Great place to stay! It was so nice to have a playground area in the back for our 18 month old grandson! The location was what we needed close to our daughters home!

A clean and well stocked vrbo! A wonderful place to call home while I recovered from surgery. The host responded to every email in a very timely manner. A ideal location for families as it has high chair, crib, baby plates and cups and even some toys. The backyard playground was fun for the kids! Some recommendations were to have privacy blinds in the kitchen window and black out curtains for the master bedroom ( as the evening sun comes through). There is some cracking of the tile floor near the kitchen trash can that can pinch your foot. We will definitely miss this vrbo and we are grateful for the opportunity to stay here! A

I was so surprised by our recent stay. The property was not only EXACTLY as described and pictured, but also nicer.Never have I stayed at a VRBO where they had literally everything you would need, from shampoo to bubble bath, laundry soap to a fenced-in private manicured lawn with patio seating. This home was SOO clean, well stocked, and absolutely beautiful. It is 100% my rental every time I return to Austin.

Great spot for a family

We wanted a spot for a staycation and Ivan’s house worked perfectly. Our family had plenty of space in the house and yard. The neighborhood is nice and walkable, and the house is close to whatever else we needed. Ivan communicated quickly and responded to questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely home for our family with two young children. The home came with a crib, which was super convenient so we didn’t have to lug a pack n play around. The play structure out back was also fun for the kids. And the home was pet friendly, which can be difficult to find. The host communication was fantastic, quickly responding to our questions.

The property was a great location for our needs and had plenty of room for our party of 6. We had issues with trying to figure out the lighting in the living room. I finally found a remote that blended in perfectly with the fireplace. The lighting in the master bath needs to be addressed. It is not makeup friendly. Very dim. There is a makeup mirror on the counter that also doesn’t work. The light in the shower is finicky whether it wants to stay on or not. Also there were towels but not any washcloths. We bought some shower poufs to use. The mattresses are tempurpedic type if that matters to you. This property suited our immediate need of proximity to our activities for the weekend. It was clean and parking was good. We have stayed in other places where this was an issue so that was nice to have room. Property host was available if we needed him. No issues other than the lighting but that wouldn’t have been remedied in the time that we were staying. But should be addressed for future guests. Nice quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. Thanks for opening up your home.
