* Ny egendom till VRBO * Hus i södra Austin precis utanför I-35 15-20 minuter frÄn centrum 20 minuter till racerbanan. Huset Àr perfekt för personer som reser pÄ jobbet. 17 minuter till ACL 2 minuter frÄn South Park Meadows köpcentrum 10-15 minuter frÄn soco distriktet och sofi, ta en Uber eller Lyft ca $ 15 att gÄ downtown pÄ natten / dag icke trafik timmar. 20 minuter frÄn San Marcos och och 15 minuter till flygplatsen! Huset Àr inrett för att hÄlla Austin konstig! Uber och Lyft Àr de bÀsta sÀtten att komma runt det kostar vanligen omkring $ 15 pÄ natten för att gÄ till centrum. Hyrbil kommer att fungera men Austin Àr en nej-vÀgran stad sÄ var försiktig om du ska dricka !!!

This was a great place to stay! We were in town for the F1 race at COTA and it was an easy drive to and from the track from the house. Had plenty of space for me and my family. The host was very easy to communicate and both check in and check out were easy. Definitely recommend!

It looks just like the pictures & very cozy, nice quiet neighborhood. I loved each room and the fact a pack n play was already at the home. It made traveling with a baby very easy. I would recommend

Great getaway

My sisters and I really enjoyed staying at this property while in Austin for the Texas Book Festival. It's far enough away from downtown to skip the crazy that can happen after dark, but close enough to get there for activities. The property owner is wonderful to work with - very responsive to questions and requests. Property is exactly as depicted. Will book here again!

Texas Vacation

My family is from Kentucky, and we had a great time. The house was clean and nice. We felt right at home in this property. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. The property location is 15 minutes from the airport and there was a grocery store right up the street so, access to food was easy to stock the refrigerator. There were also several restaurants location within a 5-minute drive.

Austin Stay

I met my sister and cousin for a quick trip to Austin. We all had our kids and it was Comfy for all of us. And there was a big ice storm while we were there so we spent more time in the house than we anticipated but we’re happy to be together and catch up. Easy access to stores in about 15 minutes to downtown.

The owner was very quick to respond to questions. The property was a great deal for UT graduation weekend, we spent most of the day near the campus so we only used the accommodations for sleeping and the beds were very comfortable. The drive to UT took about 20-25 minutes.

Nice home.

Everything was fairly nice in the home. The grass was really overgrown though and needed some attention. The towels were in the dryer and not folded and put away. So we had to search for them. The carpet could have been vacummed a bit more because there was long hair in the master bedroom. Also the trash cans were pretty full when we added our own trash but yet we put them to the street anyway. The water pressure is extremely low in the showers so that did not make that too enjoyable. It was a nice stay just needed some minor improvements.

Great Stay!!

The house was amazing, spacious enough for my large family. Clean and had everything we needed. Loved that it has a roll away bed and a play pen. Quiet neighborhood and in close proximity to many shops and restaurants.

Great location

We go to Texas every year for moto gp. This is the first time we stayed at a house close to COTA .Great location to everything . So much to do! Quiet neighborhood, owner has awesome communication . He worked with us on bringing our dogs and using the garage to store our bikes during our stay. Backyard was fully fenced. Super clean house. Ac blows cold what more could you ask for

Neal was great ! Our main issue - we could not shower in the upstairs bathroom- only dribbles of water from shower We all had to shower in the master bedroom showerHouse needs more cooking supplies - not enough cups, glasses and coffee mugs for six people kitchen very bare if you want to cook

Austin Experience

Visited Austin to celebrate grandson’s 21st birthday. My son lives and works in Austin so it was great to have a 3 bedroom home to stay with family. The home was clean and comfortable. I was able to sync my home YouTube TV to the internet and enjoy some of my favorite shows. I’ve had VRBO several times before to visit Austin but this was the best so far.
