår unika egendom är en andra berättelse loft / lägenhet belägen i hjärtat av Historic Downtown Auburn Ca. Det är en smakfullt renoverad 2 sovrum 1 badrum lägenhet i en enhet som ligger ovanför en charmig butik som ligger på huvudgatan i centrum av Auburn. Byggt 1889 och uppdateras för närvarande 2018. Vi arbetade hårt för att behålla charmen från sekelskiftets karaktär och samtidigt se till att vi uppdaterade utrymmet för att erbjuda moderna bekvämligheter för att göra din vistelse bekväm och rolig. Cute downtown apartment

Super cute apartment that has a great downtown location. It's clean with all the amenities of home. Great place to stay again while we were in town visiting family.

Authentic Auburn

It is very cool to stay in downtown Auburn in a historic apartment above the downtown shops. It is a great location since you can do all your eating and shopping just steps away from your comfy apartment.

Relaxing Space in Downtown Auburn

My wife I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and enjoyed how comfortable the space was and how convenient the location was to so many things we liked to do in Auburn.

Perfect

The pictures and description of “The Apartment” was completely accurate. Check in was smooth. The location was exactly what I was looking for, in downtown and close to old-town Auburn. The home was in pristine condition, tastefully decorated and super homey feeling! Very spacious, comfortable bed and the living room was a “living room”. Exceeded my expectations and Dawn was great to work with! I highly recommend “The Apartment”!

Wonderful Stay at THE Apartment!

Every time I stay here I think "I would love to live here." Beautiful and charming decor, spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host is always welcoming and responsive, making my trip even more enjoyable.

Great stay at a charming location

This was our first time using Vrbo & we had a great experience! The location was close to so many options for dining & shopping in downtown. We had all the amenities that we needed & plenty of room for our family of 4. Would definitely stay again!

It felt like home

Great spot!

This is a great spot with restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable with the AC keeping up well with the 100 degree highs during our stay. The host was kind and responsive, quickly helping us out when we accidentally locked the door handle. If we're ever in Auburn again, this is where we'll try to stay!

Great Place

I came here looking for a quiet space that was close to town. This apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was modern and comfortable. Dawn the owner was communicative and even accommodated a last minute check-in change. I would definitely stay again.

My husband and I are raising 4 boys while we run our bicycle shop in Downtown Auburn.
In 2017 we purchased this wonderful property. We quickly renovated the downstairs retail space for a new business to move in. In 2018 we remodeled the upstairs Apartment area. We take great pride in providing such a unique property for you all to stay and relax.
We love the outdoors. Auburn has so much outdoor fun to be had. We fell in love with this town over 30 years ago, we still love Auburn to this day. We hope you find the beauty this town has to offer.
