Happy stay

Convenient location to Dickson St. and my daughters new apartment. Amenities provided met our needs and I would stay here again. It was a perfect home base for our activities. The host is responsive.

Perfect getaway stay

We live about an hour and a half away and needed a little easy fun getaway. This little cottage was perfect. We didn’t have to drive anywhere! We explored Dickson st and the square and had a blast! The cottage was super clean. Check in and out and communication was super easy. They gave us ideas of where to go and luckily because of them we didn’t miss mt sequoia look out!!! Thank you!

Nice Space / Great Location

The apartment had everything we needed. Instructions were very clear and the space was very clean. This place is also 1 1/2 blocks from all of the restaurants, bars and theaters. Far enough away so the nightlife won’t keep you awake. Highly recommend this spot for a solo or couple.

Perfect little spot!

My husband and I were in town for the Hogs game. This is a small space but it was everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. It is attached to another house but we still had privacy and the neighbors were friendly. Would recommend.

Perfect for parents of U ark students

This is our 2nd stay and enjoyed it again. Easy walk to Dixon, safe clean and close to the trail for a morning run. Owner is very proactive and for the price you can't beat it.

What nice little casita

It is perfect for 2 and would be cramped for 3 or more. SUPER location and has everything you need. AC living room works great but bedroom is a little warm if you don't leave the door open. I was really haopy with the condition and location. Would def stay again with 2 or less and possibly a 3rd but only if I REALLY like em! Owner was great with communication!

Great Location!

We are on our third daughter that will attend the University of Arkansas and we were attending her orientation, so we've stayed in Fayetteville many times. This was our first time at this location. Very clean, awesome location. Owner if very friendly and helpful.

Location can’t be beat!

Great location to Dickson Street! This place had probably the best water pressure of any place we’ve stayed at...loved that! Perfect size for 2 people.

Little Red Cabin

Cabin was great. Would definitely stay again. Bedroom didn’t have a vent so it is a little warm but we had a fan so that worked out great. Ceiling fan helped also. Conveniently located to both our family members we visited. A short walk to some eateries.

This property was perfect for us. Easy walking to Dickson St., university, shopping, restaurants, a beautiful neighborhood park, the 36 mile hike & bike trail and entertainment. It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. It also had table and chairs on a patio for relaxing. If you’re looking for a high end spa environment, this is not your place. But if you’re looking for a convenient, clean, cosy space all your own, this is for you.

Great Location

This is my second year in a row to stay at Gregg Cottage. The location is great for walking. To Campus. To Dickson. To Greek housing. The place is very clean. and comfortable We are basically able to park and walk the whole weekend. Mike the host is very accessible and I am sure if there ever were a problem he would be on it immediately. I will stay again!

Cute cottage in the middle of Fayetteville

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay at the Gregg Cottage! I was in town to move my daughter into the University of Arkansas for her freshman year, and I wanted somewhere relaxing to rest each night. The cottage extremely clean and well-outfitted. It was in the perfect location for quick trips to campus either by foot or car, and I was also able to walk to the fun restaurants and shops on Dickson Street as well as the Fayetteville square. Best of all, it is just steps away from the greenway that runs through Fayetteville, and each morning I enjoyed a run through the heart of the city. I will definitely stay at the Gregg Cottage again!
