* Ny egendom till VRBO * Hus i södra Austin precis utanför I-35 15-20 minuter från centrum 20 minuter till racerbanan. Huset är perfekt för personer som reser på jobbet. 17 minuter till ACL 2 minuter från South Park Meadows köpcentrum 10-15 minuter från soco distriktet och sofi, ta en Uber eller Lyft ca $ 15 att gå downtown på natten / dag icke trafik timmar. 20 minuter från San Marcos och och 15 minuter till flygplatsen! Huset är inrett för att hålla Austin konstig! Uber och Lyft är de bästa sätten att komma runt det kostar vanligen omkring $ 15 på natten för att gå till centrum. Hyrbil kommer att fungera men Austin är en nej-vägran stad så var försiktig om du ska dricka !!!

Austin Experience

Visited Austin to celebrate grandson’s 21st birthday. My son lives and works in Austin so it was great to have a 3 bedroom home to stay with family. The home was clean and comfortable. I was able to sync my home YouTube TV to the internet and enjoy some of my favorite shows. I’ve had VRBO several times before to visit Austin but this was the best so far.

Great location

We go to Texas every year for moto gp. This is the first time we stayed at a house close to COTA .Great location to everything . So much to do! Quiet neighborhood, owner has awesome communication . He worked with us on bringing our dogs and using the garage to store our bikes during our stay. Backyard was fully fenced. Super clean house. Ac blows cold what more could you ask for

No water in upstairs bathroom

Neal was great ! Our main issue - we could not shower in the upstairs bathroom- only dribbles of water from shower We all had to shower in the master bedroom showerHouse needs more cooking supplies - not enough cups, glasses and coffee mugs for six people kitchen very bare if you want to cook

Weekend Getaway

We chose this house to stay at because we were going to the Harry Potter A Forbidden Forest Experience and this house was the closest to it. It really is a cozy and comfortable house. The owner is really nice. We rent houses through VRBO often for vacations or weekend getaways and this is only the second time I’ve had an owner personally reach out to me to let me know if we need anything to just let him know. Would definitely rent from him again if we’re ever in the Austin area again.

Good location and family friendly

Traveling with kids isn't easy, this house made it easier. The layout of all the bedrooms on the upper floor and living area on the lower allows for adult conversations while listening for kids. Plenty of necessities and close to almost everything someone who misses Texas would love.

Our stay at this beautiful VRBO property exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the comfort provided. The house was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen had top-notch appliances, and the cozy living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.The outdoor space was an absolute highlight – the patio with a fire pit, beautiful garden, and stunning views made every evening magical. We also loved the proximity to local attractions; whether it was a quick trip to the beach or exploring nearby shops and restaurants, everything was so convenient.Overall, this rental provided a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return! In town for a wedding. House was centrally located for all our destinations. House was very clean & well stocked with necessities. Neal was very accessible. Would recommend this location.

My family had a great time here! The location of this home is great. It’s so close to downtown, H-E-B, and not very far from the activities around Austin and New Braunfels. I would definitely stay here again.
