Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well appointed. It was close enough to everything that only took a short Uber ride to anywhere we needed to go. Very satisfied!

Great Weekend in Fayetteville

The place was prefect for a weekend visit to Fayetteville. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location perfect. The only issue we had was a small bottle of body wash so bring your own soap if you plan on showering more than once.

Great location and nice townhome

Nice big townhome. Stayed here with my family for the US Pro Cup mountain bike races. We were right at the base of Centennial Park and could walk up to the venue! We used the garage for bikes and it worked out great. Would definitely stay here again. Only recommendation is a few more pots/pans for the kitchen.

4/10 Dåligt

Gillade: Renlighet och plats
Gillade inte: Incheckning, kommunikation och annonsens riktighet
The property itself was clean, comfortable, and as described. We enjoyed our stay once we were able to get inside.Unfortunately, the check-in process was very frustrating. We never received the entry code before arrival and were left waiting outside the property for nearly two hours. We called the host multiple times without a response, and even VRBO customer service was unable to reach her after several attempts. VRBO ultimately provided us with a code so we could access the property. Because of the delay, we missed a reservation we had planned. The host did not respond until hours later. VRBO acknowledged the inconvenience and refunded our service fees. There was also a maintenance issue with one of the showers. The shower door was off its track, making it difficult to enter and exit safely. While the property itself was nice, communication and responsiveness from the host are extremely important to us. We typically choose properties with highly rated hosts because reliable communication gives us peace of mind when traveling. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. If the host improves communication and addresses the shower door, this could be an excellent rental.

Graduation trip

The property was clean and a great location. However, when we booked our stay it stated that the property slept 6 adults. When we arrived it only accommodated 4. There was no communication prior to our stay that we weren’t going to have room for everyone and we were scrambling since it was graduation weekend.

Arkansas game weekend

Everything was great. I struggled to little bit with the code at first the only suggestion I would have is make it easier with the cable to get to news channels, and sports channels, such as ESPN, because I don’t think they were on the network. But great place great location to the stadium.

Cozy and clean

Creatively decorated 2 bedroom VRBO. Comfy beds w easy check in/out process. Unfortunately It does not sleep 6 as advertised. So we had to bring a blowup mattress. Location access challenging being off the feeder road. Also presently have to maneuver through construction to get there or can go a longer but scenic route thru neighborhoods to get there. Overall, comfortable accommodations and you don’t hear the freeway
